Came in for an early breakfast and needless to say I’m never getting soup from here again… 1.Everything else was ok but they didn’t have broccoli soup available as advertised. 2. The soup wasn’t even heated in the chafing dishes the soup is supposed to go in. I watched the guy who made my sandwich stick a plastic container that had soup in it, into the microwave… Yuck… 3. Ok fine I was hungry gave the soup a try… Nope bad decision. Soup was extremely salty didn’t even try to take another spoonful Yea no… Sorry And now with a bad stomach ache… Get it together subway

I eat often at subway, I had never been to one that charges for refills. The servers are lethargic and not very welcoming. The experience here was very uncomfortable, the«sandwich artists» really set a negative atmosphere. Won’t be back.

My experience here was bad as I felt I was getting ripped off. THEYOVERCHARGETHECUSTOMERS! READON! I wanted the $ 6 combo deal with a drink and 2 cookies. However the only drink cup they had in stock was the Medium and Large. So I was given the Medium cup I was like is this the smallest cup you have, the lady who really didn’t care about me said yes. I was like okay fine. I later looked at my receipt and I was charged Fountain Drink 30OZ which brought the total to $ 6.25. I only wanted the $ 6 small drink and I was not told about this up-charge especially when the store didn’t have the size cup that was included in the combo. Instead you force the customer to pay more without telling them? At this point I was furious that this is unethical business practice. The other guy was like do you want your quarter back? I am like YES, it’s not about the money but tricking your customers to pay more because the business didn’t have the drink size the customer requested is crazy.

Misleading promotions and overcharging are normal at this location. Customer should know EXACTLY what they want and speak in a loud and clear voice when ordering. Do not deviate from the menu, even during a promotion, or you will be charged extra even for«free» items. Avoid if possible.

I go here about every day and order a salad. First the staff isn’t very friendly its as if they don’t really want work there. Secondly when they make my salad I’m a paying customer and if I choose to ask for more veggies in my salad its expected. I understand there is a formula for sandwiches as to how much they are suggested to put on but for a salad if I’m going to pay $ 7 for a salad I expect it to have plenty of vegetables. And it seems as if it’s a hassle for them to make salads. I simply go here bc it’s close to work.

(This is a no star review) Never ever go to this Subway, actually don’t go to any Subways in general. I’ve never had food poisoning in my life that was as worse as last night due to purchasing a Subway sandwich at this location. Diarrhea, stomach cramps, etc., me and the toilet were best friends all evening and it truly sucked. I wouldn’t wish that type of pain on my worst enemies. Subway your creation as a ‘restaurant’ slash franchise was the worst idea since Hitler was a glimmer in his mothers eye.

I went here to get lunch. The lady asked for what sandwich I wanted and I told her six inch pepporoni sub. She asked me again, don’t know if she just didn’t here me or what. This sandwich is not on the menu but was originally on it when the restaurant opened. She puts one layer of meat on it and I say that is not enough meet, she looks at me with a blank stare and then asks me what I want. I try to explain that they usually put another layer on it because it is the replacement for the Italian sub but she ignores me. We move on to the toppings and I have to repeat myself over and over again on what I want. I am now a bit annoyed, is this lady paying attention at all? I get to the register and I say can I have a cup because I need ice, the cashier nods her head so I take this as sure, go ahead. She rings up the order and charges me for the cup. I say you are charging me for the cup? She says we have to. I say the cup is only worth like 5cents. She should have told me when I was asking to have a cup that I would be charged. She then takes the price off the cup. She says I can give you a water cup but I point out there is no lid for that. When I open up my sandwich the bread is stale. She also only gave me one knapkin. I felt like the service there was not great and the staff was not paying attention. I will not be eating at that subway again.

I’m a pretty frequent patron of Subway sandwich shops. I’ve been to about a dozen different locations. This one is not so great. First, it’s located in a dingy looking strip mall. It’s hard to believe that there’s anything dingy about Pasadena, but there are some locations that are better than others. The inside of the shop is pretty small. During lunchtime, when the line gets very long, it’s hard to move around inside the store. The service is ok. Nothing spectacular. And of course the sandwiches are pretty standard. Lastly, the parking can be a little tight. The strip mall has this strange divided parking. Sometimes I have to look for parking on the street.

I work down the street from this particular subway, so prior to coming in to work, I stopped by for some quick breakfast. As I walked in, I wasn’t greeted until a few moments later, and received the worst customer service. The lady who was working that day carelessly made my sandwich. I initially advised her I was purchasing the meal with my sandwich which she for some reason happened to forget to charge me. So as I waited patiently for her to give me my cup… she irritatingly mentions she didn’t ring me up for the drink. I mentioned to her she should be present with her customers at all times and not treat them negatively… she quickly replied she didn’t care. This careless treatment has happened on several occasions by various employees — if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location from my office, I would never step foot in this Subway. ****UPDATE This Subway has hired better employee’s who exert great customer service. I hope they continue to value their reputation.
