Domino’s Pizza

I don’t care what anyone says but Unilocaling with you. Wow, what negative reviews. I have been coming here for a while and never had a problem with any of the staff here. Im not sure about the delivery because is usually do carry out, it’s cheaper. And to tell you the truth how can you expect good customer service if your snooty. All I can say is that my experience here has always been positive. What’s really cool about this place is that you can sit on their barstools and watch them make you pizza pie. They have a couple of tables if you choose to eat there. They have a private parking lot in the back. Remember to order online, they sometimes have specials not advertised.

They ALWAYS mess up online orders every time! I order extra sauces and they never come and when I call they are rude and I never get a refund or the correct order. Save you time and money if Domino’s is going to charge for something at least give the product!

I luckily didn’t have any delivery/​order problems and I thought the pizza itself tasted great.
Except I had domnios twice within two weeks and both times I got CRAZYYYYYYY BAD stomachache and diarrhea!!!

What a bunch of dickheads. They gave my order to another order. Then they had the nerve to ask if I would take a used pizza. Then they told me my refund would take 3 business days. Do not order from there. They are fucking clowns. I honestly should have known better, so it’s really my fault

Constant errors in delivery, rude staff and delivery times that aren’t the quickest. It seems that I find myself returning pizzas more often than I’d like, for some reason the idea of making my pizza without garlic on the crust seems to be a problem… so I haven’t ordered from this location in a couple of weeks because of the bad service I’ve had in the past. Pizza Hut has been getting my orders (3 – 4 per week) fast forward to today, I’ve been craving dominos and decided to order online (big mistake) I order my pizza and patiently wait the 40 minutes it takes to deliver it.
The driver drops off the pizza and I realize that since I added a drink to my usual order the total was higher than expected, I tell the driver to hold on for a second while I grab some extra cash for his tip (remember to tip the drivers) and before I grab my wallet I check the pizzas and sure enough there is garlic on the crust. I quickly tell him that I did NOT want the pizzas and I would like them to make them without garlic., instead of just agreeing and heading back he tries to argue with me that it’s my fault for not putting it in the cooking instructions. I tried explaining to him that there is no cooking instructions on their website, therefore the only way to add instructions is on the delivery instructions but they usually catch it. He says he’ll call it in and I’ll have another pizza in 30 minutes…
5 – 10 minutes later I get a call from dominos, I think great they’ve already wasted time making my pizzas and I have work today. Well low and behold the gentleman (I use that term loosely) on the phone has this asinine tone to his voice. He tells me it’s my fault for choosing the toppings, I tried to explain to him that there are no options but his tone never changes and his voice raises. So I told him I didn’t want the pizzas and he says «that’s cool» and hangs up. The call took place at 4:24PM on Friday January 29 2016, I’ve had my orders screwed up before but 99% of the time the person on the phone isn’t a complete jack ass about it. Which is why I still choose to purchase from your company, Pizza Hut never has these problems but I prefer your product. I honestly wish I could order from another location but I’m your delivery zone so that won’t happen.
I know this is a franchise so I hope that you (the owner) get things squared away here. Mistakes happen but the behavior of both your driver and the person on the phone and not welcomed. I’ve put up with my fair share of shit from you guys but this is the last straw. I hope your store gets it together

Ive been ordering from this dominos for months and its always good pizzas made the same way and this most recent time i ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza and it came without cheese. I love this pizza because its always cheesy and good. Who ever made this pizza though just did not care or did not know how to make this pizza. its sad because it only takes one bad experience to stop going back and this was it.

I ordered delivery pizza & the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I was very disappointed. I will just order from a different dominoes pizza from this day forward. Not a fan of this dominoes at all. Nope.

You are not going to believe what I am about to say, but it’s the truth: THIS PLACE HAS GREAT PIZZA! We get the $ 7.99 medium regular crust w/​double pepperoni and it is delicious everytime. We’ve tried other Dominoes and only one other has compared to this location (Boyle Heights on Whittier Blvd, just in case you’re curious). This location also has a decent sitting dining room if you want to eat there, but be warned this is not a restaurant so they are just tables for you to eat & run. The kids will like this location too because the have a platform where they can watch pizza being made. :-)
HELPFUL:
* Clean restrooms, not sure if they have changing table
* Easy parking
* Call ahead and pick up for best deals
* Stick to regular crust and avoid specialty pizzas — ENJOY!

I live across the street from this location and since the last experience I have a hard time ordering again. I think I will get delivery from pizza hut.
I ordered on my phone app and it said it was ready for pick up. I crossed the street to pick it up. I paid the cashier who rang me up and then he left to go deliver pizza and I waited 15 minutes before I went and stood at the register again. Then I was waiting and the cashier helped everyone else but me so I had to kinda just shout out that my pizza and wings was supossed to be ready 15 minutes ago. Everyone looked around confused and 5 mins later I got my order. The cashiers solution was to give me a free 2 liter bottle of soda eh ok I took it.
When I got home I realized the food was cold and just didn’t feel like going back to complain so I microwaved it. I’m sorry but this place needs help

Fast Delivery, Great Pizza.
I wish they could get into our apartment building and deliver directly to my door so I do not have to go to lobby to pick up pizza and do money transaction in front of my neighbors.

This really hurts to have to tell the world the truth about this Dominos Pizza store,
since the Dominos brand been around for as long as i can remember…
But store number 8127 is a complete mess!!! From the looks of things, there no one in charge… The employees are in there running into each other, arguing and blaming each other for there own mistakes and displaying poor customer service.
Let me explain:
I went in to the store around 5:00 on Sunday 10÷5÷2014.
And the big lady, server number 3993 the one with the deer in headlights look on her face… took my order, And think GOD they don’t wear name tags because i surly would tell you who to watch out for.
She can’t read and misspelled TWICE asking me to spell it… (reading it off my card) really smart girl Woman right.
So, she charged my card FOUR TIMES the amount of the large pizza… And i only ordered ONE large pizza!
And once it got noticed, she told me she can’t refund me the money until 3 – 4 days later!!!
And had the nerve to ask me is that OK???
Ahhh Hello, do i have a choice!!! NO!!!
So after 30 – 40 minutes later and them asking me 10 time what did i order…
The pizza finally came. And from the looks of it, it should have went in the trash.
Not enough sauce, weak toppings etc… etc… And VERY over cooked.
But my DOGS loved it, no complaints there. You would think with all these people friendly designer pizza places opening up all over town, management would at least make sure the staff can get the basics right!!! Since they have been around for ever, and losing money and customers to all the newcomers! I guest not!!!
Not saying everybody are losers… But theres a lot of work that needs to be done and retraining if you want the stay open and compete with all the newcomers!

Delicious pizza made JUST the way we ordered it! It literally arrived less than 20 minutes after we ordered it! The driver was very friendly and followed our directions to call upon arrival! The pizza came perfectly as did everything else we ordered. Thanks Louie! Also, the pasta carbonara was delicious and my thin crust pizza was perfectly crisp!

I love this Domino’s. It’s very clean and service is decent. I would have given this place a 5 star if they continued the $ 5.99 for a large pizza (min. 2 orders); but unfortunately they changed the deal, and I will not go back as often as I used to.

Friendly staff! Everyone seems to be focused and on task! It’s clean and they have tables for small groups to eat & watch how they make pizza! It’s just a bit oven warm in here!

Let me put this simply.
A. Friendly staff
B. good pizza (need to order extra sauce)
C. Delivery drivers drive way too fast. — minus 1 star.

wow… this franchisee is a cheap ass. Parmesan bites and no sauce… but for .50 cents more you can have some.

Honestly, they don’t even deserve any stars. I have never been so poorly treated in my life by a sales associate at a restaurant. All I wanted to do was to get ONE large pizza delivered to my house, simple right? Or so you’d think. I have ordered from this dominos for 2 years now, I call and they ask to put me on hold. I said ok thinking that in less than 2 minutes someone would be back on the line to take my order. 25 MINUTES LATER I decided to hang up. I call back and again, they tell me they have no record of me ever ordering from there and that they won’t deliver to my area anymore. That’s fine. Thank you Dominos for proving everyone else right, and letting me down for the last time. I’ll take my business elsewhere where the people working actually care about customer relations and satisfaction.

Will come back. Fast and clean. Staff are pleasant. And there are sitting and tables for eat-​in.
