The service is always great here. I think the people working late at night here deal with a lot of crap, but they are still always friendly and helpful. The food is fine; I have usually been drinking or am very hungry when I come here. I am thankful that they are open late, just watch out for some strange customers later in the night.

This location sucks. Nobody in there ever seems to have clue about whats going on and they just don’t care. Waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes. I was waiting behind a car that was at the order station and I could hear everything. They never took the order of the car in front of me. Another 10 minutes and I left. I’ve had problems here before but this was the last straw. These guys take forever with everything. Order inside and it’s gonna take 10 minutes just to order. Nobody else in line it just takes ten minutes before the employees will even acknowledge you. Then they take 5 orders from the drive through line and make sure to get all those done before yours. If you get in the drive through prepare to wait. I’ve been the only car in the drive through and it still takes 10 minutes to get my food. I love jack in the box. It’s my favorite fast food chain. I’ve been to many different locations and this place is by far the worst one I’ve ever seen. They just don’t care.

I used to eat here every day. I loved the Jumbo Jack and fries, and didn’t care for the rest of the menu.

This Jack in the Box locations in Palo Alto California screwed up my order not once but three times. Arrived in the evening to the drive thru and pulled up made an order of two tacos and a Dr Pepper. They screwed up my order on the first try hearing me. So I told them they were incorrect when they ask for verification and they put my order in again. Initially the screen look like they had my order correct at the Speaker of the drive thru. However when I pulled up to the window the guy either made a mistake, or purposely added in an extra item to my order. In this case it was an extra cup of coffee. So when I had to ask him for my order correction he was a little stumped on how to quickly correct the order. Either refunding my credit card, or simply giving me a cash refund. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes while he took care of the refund. Then they gave me all the food that I needed which was just my small Dr Pepper and two tacos. All of this took way too long and had way too many mistakes for something so simple. While the order ended up being fresh and tasty for what it was, I suggest you keep your eyes open during all aspects of going through the drive through at this Jack in the Box location.

I came in once. The person who took my order was a little cuckoo, but there was someone right there to take my order right when I walked in. I got my order fast, also. The manager Sean seemed very nice and very tolerant of the employees and a difficult customer. The chicken sandwich plus cheese wasn’t hot. The cheese was unmelted. The chicken patty had been sitting around for a while under a heat lamp. The Coke, however, was terrific because of the high tech soda machine. The dining room was filthy for a while before someone swept it. It was very small, almost too small, also. Overall, I’m giving 3 stars.

I love this Jack in the Box more than words can say. I’ve reviewed them once before, but nothing can keep me from expressing over and over again my deep and arduous love for them. When the rest of the world has let me down, when I feel that there is nothing left in the cruel universe for me, Jack in the Box remains, stalwart and unwavering, a brightly lit beacon of hope at 3AM whispering promises of breakfast served all day. I love their ultimate breakfast. I love it more ardently than Mr. Darcy loves Elizabeth Bennet. The soft toasted bread, the cheese, those two squishy fried eggs. This sandwich has enough protein to keep my body strong and enough salt and fat to ease my quivering nerves after a long night of existential dread. The drive-thru workers never judge me for the state in which I pull up to the payment window. The food is always hot and well-assembled. If I were ever crowned queen of the world, I would give every Jack in the Box employee a raise. They deserve all the good things. These people are true American heroes. Thank you Jack in the Box.

No thank you. All of the burgers looked nasty on the board. I had the basic buttery Jack and it was tough to choke down. Way too much salt and sauce. The whole thing tasted artificial. Funny that this is even in Palo Alto.

Does a pat of herb butter improve everything? Yes. Yes it does. After seeing the Super Bowl XLIX promo for the«Buttery Jack», I had to try it. Although the burger party is still the same laughably dry, tasteless thing that you’d expect at any other fast food place that’s not In N Out, the one or two bites that contained herb butter did a good job of imitating«juicy». The bacon was pretty good yoo. Other than that, everything’s about the same. Curly fries are an extra 30 cents but worth it, and the service is about what you’d expect. I’ve seen cleaner fast food places, but I’ve also seen worse. Nothing special.

Ugh. I hate myself when I do fast food for breakfast before work. I’m trying to be good, I really am, but sometimes traffic is a bear and eating healthier isn’t really an option. So, credit where credit is due. They were friendly, they were fast, the food is inexpensive and it was certainly hot and fresh. Ugggg, save me from myself. Such a fattie.

So, so. First time visiting in like 40 years. A lot stays the same. Super taco, chicken club wasnt bad, but fries were lukewarm at best. Maybe a bad time to show.

I brought a valid coupon in today. They just told me they don’t accept this coupon any more because they don’t make the chicken sandwich any more.

I went here after a Friday night out to get some late night snacks. I usually always resort to getting the jumbo jack and 2 tacos. Food wise is never an issue — you know exactly what you’re going to get with this fast food chain restaurant because its pretty much the same everywhere you go. The service, though, wasn’t that great the past few times I have come here. This most recent time they forgot my order of curly fries, then gave me a replacement regular fries. When I explained to them that I wanted curly fries because that is what I ordered, i got a little attitude before my fries were correctly replaced. If you know of another late night place to go to I would recommend you go there and avoid this place.

If there ever existed a guilty pleasure, it’s Jack in the Box’s jalapeño poppers, curly fries, and«buttermilk sauce»(apparently they don’t use the word«ranch», which slightly concerns me) at 1AM. But in all seriousness, I would legitimately opt for these jalapeño poppers over a restaurant’s version any day.

*sigh* I love Jack In The Box. Why must it be so unhealthy?!? I used to eat at Jack In The Box way more before I read their nutrition info. It makes sense that stuff this delicious & yet affordable has got to be bad for me. Anyways: Open 24 hours a day. Right next to Stanford. Delicious & Cheap. This is an equation that has led to many nights for Stanford students ending with«Let’s go to J-Bo!»
