By FAR the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Understaffed and the fries were cold. All in all, an episode of the Twilight Zone.
The bathrooms were mediocre.

There is are So unfriendly. I’m not gonna go anymore. I ordered midium size coke, but they gave me small size ice coffe cup. I complaind about it, but they said this cup is it. Anyway too bad there.

Probably one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at.
Definitely one of the worst restrooms I’ve ever used. The toilet paper roll was on the floor soaked with water and most likely urine. I resorted to the grease wipes I always bring with me. Hope you don’t have the runs if you come here.

I know working in fast food isn’t the most exciting job, but at least take some pride in getting the customer orders right. It’s not rocket science. How hard is it to get a happy meal order correct. I would say 40% of the time our order is wrong.

I wish there was a 0 star rating. Went through the drive-through made my order and they managed to mess that up. Seriously? It’s not the first time either.

I just had THE best 20 piece McNuggets. Maybe I just hit the right time of day or something… but the nuggets were hot, crisp, juicy, and prepared quick! No complaints here!

The fact that you’re pulling out of the Drive Thru and facing the Equinox gym hurts my soul.
The drive thru was average speed. My sandwich was hot. My fries ice cold. But I was in a hurry and sure wasn’t gonna park and go inside to swap them out.
I’ve been to better. I’ve been to worse. It’s no In-N-Out Burger.

Standard McDonald’s with ample parking space. Fairly empty most of the time and is kept relatively clean. They don’t offer any of the current McDonald’s shaker options (fries and nuggets). This location also has a drive thru.

Wow. Don’t try the drive through here late at night — they weren’t at the ordering location, were snide on the intercom, and didn’t have what we wanted. Took five minutes to get some cookies which we didn’t even really want.
If there was a 0 star option, I’d click it.

Like the free wifi. It’s great such as right now as I’m using their wifi to do a review. Very interesting characters who hang out by the tv and always something odd on the television.
Big disappointment when I ordered a hot fudge sundae. They filled it up lower than any other McDonald I have ever been to and when I asked if they could fill it up higher they said no. Nice customer service… NOT

WORST SERVICE. EVER. I used to get irritated by the ladies taking orders, but all I can do now is pity them. If you must get a kick out of screwing with people that don’t eat meat and drink decaf coffee, then I guess I’ll let you have that. I should know better than to go to a McDonald’s anyway.

I’ve been going to this place for 6 months now — thinking it would get better after I formed a relationship with them, but it hasn’t. I’m a vegetarian and I order the same thing every time I go to McDonalds.
This morning, no one was working the drive thru window at 6:30AM so I had to physically walk in. There were 8 people in line, and my patience is already over it at 6:30AM.
They told me the window should be open and it opens at 0500hrs, which is a lie. After I recieved my order, I found sausage patties in my egg and chesse sandwiches. They thought removing the meat patties and repackaging my food was a good idea — it is not!
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS MCDONALDS and I will encourage others to GO ELSEWHERE.

This mcdonalds is not 24 hours, the joint is open till 11am usually and the drive thru for later. Service when I was here was pretty good and crowd was not too dodgy. Had the sugar free french vanilla coffee — Win!

I’m waiting for an Egg McMuffin meal (#1) in their parking lot because «The egg was still cooking.» Mind you, I was stuck in the drive-thru for seven minutes already. The best part is that my Egg McMuffin was just hand-delivered and looks as though it has been repeatedly punched in the face. It tasted even more amazing than it looked.

It’s a McDonald’s with staffing problems. At the very least in the morning, its pretty slow.
Other than that, it’s everything you’d expect. Pretty busy for 730. Must be a nightmare when the real breakfast crowd shows up, but for now, it’s pretty nice.
edit: bumped down to 2 stars because I got an egg white Mcmuffin instead of a normal one, and I don’t wanna brave the line again to ask for a new one. Bleh.

Sweet: Clean frontage, large parking lot.
Bitter: They need help badly. Manager = cashier, and one cook in back. That’s sparse even for middle of nowhere McDonald’s.

Had breakfast this morning at this mcdonald. It wasn’t too packed and the order was ready in a minute. The hash brown was undercooked, semi crispy, but the potato tasted weird. The breakfast burrito was good, cheesy. I also had a parfait, the strawberry was soggy, not fresh, it seems to be in the refrigerator for a while. Overall the food wasn’t fresh in the morning. I’ve had lunch over there and it was decent, perhaps the food turnover rate is high since there are many customer. I’ve had a stomach ache afterward.

This is a very busy McDonalds on El Camino and Page Mill. I go here during the week sometimes because there is a large parking area next door where I can park my truck.
It’s fast food and this location does a good job keeping up with all the customer food orders.

This McDonald’s in particular is better than most others I’ve been to around the country. With that said, it still suffers, like many other McDonalds restaurants, from complacent and indifferent workers.
I always seem to have something wrong my order, even simple ones. At first, I ignored it, then I tried letting them know, and then I gave up. I don’t come here often enough, and it’s so cheap it won’t a huge difference.
Suppose, too, I’m getting exactly the service you’d expect from a place this cheap. Whateva’, it still satisfies my munchies, which barely keeps it from getting two stars.
