Great food, easy going, good service, drinks not bad. What more do you want ., definitely recommend and it’s healthy

I have eaten at this Pizza Hut at this Arroyo Parkway location several times and the pizza and pasta have been tasty and a great value for the money. The service has been just fine also, every time, they prepare everything just the way I ask. I will come back to this Pizza Hut whenever I’m in the area.

Man oh Man !! If you are going for pizza in Pasadena I highly recommend 800 degrees. Had it my way and it was cooked perfectly. Salad was a good starter. Go For It !!!

Just dont go there ! Had food poisoning twice and the last time i ordered i got the wrong order, not very clean and the workers make the pizza without wearing gloves ! Definetly wont be coming back again

Two pizzas=$ 60 are you fucking kidding me? Should have stuck to blaze. Definitely not affordable and not the best I’ve ever tried, will not be coming back.

Fast! I called while I was driving then waited in my car for about 5 minutes. In total, the pizza was done in 10 minutes. Awesome!

Horrible customer service. Took close to an hour and a half for the food to come and when it did get here it was lukewarm. Ordered something and they did not have the item. Instead of calling and telling me they did not have the item they just replaced it with something else. Not a huge deal. I called so they could take the charge off. They told me that they would not take the charge off. They offered a store credit instead, but I am not really interested in a store credit for a facility that takes an hour and a half to delivery and then charges you for something that you did not order.

Horrible customer service. 1hr 45 min wait is ridiculous. First they told me that they don’t deliver to my location, when on the website it clearly said they cover my location. Seems to me they are lazy and don’t want to work. I would never order from this Pizza Hut. Stay away from this Pizza Hut. Go to dominos instead. It’s unfortunate that I have to give them a star. I rather give them the finger.

Picked up two large pan pizzas over the last week. Customer service was excellent and the pizza was equally great. I do recommend this pizza hut for carryout. The only reason why they get 4 stars instead of 5 is the small parking lot.

Twice we have ordered from this location. Twice we were given a one hour wait time for delivery. Twice they were past an hour and half for delivery. Called the store was told by the girl on the phone that the driver had just left the store. When the manger got on the phone he said otherwise. Saying the driver had left at a longer time frame.

I’ve had customer service problems with this location in the past, but the new manager named Prince is awesome. He comp’d my order after a mishap with a previous (read: douchey and rude) employee.
Now for the pizza itself:
I’d sworn off mainstream-​brand pizzas, including (if not especially) Pizza Hut, because everything tasted bland, basic, and sometimes like a greasy punishment. That may sound dramatic, but I LOVE pizza – it’s my favorite food – and these big brands were stepping all over my pizza game. I especially dreaded ordering pizza with friends who always managed to choose a crappy commercial brand at parties and get togethers.
Enter Pizza Hut’s «rebranding» …I saw in a commercial, and later confirmed on their website, that they have all these new flavored crusts, sauces, and even interesting and sophisticated specialty recipes.
Not only that, but you can get hella specific with sauce options ranging from «light» to «extra» to «no sauce» for example, and you can do so without any exorbitant fees attached. Bottom line: TONS of new and AWESOME options! (even Gluten Free crusts)
I super-​enjoyed my order. I’m a vegetarian, so here’s what I went with for their 2 or more medium pizzas any way you like deal:
1: Garden Party (new specialty recipe)

–extra sauce
–thin crust
–stuck w/​their recommended crust flavor
2: Veggie Lovers (put a twist on the classic)
my specifics:
–light cheese
–extra sauce
–curry flavored crust
Garden Party was my favorite :-) It tasted surprisingly sophisticated, light, and really flavorful – esp. the recommended crust and the balsamic drizzle.
I highly recommend that y’all try out these new options! If you’ve sworn off commercial-​brand pizzas, the new Pizza Hut just may turn you, especially if you try their new specialty pizzas!

The waiting time was normal (about 20min) but I guess that’s because I walked in AMD ordered it instead of calling or waiting for delivery. I ordered a large pizza for $ 11 and added some topics and even asked the guy to put extra and charge me extra if necessary but when I got the pizza it had very little topic. With a soda I ended up paying $ 22 for it. Just an OK customer and NOT a happy one that would go back to that location again. 3* review is for the taste and timing and the two missing stars are just like the stuff that were missing from the pizza!!!

Ridiculous. I ordered by phone, I’ve included the screen shot as proof, and I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my pizza and nothing came. I called to ask why my pizza didn’t come and the response I got was there was never an order from me. Ridiculous.

Second time ordering from this location and second time that it has taken over an hour to get a medium pizza delivered. Tonight (second try) took just about two hours. Both times the pizza arrived cold, and both times we called to check up and received the same response: «The driver just left». What a coincidence, huh? That driver always seems to be just leaving. Leaving where? Certainly not to deliver pizza!
Ready for more bs? This location is less than one mile away! This is unacceptable and I will never order from this location again.
Hold it right there! The order was also wrong tonight. I award this location no points and may god have mercy on their souls.

Thanks to the gentleman who comped my order because it’s late! I love your pizza and get only one hour to grab lunch. So when the order took an hour and I had to get back to work, it was very kind to have him take care of us! Thanks for the great pizzas!

They delivered the wrong pizza and when we called the manager said he new it was wrong when he sent it out and was hoping we’d overlook it. What kind of manager is that. He was willing to give us a $ 5 credit or deliver another pizza but told us not to touch the other one so they could swap it out… Swap it out and do what with it?.. Give it to someone else? Poor management!

I just ordered the cheesey bites pizza this would be the second time in order this but this time the pizza looked horrible so pathetic for a pizza and I asked the guy for ranch and he says your pizza comes with marinera sauce and he gives me a big marinera sauce and walks straight to the back so I just walked out f**k this pizza hut

Clean Pizza Hut with no seating area and located in a plaza with plenty of parking spaces. I ordered a half pepperoni half super supreme. They were very generous with the toppings and gave me plenty of extra cheese/​pepper packets. Staff was also very nice.

I wanted wings. And want half Buffalo and Other Asian Spicey. Ashley stated we do not do that. I said OK. So can I sample the Asian Spicey? She said sure. She came back with a little sample. She said no one ever asked that before. So she suggested why don’t I order a side if if for 50 cent more. I said OK. Really don’t know why I did that because all the wings are gonna be Buffalo flavor anyway. So what the heck I will try something new. And Ashley did try to use her customer service

Great Pizza and the Wings are awesome! Perfect for office lunch. They deliver its hot and fresh.
Price is very affordable.
