The t bell is closed but for good reason. I used to drive to the Glendale t bell just to get a good t bell experience. The food at this t bell was so quickly slapped together the ingredients often would be all over the wrapper instead of in the tortilla. One time the drive through lady scolded me for being high. Like I ordered fast enough don’t judge me … I’m your demographic! Who is fourth meal for? Doritos taco? Any way I’m super excited for this Taco Bell remodel!!! I can’t wait to taste the difference. Hopefully they hire people who give a damn about the food quality and who are friendly and awesome like the Glendale location! I can’t wait till they re open.

It’s fine! I was here at 8am on a Friday. The space was very clean, and the service was fast and friendly.

No matter how many times you say no tomatoes… You’ll get tomatoes. But hey, they’re fast food employees after all. Waste of life in this world.

LOL. Their employees enter your promotional codes then hand the boxes to customers. Just imagine what they do to your food when they’re bored. I plan to never eat here again. The food isn’t even that great.

This morning, I searched Unilocal for a reputable psychotherapist, who specializes in helping people deal with the cognitive dissonance that comes with poor decisions. While I am generally a well-balanced individual, it seems that last night, I experienced some sort of acute psychosis that possessed me to visit a Taco Bell drive thru, and purchase the toxic detritus marketed as food that the establishment exchanges for US currency. Suffice to say, only someone enduring a psychotic break would subject himself to this, and it is evident that I need an intervention. It’s been a long time since I ate anything from Taco Bell. Three drinks, two«big-menu» items, and four soft tacos ended up being north of $ 17. While that’s not a bank-breaking purchase, it seemed a lot higher than how much I have spent at TB in the past… Like, in the 80s, which might be the last time I’ve visited one. The photos below really tell the story: soggy and pallid menu items full of FrankenFood ingredients, haphazardly wrapped in wax paper by low-interest assembly line employees. I can only hope and pray that I will have the strength to drive past and not drive thru the next time I’m in the old neighborhood. Based on the taste, texture, appearance, and digestive aftermath of my visit to Taco Bell, somehow I don’t think that will be a problem.

Every time I go which is like 3 times a week I get the worst customer service! If you hate your job so much just quit!

I used the Taco Bell the app to place my small order a few nights ago for the first time here. I am use to the app, so I knew the process. The dining room was closed, so I had to use the drive-thru option. I never used the drive-thru option, so I was confused on what to do. I told the app I was here and submitted the order. Just tell the order taking in the speaker that you have an app order. They’ll take it from here. Just pull up and they’ll make sure it is you. I wanted a minute for my small order. The staff seemed nice and polite to me. I experienced no problems here. I would come back here again. Seemed clean. Hot food and my order was correct.

On the way home after a late night out? Have no fear, TB is here! Taco Bell has never let me down. Food is bad, bad, bad for you and for me, only to be eaten after concerts or late-night events(I know it doesn’t make sense). It serves the same purpose as Denny’s but without the hassle. Judging from the line of cars crammed in the drive-thru, lots of people think like me. Soft Taco Supremes and Bean & Cheese Burritos have saved my life. I think this location is open only until 1am. It’s located close to P.C.C. and the service is relatively quick. On occasions past 1am, I’ve had to make my way to Del Taco and begrudgingly order from their inferior menu. Hey Taco Bell, did you know that your competitor is opened 24 hours? Think of all the extra business you’d get if you stayed open later… 5 stars for tastiness. 4 stars for not being opened later.

Decided to give this Taco Bell another chance cuz I was craving a cheesy gordita crunch. Guess what?! This time they were out of flat bread! Lol a new low for them. 2 times I came they were out of beans and tonight it was flatbread. If you can’t manage your inventory, don’t be in business!

This is the closest location to me(with a PCC discount even!), but being this one and the one on Rosemead are horrible, it may be time to part ways with Taco Bell… I let the crunchwrap with a soggy tortilla in the middle go because shit happens… I let the 20 minute wait at the drive through go because sometimes the people ahead of me order the whole restaurant… No more. I ordered a Chickstar… Don’t waste your time and money. Over $ 4 for a bunch of breading on one tiny piece of chicken wrapped in a tortilla the size of a crunchwrap SLIDER. Garbage. I will not waste my money on you any longer, craptastic Taco Bell. Screw you. I hope you go out of business so a new restaurant can move in that’s not a waste of space.

Artificial food that tastes like plastic. Since the chipotle era I stopped going to Taco Bell but I was so hungry that decided to give it a try and remember the old times. I always ordered crunch wrap supreme and half pound beef burrito. Burrito was ok as it should have been but the wrap was burnet when I asked to re-do it I was told the new one would be the same. Oh well

Back in the day I used to be a shift lead at Taco Bell with that being said I know if I’m getting fresh food when I order. I ordered a potato soft taco & the potatoes weren’t fresh. I know for a fact they had been sitting there for hours because the potatoes were cold & nasty. It’s just a disappointment knowing that the leaders in charge are either not paying Attention to the times of the foods or simply careless or the team members are not being trained well enough in order to avoid this mistake.

Arrived at 12:40am. Their hours state that they’re open until 1am. Nobody was home. Nobody made my Crunchwrap Slider. They made me cry.

Waited 30 min in the drive through for a soft taco! Even though this one particular manager is nice, he takes forever! If your in a rush, do not go to this taco bell!

Seriously the most disgusting tasting chicken taco I have ever had. I ordered two chicken soft tacos and the meat was wet soggy cat food. The tomatoes were squishy and the entire taco was WET and stuck to the paper. Seriously about to throw up it was nasty. Barf. Called and they said no manager on duty for 2 days. Interesting.

This Taco Bell is at least 30% more expensive than all others. Pasadena’s rent isn’t that expensive, and I honestly have no idea why this one jacks up the price so much. The franchise owner should understand the concept of higher sales volume correlates with lower price. The lower the price, the more you will sell even when your margin is lower.

I love Taco Bell mainly for their value items(the under $ 2 offerings) because if I spend TOO much money on cheap food, might as well spend a bit MORE and have LESS food but of higher quality. That’s my rationale at least. The prices here are higher than other locations which is a huge turn-off, and they are slow at delivering your food(speaking of the drive-through). Honestly at this rate you’re better off driving 2 minutes down Colorado and grabbing Yoshinoya!

I see a lot of negative reviews from this place. However, most of them are about the Drive-Thru, so it seems like most of us hate to wait. This is a very popular place among students at Pasadena City College and residents because it’s Taco Bell and it’s a fast food place on Colorado, it’s bound to be busy. If you’re coming here during less of a rush hour then I bet this place gets more stars. Food is great, service is fine, it’s a Taco Bell. 4 stars because I had no problems.

This Taco Bell sucks. First, it’s SOSLOW. The drive thru has taken a full 30 minutes to get through on multiple occasions when there is a line of say 4 – 5 cars in front of you. That’s ridiculous. In-N-Out gets you through faster with lines around the block! Second, they ALWAYS screw up my order. I get bean burritos when I come with no onions(because their onions here are gross and old tasting) and they always put onions on them even when I ask them not to. Like ALWAYS. A few times after I sent my order back they put onions on them a second time! Really!!! Finally — they skimp. Their burritos/tacos often have half the filling compared to other taco bells I’ve been too! Lame!!! It’s worth the extra 15 minute drive to go to the one in Monrovia, which is awesome.
