Went for a late Saturday lunch at 1 and walked out an hour after providing our order. After the waiter comped our bloody Mary’s at the :35 min mark, he avoided talking to us. Ridiculous wait. Went here because of bad and similar experience in the past at LuLus across the street. Avoid this corner of you are hungry.

I ate at Kaiser Grille for the first time and my experience was wonderful. We sat outdoors and the weather was great. I had the grill chicken sandwich and their homemade chips and it was great. The sandwich was so big, I took half home. The wait staff was great and friendly. I would definitely come back or try the location in Palm Desert.

The Kaiser Grille in Palm Springs offers good quality food in nice surroundings. The outdoor patio and indoor dining rooms are tastefully decorated and modern. The wait staff are hospitable and not nearly as snarky as some of the other restaurants in the area. The pizza crust was delightful and the salad had the right proportion of greens, toppings and dressing. Would def recommend.

I went here with my family for a quick nice lunch while strolling around Palm Springs. We all enjoyed our meals. Food: Average. My husband and I each got a pizza. They were large enough that we could have easily shared(would’ve wanted an app or something else on the side if we did share). My parents split a tuna salad sandwich. They said it was good and had large chunks of tuna. Their sandwich came with house chips. They were content with splitting the sandwich and stealing a piece of pizza! Atmosphere: Exactly what we wanted. On a hot sunny day in Palm Springs you want to make sure you are eating in the shade. We had a nice table on the front patio where we could enjoy the shade and people watching!

My son and I stopped in for dessert(and a glass of happy hour Chardonnay for mama) one late night a few months ago. The service was kind and the orders were delish. I actually had to inquire about the wine label because it was so yummy!

We only went here for a drink but we loved the inside of the place! The prices were as expected for drinks. I had a Texas Mule and it was TASTY. The food looked good as it came out and I plan to eat here when we return to Palm Springs.

So ordinary. So overpriced. Such an unimaginative menu. If it werent on a great corner, this place would be out of business in a few weeks. Fortunately the service was fine. Otherwise, blah.

Huge menu, lots of variety, good service. Nice downtown location with parking in back. It’s fun to eat in the patio and people watch — though the patio heaters were turned up so high, I almost got as well done as my steak!

Made our reservation far in advance on open table for new years eve. The restaurant called me and confirmed our reservation two days before. I called New Years Eve in the afternoon to confirm that we indeed had a set up for 16 people, half coming in from out of town. They confirmed and indicated I could not add anymore to the reservation in that they were booked & already had everything set up for the evening. Got there promptly, waited 45 minutes to have our party sat. They sat us in the very back on the patio where a quarter of the table was being bbq’d by a fierce fireplace and the rest of the table was freezing. I am the one who made this entire plan, so I was completely embarrassed. Service for the table was non-existent. I few were able to get one round of drinks. Then the table made the executive decision after being there for almost an hour without evening ordering to just cash out and leave. We talked to the manager several times, it was obvious they were not prepared for the night and they intentionally overbooked the restaurant. I have full intentions on writing a letter to the owner of the company. I was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I asked them when I initially made the reservation if a party of 16 was going to be too big and that I already had two reservations for 8 and they made it clear that the one reservation for 16 would be fine and they would have everything set up for us when we got there. Instead we stood around like a bunch of herded cows waiting to see if they could even get us a table at all. Then they told us that a party of 16 would be difficult to fit because of how busy they were. HUH??? I was furious! I would have never changed my reservations for two parties of 8 to one for 16 if they had said it would have been a problem. The man that called me even placed me on hold to get approve with the manager. We were all dressed up with gowns, heels, men in ties and we ended up walking around the corner to Bill’s Pizza place which was also packed but made room for our party of 16 quickly and we were drinking beer and eating in pizza within the first 40 minutes of being there. I will never go to Kaiser Grille in Palm Springs again, so many other choices with a more organized and professional management. I have heard raving reviews about the one in Palm Desert and after looking at the reviews on Unilocal it seems Unilocalers feel the same way. Palm Springs owes each one of my 16 guest a HUGE apologize for ruining their NYE dinner and evening!

We were in Palm Springs on a Sunday and stopped here to catch part of a football game and snack on some chicken wings and sip on martinis. It’s nice, right on the street and the service was decent. The wings were acceptable and the martini was too. I would like to try this place out for dinner some time.

As soon as we walked in the hostess quickly seated us outside at a comfortably warm table(yes, it was 50 degrees out), and our server quickly took our order, the burrata is amazing here, and we had happy hour mule and it was perfect. We ordered the burrata platter which is the best we have ever had(Flemings needs to take a course here)! We also ordered the rustica pizza and beef bolognese pasta off the happy hour menu. The burrata arrived within minutes of our drinks and we chowed. So good! Then our food arrived nice and hot! Everything was perfect. We ate everything! Wow it was that good! We were able to try the margaritas which kicked our butts and we let happy. No ecstatic!!! Thank You for a great start to our anniversary weekend!

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s one of my go to spots. Their happy hour is great! Their plates are exquisite, super tasty. It’s never too crowded and perfect for a date or a group. The servers are very friendly. They have patio seating with a nice view. They also have a bar area with several TVs for sports entertainment. Oh, and their wine Is tasty as well. Above all, the prices are reasonable, the décor is modern, the service is excellent! For desserts, I recommend their mint chocolate moose pictures bellow and their tiramisu’

Went here last night for dinner, we ordered filet mignon, crusted mahi mahi in pesto sauce, and a wedge salad extra blue cheese. Well filet was not very good and came with a horrible sour steak sauce and some Mac and cheese. Sauce was disgusting and Mac was the best thing on the plate. $ 39 Mahi mahi was very fishy and not cooked right. It was not crusted mahi mahi and had soggy breading covered in a red tomato type sauce they call there pesto. $ 34 Wedge salad came with a tangy horrible white dressing they like to call blue cheese. Told waitress we wanted blue cheese and she said, that’s there citrus blue cheese and go ahed and try it again it’s pretty good” so I gave it another try and told her I still didn’t like it so she said awe sorry but still put it on the bill $ 10. Bottom line I don’t ever complain about food or service unless it’s really bad. And this place was horrible. everything about the entrees we ordered were gross and the server was crappy.

Just had the most horrible restaurant AND Gay Pride exerience all in one. This should be a ZERO. Walked into during the Pride festival with 8 local gay men hoping to grab a bite and get back out on the street. The restaurant was half empty and they told us they were so backed up in the kitchen they wouldn’t seat us. We said we’d be happy to get a table and drinks and weren’t in a rush, but still no! As locals that eat out 3 – 5 times a week I guess what they say about this restaurant is true… they don’t want our business. Give your money to Zin and LuLu where they appreciate everyone!

Nice location for people watching(3 stars) Nice location. Service was a little spotty Ordered several plates: — pizza — burger — chicken salad — tuna Nicoise salad — lamb Based my taste, the tuna Nicoise was a little fishy, and not the freshest, and I don’t know how I could have eaten it, but I was hungry. Service was spotty, and most likely would get something else if I return. Se photos.

I have no idea why this place doesn’t have 5 stars all the time? Stumbled onto this place since I was looking for another dinner spot and the large patio and prime location spot lured me in. So glad it did. The restaurant is nice and great décor too. Our waiter was so friendly and felt like we were visiting with an old friend. He let us know the dinner specials and also let us know we just missed happy hour. Booo. But he made sure we still got happy hour drink specials. Yippee! We also had a child in tow and all the staff were so great to make sure he kept busy. Great kids menu. Great adult menu and wine selection too. Items ordered: Prime rib, pasta special, kids meal, plenty of drinks. All items were great and not a huge wait ethier. Great food, drinks and service. Will be back again, next time I am in Palm Springs.

WOW! What a fun and relaxing place to grab a delicious bite to eat. We came in during Restaurant Week after a suggestion from a friend and I’m not going to lie, I was put off by the reviews at first. I noticed that most of the newer ones were positive, so we decided to take a risk. I really love trying new things and I had never seen a Mediterranean Steakhouse before, so it sounded interesting. Gabe likes meat I like fish, it works. Moving on, so the interior is really cute. Lots of installations and the lighting is bright and refreshing, that’s so hard to find today. I don’t want to eat my food in the dark unless it’s junk food, hello! The exterior isn’t bad and it seems to be in a pretty cool part of town. Similar to what we have with Bluebonnet in Fort Worth. I already felt more comfortable with our choice. We decided to sit at the bar since the main priority was a good drink. And the bartender was fantastic! He really knew what he was talking about and we got along great, which is what I look for in good customer service, but especially in a good bartender. I got the Antioxidant martini, because I love blueberries and it was delicious. For dinner, we decided to split the Cowboy Steak, because duh we are from Texas. And it was cooked perfectly. I mean, just perfect. I’m not much of a steak person, but I could have eaten two. It was recommended by the bartender and really lived up to his spiel. We also had the burrata & heirloom tomato salad which was so, so refreshing after a long day of walking around. I think that Kaiser Grille really does live up to the idea of a mediterranean steakhouse, so when can we get one here in Fort Worth?

Not being sure of what to eat for lunch, I was looking for a spot downtown with some options and outdoor seating. Kaiser Grill seemed to fit that bill and I wondered in and was quickly seated. Their lunch combo of a pizza or sandwich with either soup or salad sounded interesting and at $ 15 reasonably priced. It took longer than I thought it should for my waiter to initially appear and take my drink order. That was a theme of the day here with spotty good and slow service. I settled on a lamb schwarma with a Caesar salad asking for the salad to be brought out first. The restaurant is on a busy street and while the din from traffic was not deafening it was loud and if you are looking for a quiet spot perhaps dine inside or find another spot. The salad soon appeared and was quite good and fresh. The portion was big but not so big that one couldn’t easily finish it. I was only drinking water but plenty of others were already indulging in adult beverages. The schwarma arrived and boy was it huge. There was a generous amount of lamb on the pita along with lots of diced vegetables so much in fact that it was not possible to roll it up and eat it by hand. My waiter though quickly saw my dilemma and provided a steak knife to help cut it down to size. Along with sandwich came some homemade potato chips that were tasty and amazingly thin and light. Overall a fine place for lunch if you are not pressed for time and the really popular spots nearby are busy.
