Starbucks

No long lines but the employees here don’t know how to make coffee for sh**. They had to remake my drink 3 times and still didn’t get it right. I won’t come back!

I live 3 minutes from this Starbucks and have given them multiple chances to make my drink correct. Not once have they made it right. I would rather drive 10 minutes to the Starbucks that I know will make my drink right. And it isn’t that difficult to make, only 3 ingredients. I will never go back into that Starbucks unless it is to use the restroom.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in town. Very friendly bartists and they have never gotten my drink wrong. Lots of seating with a coffee bar. I would like to see a little more merchandise when it comes to the mugs.

This is my favorite Starbucks. For one it’s never very crowded, two the workers are nice and professional compared to others I have been to, and three every time I go to other starbucks it’s hit or miss if they will make the drink correctly and at this one I haven’t had an issue with it yet.

This place is great, but to much of it is not healthy for you.

No matter where I go Starbucks always comes through with the perfect mocha. If I don’t like what they make they will always correct it.

Just pure LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. i love the green tea frap. I use to always get one every day but i love this location because they have always worked with me. They will make any drink with anything inside of it. They make me so happy here. And the best part is the cookies. Always fresh always big and oh so yummmmmmmy!!! Keep up the great service and thank you!!!

When I go early morning they seem to be on top of things but if I go in the afternoon or evening it gets pretty bad. Went to the drive through in the evening a couple months back, pulled away and thought, ‘That smells like coffee’ I always get tea. I tasted it and instead of the chai latte it was a coffee latte. Went back through drive through, told her and got another. It tasted nothing like what I get every morning there. I told her no. I was ready to just get a refund and go but she insisted on making another and putting more of something (can’t remember now) and though it was a bit better it was not the same as my chai latte I get every morning. Other days I’ve gone and basically get a cup of water and cream when I order the chai tea. I’m paying $ 3.45 for a water with cream instead of the chai I order! Yesterday my husband an I went in to kill some time and the girl who called out that the order was ready didn’t give me the sleeve so I said, ‘Excuse me, do you have a sleeve?’ She grabs one without even looking at me and slaps it on the counter where there’s spilt coffee and other liquids. I say, excuse me again and tell her it’s covered in liquid. She picks it up, says nothing and turns around. Wth??? I reach over and get a clean one for myself. Great customer service! She’s a larger, tall black girl who looks miserable. My husband told me I should ask for a manager but by then we were almost out of time before we needed to pick up our son from school. I’m giving 3 stars as an average because the morning crew always seem to have it together. There’s a couple black guys that are super nice and all of the girls are great too. Morning crew only!

Always come here because I like Starbucks. Ugghhh. I always order the caramel frappé and they never but caramel on the whip cream. Also, one time they made my coffee burnt!!! I didn’t finish it because it was really disgusting. I also ordered the green tea lemonade with syrup. They never put any syrup or lemonade in it. I was drinking a plain green tea!!!

Kinda disappointed with my visit today. First they forgot about my order, but promptly made it when I inquired to its whereabouts. I ordered a grande cream brûlée latte. Drive away and realized the cup was about half full with whipped cream in the other half was the latte! Is this how this comes usually??? That was sure an expensive LITTLE bit of coffee!

I mean it’s Starbucks so what do you expect?
This one has a fun little bar next to the baristas working so you can check out the Starbucks system.
It’s new so ultra clean.
It isn’t in a huge main shopping center so I’ve not seen it with a long line yet, so that is a plus.

Every time I order my white mocha it’s perfect! Consistent quality and service. When I go to the other locations my beverage will taste different every time. Clearly these people care! Good job

I love the new layout that includes a bar area to really talk to your barista. It feels like the old coffee shop i went to in college. There is a cool hipster vibe I like. The staff is so warm and friendly. This is fast becoming my new favorite Starbucks!

They replaced my Chai tea latte when I complained about the new size of the talls. Which apparently hasn’t changed but I can swear that their new tall is no longer a 12 Oz, even though it says so on the bottom of the cup. Anyway, I’d say they keep their customers satisfied.

I enjoy every Starbucks! I do Pike mostly, but this location is convenient because I work two blocks away!

The best Starbucks in the AV is the one next to Wendy’s in Palmdale. They get your drink right every time.

Very good customer service, they have consistency issues with their drinks.
We order a Doppio (2 oz.) on a regular basis and take it home and its 1 or 1.5 oz.
We ordered a Caramel Macchiato a few times and it had chocolate syrup in it. This location has been open for a number of weeks, hope they work things out soon. After all it is Starbucks… We just drive to the one by the mall or Sam’s Club to get it right.

Possibly the most family oriented location in the AV! Far from the freeeway and near the golf course, this Starbucks appears to be frequented by nearby active residents who walk to the café. Definitely one of the most pleasant atmospheres in town where people gather and meet!

This Starbucks just opened December 18, 2014. Great location and very spacious inside. Love the bar area! The service was very good as well. There is still a lot of construction going on around the café, but after it’s all completed this is going to be a nice little shopping area.
