Jack Daniels Audi Paramus

I went to this dealership with full intentions of purchasing a used Nissan Pathfinder we found online. The first night I stopped by was about 10 – 15 minutes before 6:00pm closing on a Saturday (which, yes — I know is not the most ideal time). As I stepped out of my car two salesmen walked by us and said «The dealership is closed. You’re welcome to look around on your own, but no one will be able to help you.» before I even had a chance to say a word. To me, there are nicer ways they could have stated this, but whatever. It was my own fault for showing up a little later.
So we found the used vehicle on the lot and noticed the car was keyed from one end to the other on both sides, hood and rear hatch. Someone obviously was unhappy when they did this, as the damage was pretty deep. We decided we would call on Monday and see if the dealer was willing to compensate for the cost of repairs in the sale price. So, that’s what we did. Monday morning I called in to the dealership. First off (and this may just me being a little overly-​sensitive), of the three people I spoke with that morning, to each I said «Good morning, how are you?» to which all three responded (after a long pause) «What can I do for you?» or «How can I help you?» — which means they didn’t even listen when someone speaks to them, they’re just on autopilot.
Regardless, I explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to either fix the vehicle before we bought it or if they would compensate us back in the sale price if we chose to move forward. We also explained that the pricing on the vehicle was at the top of the scale for retail pricing on NADA, KBB and Edmunds. The salesman could not have been more short with me stating «That’s the price of the vehicle as is. If you don’t want it, don’t buy it.» Now, to me, that’s obviously someone that shouldn’t be speaking to customers, PERIOD. But really, it seems as though these people at the dealership here are just very unhappy and not willing to work with or speak with customers. With all the other poor reviews on this site I can’t imagine how they stay in business — since it’s obvious that we’re not the only ones experiencing the lack of service.
Bottom line, I don’t suggest wasting your time with these people. You’ll come out frustrated and probably on the losing end in the long run.

Worst place for service. Atleast $ 300 more than other dealerships.
Screwed my car.
Unprofessional/​Rude management.
Worthless.
Should go out of business.
WORST SERVICE PLACE EVER FOR AUDI… PERIOD

I just bought my new Audi q3 from this dealership and had the pleasure to deal with Joseph Sinatra. Usually buying a car is so nerve racking but when I met Joe he was honest from the start and I didn’t feel like he was pressuring me into anything which was refreshing. Once I test drove this car I was in love. Joe took the time to show me all the bells and whistles with this car and I knew I had to have it. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and to deal with Joe! Can’t wait to drive in style this summer !

Round 2: this place is unbelievably ridiculous. The level of customer satisfaction is astronomically negative. I came in over a month ago to have them look at my rear brakes because of a pulse/​vibration before my wife and I went on a road trip. They tell me it’s the front brake rotors and slap a $ 750+ bill on me. I leave and of course the same issue exists. I come back after my trip and guess what??? The issue was actually in the rear (like I told them)!!! Now I wait to see how much they want to charge me. Either I just have bad luck, or they just love cheating me. I’m going back to BMW. This place has scarred me from ever owning another Audi.

I was played! The General Manager Solomon Faizi of Jack Daniels in Paramus talked me into financing with some bogus company to create a lower payment on my lease.
At the time it seemed okay and I was assured that the last payment of my previous lease and all turn-​in fees such as wear & tear would be taken care of.
Six months later I get a surprise Turn-​in bill for excess wear and tear and all these extra fees that were supposed to be covered by JD as long as I got into a new lease.
Solomon Faizi (the GM of Jack Daniels) with his arrogant attitude made it seem like he was doing me a favor at the time of my lease… he is shady and has no people skills at all. In hindsight, I suspect that he gets cut backs ($$$) for recommending this dubious and disreputable finance company rather than Audi Financial from where I previously financed. Nonetheless, I feel that I was taken for a ride and don’t want anyone else to fall for the same nonsense.
I called David Baum, the Sales Associate immediately to find out he no longer is employed at JD. I’ve reached out to Solomon on numerous occasions and he is unresponsive and has not corresponded to my emails or letters.
I am stuck with an $ 1800 bill that was supposed to be covered by JD as promised. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied at how dismissive Solomon is to this situation.
It’s a shame because I’ve been a loyal JD customer with three previous leases and refuse to ever go back. I would never recommend my friends or family to buy or lease a car from Solomon Faizi in Paramus– It’s unfortunate that he has spoiled the integrity of Jack Daniels.

I could not have left feeling happier with this dealership after getting my A3 this weekend. The sales manager Frank Gebbia found me the exact car I wanted with a price that absolutely could not be beat. Tal Vander the sales specialist made sure I was completely satisfied with everything about the deal and car from the second we got started in looking and still follows up to make sure I am totally happy! It is easy to be swindled at many dealerships, that is not the case at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus, NJ. They will work with you and go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy– they are not pushy and everything was delivered exactly as promised. Jack Daniel’s Audi Paramus– thank you for not only making my experience a professional and painless one but also a personable one. I will be with Audi in the future as long as I have Frank and Tal by my side. Many thanks!

Just leased 2015 a6. My sales specialist Tal Vander was so patient with me during the 3 mos of discussion regarding my purchase I had to write this. He was such a gentleman and I was greeted with a great manner and everyone here seemed to be nice and eager to help out the customer. Felt great from stepping into the dealer to signing the papers and receiving my key. Strongly recommend!

The worst experience ever! If I can give 0 stars I would. We walked in there trying to work a deal and they didn’t want to work with us at all! The dealer literally said my cars sell out so I don’t need to give u a deal! What happened to providing good service! I walked out in shock! They are arrogant for no reason! They don’t even have decent sales people. Don’t waste your time going to that dealership truly a holes!!!

So I have owned or bought for parents an Audi on three occasions. My wife loves the A7 and after visiting the manhattan showroom and driving one we resolved to lease one. Jack Daniels Audi had the color scheme we liked. Upon walking in we were greeted with a salesman screaming at the top of his lungs at someone on the phone. So loud we couldn’t even communicate with the receptionist. That guy needs to be fired. Undaunted, we asked for the lease price on the A7 and it came back a ludicrous was 35% above manhattan – 350 bucks more a month! Instead of pricing fairly when they saw she loved the car they tried to gouge us. Then, when we asked for the price of a loaner/​used A7 they were selling, these awful people discounted it by a mere 1000 dollars despite the car having 10,000 miles. Why wouldn’t I just buy a 2015 brand new car for 1000 dollars more than a 2014 with 10,000 miles ?? I have never seen such flagrant attempts to rip off a consumer before. They should be embarrassed pricing a lease so far and away above fair. Don’t trust them! The good news? We happily found a bmw we loved at Prestige BMW right up the road. We made a deal in minutes with none of the silliness these people tried to pull. Do yourself a favor, skip this audi dealer. They can’t be trusted. If you must buy an Audi go to manhattan.

I purchased a new S6. I had payments left on my existing lease. They asked me to release my information to them from MB so they can call and find out the details. Then I find out they didn’t pay all the remaining payments, which was not part of the VERBAL agreement. When I questioned the issue, they provided me with a paper i signed showing 4 payments not 5. They said they paid what they agreed to and will not budge… This is all after the finance person tried to convince us we owed them first months payment, when we specifically capped out out of pocket payment. Sneaky and intentionally dishonest. If you do use them, audi is a great car, make sure your take everything they say with a grain of salt, cause they are don’t care once you sign.

DO NOT give your business to Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus. I just got back from what was supposed to be the closing on my car when they informed me they SOLD it. Last NIGHT. After I had been negotiating with them since Monday. And had come to an agreement yesterday AFTERNOON, EARLIER than the other person who allegedly made their deal last NIGHT.
Then they had the gall to me I should have bought it on the spot, without a mechanic’s inspection, and insulted my intelligence by telling me I should have left a deposit the dealer NEVER ASKED FOR. Apparently it’s MY job to tell them how to do THEIR job.
The lack of communication is astounding. Professionalism is nonexistent. I have never had such a poor experience buying anything, nevermind a luxury vehicle upwards of $ 30k.

I agree with the other reviewer completely! With a few exceptions. My salesperson was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the car as what I thought was certified pre-​owned — meaning to me peace of mind for a car that I was putting my kids in and had spent a lot of money for — certified by Audi to be in fantastic shape. I had problems getting cables, etc from them too, but they did come through with that. I too agree that the current sales manager, whose name is Wayne, is the worst. After I finally got in touch with him, he talked to me like I was a stupid, ignorant woman who had no business driving a car. I got my car with four bent rims, in spite of being a CPO car. Yes four. After I had it at the repair facility three times with no satisfaction and finally got a hold of him, he accused me of ruining all four rims! Really?!? Then they said they straightened them, but I still have issues with the car, but it’s just a he said she said at this point. I too think that they put a scratch in my car when they were checking it. It’s not worth the effort with them to have it fixed. Then they told me I had to bring it back to them for repair as they knew the car. Really, thought with CPO I could go to any dealer for service?!?
I called Audi USA, hoping for a helping hand with my situation and they contacted the dealer who outright lied to them about what was wrong with the car — I have the paperwork stating what was wrong, but they lied anyway. Guess who’s side Audi USA is on? Not the consumer for sure.
THE BOTTOM LINE — No communication skills, no professional behavior, no nothing! I paid a lot of money for my car and it has been a horrible experience. Stick with Audi, but go to a more reputable dealer then this one!

WARNING: DO NOT… do not purchase your audi here! They don’t even help with the prices.
My story is that i purchased an audi and from the moment i walked in the door they were no help. The sale guy first told me the car was certified… a few minutes later the car wasn’t certified. Then i was told the car has bluetooth music streaming without buying any extra parts… again, a few minutes after checking out the car, it does not have music streaming. You have to pay about $ 100 for a cable you can buy on Amazon/​eBay for $ 10. I was then told the car has certain packages but upon seeing the car it DID not have the complete package they were selling.
From no negotiation to the prices of the cars, to the financial manager who spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I will not give any names but the current sales manager is the WORST. I made plans with him for 2 days in advance to get certain packages included with my car, when i drove all the way out there, they told me no one knows anything and to come back. I wasted time, gas, toll and a day off work for this. It happened 2 times and upon the third time my car was still NOT taken care of. They claimed my car was properly taken care of yet when i picked up my car, it was FILTHY and upon that i saw new scratches! I was so infuriated that i just left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! The only reason why i went back the first 3 times was because when you buy a car from a dealer they are responsible for things like your first full tank for free, car detailing, car wash etc.
When i was trying to get answers from the sales guy who sold me the car, he was «busy» for a week before even getting a chance to talk to him. I tried to speak to the manager there and the same thing. For purchasing such a expensive vehicle it was the worst service ever.
THE BOTTOM LINE: they have NO communication skills, NO professional behavior, NO ethics for a business. If you do decide to go there, DOUBLE THINK this decision. Don’t waste your time. Go buy a lexus, they have EXCELLENT service compared to Audi.
