Starbucks

the Starbucks in Vons is the worst. usually only one person working. take forever to make drinks, taste like they use old ingredients.

9÷17÷15 update. New lady, much more pleasant experience.
I don’t like coming here in the morning. The lady that works there often seems pissed off that I asked for coffee.

I didn’t realize this was the Starbucks located in vons. Everything is usually great I just hate when they only have 1 person working sometimes it can be a wait.

Very good customer service, they have consistency issues with their drinks.
We order a Doppio (2 oz.) on a regular basis and take it home and its 1 or 1.5 oz.
We ordered a Caramel Macchiato a few times and it had chocolate syrup in it. This location has been open for a number of weeks, hope they work things out soon. After all it is Starbucks… We just drive to the one by the mall or Sam’s Club to get it right.

The are always pretty quick here. Never gotten my order wrong. For some reason everytime my husband gets a triple shot white mocha frapp, they charge an extra 2 dollars. Everywhere else they don’t. Not sure why, maybe the location? Anyways, it’s good service and fast.

This is the Starbucks located inside of Vons on Rancho Vista Blvd. Not to be confused with the one next to the Walmart Neighborhood Market, also located on Rancho Vista Blvd.
I personally think there should be some sort of universal way of identifying these smaller Starbucks’ located inside of grocery stores. Maybe call them Starbucks Mini or something. Mainly because they only use certain parts of the reward program. Which varies from store to store, apparently.
I had previously redeemed free drink rewards at the Vons Starbucks on Avenue L but I wasn’t sure with this one so I specifically asked. The man who took my order told me I could which was good because that was the sole reason I stopped by that day. I didn’t find out until later that my reward wasn’t redeemed and I was charged for it instead. Which sucked because I ordered all the extras that I wouldn’t have if I were paying.
It’s an okay Starbucks. Service is fairly quick, seating area is kept nice, etc. But unfortunately, I don’t go to these types of locations if I don’t absolutely have to as they are very limited.

Finally a Starbucks in the neighborhood… there is one on every corner in LA :) I’m happy I don’t have to drive far for a flat white or carmel macchiato. I love the ambiance inside. The staff have been very helpful and nice. They get my order right and the drive through is fast.

This crew is friendly and a welcome addition to the westside! As I come here more I will add to this review. This location is too new to love or hate yet!!! It does have really nice outdoor seating and is already attracting many locals on foot

I went in to this Starbucks last weekend and loved it! The Barista’s were very friendly and ready to make my drink just like I like it. It was perfect! The store is spacious and clean and new. There were about five or six people inside chatting and reading. I will go back to this Starbucks!

The location of this store is amazing (well for me anyway). Nice atmosphere as well. My only complaint is that they never have cream or cinnamon on the counter. I get regular brewed coffee because I’m in a hurry but have to spend another 5 – 10 minutes trying to get the things I need for my coffee. I visit Starbucks no matter where I am in the world and I expect consistency in all aspects of the business.

New location on the west side of Palmdale, didn’t know it was opened already! Had to stop for an Iced White Chocolate Mocha Love that they have Drive Thru & location close to home, sure to get super busy during summer. Roomy inside, friendly crew.. . will do great.
