Super yummy and sweet! The perfect little bites. The salted caramel macaroons and PB n J cupcakes were my favorite! I could eat a dozen PB n J in a matter of seconds. Really cool concept, tons of kids hanging out begging parents to buy them. They are pretty small and the price is a little high at $ 1/​piece (that’s part of surviving as a small business though, so I get it); but they are extremely delicious. Light, airy, and packed with flavor. Stop by, grab a few, they’re good and you deserve it!

These little bites of heaven were gifted to me last night as a birthday gift from my amazing friends Lauren and Barry! They are my new obsession, these bite size little cupcakes are adorable and delicious. This is my second time trying Baked by Melissa cupcakes the first time they weren’t good at all unfortunately but luckily these were perfect and moist with the most delicious flavor combos. My favorite one was the strawberry macaron cupcake and the triple chocolate. mmm mmm mmm amazing can’t wait to get some more!

The Cupcakes are amazing but I don’t understand how you can charge like 50 cents for cupcake the size of a nickel. However, the cupcakes are so good and unique… I guess the deal ain’t that bad but still.

Yum yum yum! I guarantee that every single flavor is absolutely delicious! They’re bite sized and tiny enough to not make any type of mess. The boxes are perfect as a small gift or for an office birthday.
I placed a large order of 300 cupcakes and these folks deliver for a small fee and the cupcakes arrive nice and fresh. Very impressive.

These mini cupcakes were delivered to our office all the way from New Jersey according to the shipping label. I had the opportunity to try a couple of these micro dessert the size of a kumquat. The pack came with 25 mini cupcakes with several flavors. The cake is super moist that it left a liquid residue on my thumb and forefinger and the icing is pretty good. My favorite was the mini cupcake with a mini chocolate covered pretzel on top. So yummmm!

Asked to get a 25 pack. Instead of getting them from the case, the girl goes into the fridge and takes out a pack. Didn’t complain but later that night I wish I did when I brought them to a party and was in shock of how soggy they were and had condensation droplets on them. Having worked in the same mall for a few years now I have seen them putting them away and taking them out of the fridge nightly, leaving me uneasy on how often they actually come in fresh. Not a good look…

More often found in Manhattan, Melissa brought her mini cupcakes to the suburbs. This is a nice quick easy stop for a sugar fix if you need one.
The products here turnover really fast so I have always gotten fresh ones. I don’t think you can go wrong with a stop here.

Mini cupcakes! As Kevin Malone said, «Mini cupcakes, as in the mini version of regular cupcakes?! Which is already a mini version of cake?!» Yeah, the size of the cupcakes are pretty ridiculously small but for me, that just means I can eat 12 different flavors in one sitting.
I am always a fan of Baked by Melissa. This is a small kiosk in the mall but they have a decent selection of flavors and the service is friendly and quick. If you’re in need of a bit of sugar and you don’t mind overpaying for your baked goods, I’d say stop and have a snack.

Yes! A thousand times yes! I was ECSTATIC to see that Baked by Melissa was coming to GSP. I am such a fan and get them every time I’m in Soho. Now I can stop by each time I’m at the mall. Strange to say, but I feel like the GSP Baked by Melissa is even fresher than the three Manhattan locations I’ve visited. The cupcakes are absolutely delicious and guilt-​free. (As long as you don’t eat a box of 12 all by yourself…)
