I recently became addicted to Starbucks… never really was about that life until I started drinking their frappuccinos… so being it was a day off for me and ended up at the mall, I JUST HAD TO GRAB A FRAPP! …I went with the Caramel waffle cone with extra Caramel… trust me the extra Caramel does it so much justice lol. believe me… I have a fat persons taste buds, so damn delicious I probably should of baught a size up got dammit lol

Best Mocha Frap I’ve EVER had. They have Powermat charger available for free while sitting T the counter. Very nice place.

I’ve been a loyal starbucks for 15 years now
Been in many states and stores
Problem there is the service is really slow
I ordered reserved and got my cup with warm coffee not hot
Order dark and got pike (also warm not hot)

Valentines Drink: We tried the valentines chocolate frapuccino last night before watching Deadpool. I liked that it is java chip based so the taste is exactly the same as expected. I am giving 5 stars because the taste is on point! I am Java chip fanatic so I know when they make it too chocolatey or too strong coffee for a frap. Definitely a must try drink!

The service is really slow here and they constantly forget about you and your order. They often mess up your drink and give you attitude when you explain to them what you wanted. Most Starbucks are happy to remake your drink if they messed up, but not at this one, they make you feel bad about it and embarrassed for asking them to fix it.

Barista failed to put enough ice into my ice americano… there was even half inch of room at the top. Should be expresso, ice than water, not fill with some water than chug a few ice cube into it

Generic Starbucks with pretty slow service. Very clean inside and very comfy places to sit outside in the mall. It’s a pretty small location with not enough seating inside.
It’s way better than the one downstairs which is a nightmare!

My macchiato lacked flavor here. I prefer the smaller stand alone Starbucks on the first level down the hall from the food court. My coffees always taste good from that location.

It’s in the brand new wing so it’s freshly designed and looks nice. Better than the old location. But for being new and in the «high end» corridor of GSP you’d think they’d make it bigger and with ample seating. There’s like 6 – 8 barstool chairs. The chairs are within 3 feet of where you pick up your order so it’s cramped. The baristas are friendly and the coffee is good but the layout sucks.
Although I don’t go to Au Bu Poin (however you spell it) there is one a few stores down with a way better layout. I might try that next.

Busy but fast service, few tables only so it’s not really a spot where one can easily take a seat. On positive side, there are plenty of mall seats as soon as you get out of the store. The place is clean and yes, they accept Starbucks coupons earned from gold member. Not all Starbucks locations accepts their own coupons!

Lovveee starbucks! People here are so nice, they greet you, get the drinks out to you right away. Although it may get busy they still make sure you are getting taken care of.

They could move a bit faster, but everyone is really friendly here!
This Starbucks has the Clover machine. Give it a try! I wasn’t really wowed by it, but that could be due to the fact I’m far from a coffee snob haha.

Service is slow, everything is overpriced, interior is nice but generic, coffee is bitter. It’s in a very popular mall and Starbucks has a captive audience so they’ll survive, I could care less to see another Starbucks location.
Yawn… Move along folks, nothing to see here.

I already lovelovelove Starbucks, but this location is easily my favorite. I might be biased as a mall employee, lol. Seriously though, this Starbucks is just beautiful! It’s pretty big and super clean.
The staff is beyond friendly!!! I’ve never been to a location where they actually go out of their way to recommend other beverages based upon what I always order. Thanks to these guys, my favorite drink (iced venti passion tea, 2 pumps classic & 2 pumps raspberry — yeah, I’m one of «those») is in rotation with two other awesome staff-​concocted drinks. Yay! I love these guys.
By the way, get the pumpkin cheesecake loaf; you can thank me later.

I’m enjoying the new Starbucks here in the new wing of the Garden State Plaza! It’s so convenient and the staff is very friendly. Shout out to MIKE!!! He is amazing!!! Full of energy, remembered my name and my favourite drink!!! It makes me feel great to know someone cares about their customers. Go MIKE!!!
