Love Debbie’s. Clean, fast, simple and fresh menu items. Love the omelet selections. Anything you order, won’t go wrong.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here my whole life. No other breakfast place in town even comes close! There isn’t a single thing on their menu that isn’t delicious.

Best breakfast on the Ridge! Great family restaurant. The service was great and the food was perfect. The food was served hot and just as we ordered. We will return!

Food was okay. Ordered the French dip. It was reheated dry roast beef on a toasted bun served with a ju. Plain. I’m not a big fan of the thin pancakes, especially for the cost but my husband loves them. To each his own. I left hungry and wanting Black Bear.

Debbie’s is a regular place for us. It’s the best breakfast and lunch diner in town, hands down. I like the thin style pancakes, and the omelettes are always cooked just right, never over or under cooked. Their coffee is good for regular coffee, better than the standard diner fare.

Been going places with my huge family and Debbies seemed a little small for big groups. They did really well accomidating us once two tables cleared. The two and 3 seater places will be great when it’s just my husband, son, and I. The food was Delicious!!! Everyone got an array of different food and it all came out wonderful and we left stuffed. My dad is from the bay area and he said when he visits, Debbie’s is the only place he wants to eat breakfast!

One word. Pancakes… Everything is good, pancakes are the best… Ambiance leaves to be desired but it is a breakfast dive, price is pretty decent, food is fast hot and service is always very pleasant!

Nice place to enjoy good food. Nothing fancy, just good food and great service. Sometimes the wait can be long especially Sunday afternoon.

Since moving to Paradise a year and a half ago, I can say I have now tried just about every place around here for breakfast. Nothing even comes close to Debbie’s. The food is fresh, prepared correctly and the service is spectacular. Other reviewers have mentioned that sometimes the food here is to «plain». Well America, that’s what happens when you’re busy shoveling down grease soaked butter stuffed triple fried omelette’s and hash-browns from the likes of Kalico Kitchen and Cozy Diner etc. Besides that the prices are really reasonable here compared to say Black Bear Diner, and the food is better, so it’s a win win. So next time you need some more flavor, maybe lay off of the popular trans-fat swathed cooking of the 70’s and 80’s and come enjoy a FRESH consistent breakfast in a great atmosphere.

When I am away from Paradise I dream about their pancakes. They remind me of the one’s my German mother use to make. They do great eggs and ‘home fries’. The service can be dodgy and they should improve the signage out front but I highly recommended this place and their pigs-in-a-blanket.

great breakfast. This is a small restaurant. There several booths for just 2 people, but they will add a small table to seat 4. there is counter seating and one small area for larger group. The pancakes are thin and tasty. The bacon has to be the meatiest we have ever had and not stiff as a board like some restaurants. Our only problem is that one breakfast came out way before the other 3. But we caught up quickly. Will return the next time we are in Paradise.

Disappointment Was seated quickly, waitress was nice enough but the food was not very good at all. Several order request were messed up/forgotten. The portion was small especially for the price. It just felt like a mediocre meal and I work hard for my money. You are better off cooking the meal yourself an saving 70% for a dish in my opinion

I had a Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich which was very good, but a bit dry. Good large portion. Delicious fries. My lovely wife had a Grilled Roast Beef Sandwich that was excellenr as well. Could have used a little mayonnaise. It was very similar to the discontinued Carls Jr California Roast Beef Sandwich.

As a breakfast connoisseur, I have tried literally EVERY single restaurant that serves breakfast in the area. Debbies is the best around and I found it right in my beloved town of Paradise. If you are not a resident, it is worth the drive. The pancakes are phenomenal. Thin and crisp. The hash browns are crisped to perfection and cooked to order. I’ve tried a lot of their menu items but in trying to take it slow. I will be eating at this restaurant as long as their doors remain open. Which hopefully is for a very long time. It doesn’t get better. Ingredients are fresh, prices are fair, waitstaff is fast and friendly, and the food is crazy good.

Excellent breakfast! Debbie’s county breakfast has everything: eggs, crispy hash browns, bacon, and biscuits and gravy(and hot sauce). The biscuits and gravy is really good, it’s bacon gravy, so different and more amazing than your standard breakfast gravy. Also, try the blueberry pancakes, they’re yummy and thin, not super filling. Bonus points because they fill your coffee cup when they seat you at your table.

Very down-homey feel to the restaurant(if 1980 and a country flea market had a baby…) but that adds to its charm. Amazing pancakes — they were huge, thin, and cooked to perfection. I could only eat half of my meal. Definitely worth repeating.
