Staff was nice enough, flatbread hurt my jaw to chew.

The girls are great! They are polite, friendly and very helpful. I come here frequently during my lunch hour. I enjoy coming here. Friendly environment! Thank you.

I’m pretty sad that this establishment is no longer 24 hours, it was a my go to place during my graveyard shift.

Very nice restaurant, try the personal pizza made to perfection with all fresh veggies you can add to it ready in 90 seconds

Horrible service. I asked for more veggie toppings and the employees are giving me the evil eye. Not a friendly place.

I come to this restaurant almost once a week when it’s past 11 pm. It’s almost always empty. It’s clean and the employees are nice. By that time, parking is free. But during day time they do have 45 min validation.

Subways– always delicious. Why 5 stars? It’s open 24 hrs! It’s so convenient and helpful now that this place is just a few minutes walk from our hospital.

Rudest people–

I asked for extra spinach and she gave me the dirtiest look. Then the subways lady next to her asked me if I would pay for their extra inventory like I was stealing their spinach. I really couldn’t believe how they were acting.
This is the rudest location I’ve ever been to. It looks nice but its the worst subways I’ve been to and I eat subways almost everyday.
I hope management sees this post because this is not good customer service.

I love this particular subway. It’s opened 24 hours all day everyday. AWESOME!!! The staff here are very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is very clean and it’s located on the bottom level. It’s in the same building as the Huntington medical offices.
You can park in the underground parking structures. Lots of parking.
I always order the 6 inch tuna melt on wheat bread. I love the fresh ingredients. I like my tuna with Swiss cheese. At this point they warm up my sandwich in the toaster just to get that crunch in the bread and slightly melt the cheese and then they add the green peeper, cucumbers, spinach, and extra peppercinos. Can’t get enough of it. Super delicious and in the healthier side.
I can’t resist but I always get a peanut butter cookie. My favorite thing in the world. The cookies here aren’t that chewy and OMGoodness delicious, but it’ll do.
A lot of seating inside and patio area outside as well. It usually gets packed around noon time. A lot of the the medical workers from the building all come around that lunch time rush hour. Line always goes by fast.

One of the Subway sandwich artists here was very rude. But I love Spicy Italians.

This is the ONLY Subway out of… at least 15 – 20 that I’ve visited and asked me if I am dining in or taking to go… the only difference is that if you eat there they charge you extra tax… so word of advice, always say you’re taking it to go.
I’m not ready to write a novel over a Subway sandwich, but due to more than one occasion… I always go to the other Subways that are farther from my work.
They nickel and dime you, literally things tat other Subways never charge me for, they do. They are also very very strict on the free cookie receipt, again… other Subways let me use 2 at a time, it’s only 1 per person here.
As someone who eats Subway 2 – 3 times a week for lunch… I do my best to avoid this one.

Why leave a review for a standard place like Subway? Because this location deserves some attention. Here’s why…

All subways are pretty much the same and this one is really not that different as far as their menu goes, they have all the same choices of sandwiches to order: chicken, turkey, tuna, etc and all the same toppings with all the same assorted breads. I found this location to be nicer then the others because it connects close to the hospital. The parking is no problem and the place was really clean and the employees were courteous and friendly and the line moved quickly.

Friday late nite, got some Trick Gas for my car and I was hungry… there is that Burger Joint near by (north of 76 Gas Station after the end of the 110), sounded tempting but its real late, better not, so I swing by the 24hr open Subway on Fair Oaks adjacent to the Hospital. Walked in and a young man greeted me and took my order! While watching him, I had seen the way he prepped my sandwich with utmost care and I had to compliment him several times on creating my food! I knew, he didn’t have much experience, his co-​worker, gave me a smile as if she got a kick out of my praises :) her smile was also very uplifting that late in the evening (thank you :)
I ended up with a footlong and thought I’ll just munch on one half and keep the rest for later later, but after the first six inch, I could not stop to stuff my face with the second half!
THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EVER SANDWICH I HAD IN ANY SUBWAY LOCATIONS PERIOD!

To the Business Owner (s): these two employees (who worked on Friday Graveyard Shift) are an asset to your operation! Especially that late at nite, when customers can be difficult and grumpy!

The cleanest Subway that I’ve ever been to.

I love this subway. Everytime I come to it i get excellent customer service. The evening employees are great. One of the new girls is a bit strong fronted, but doesn’t really bother me. The rest of the girls and fellas are great. Keep up with the great work.

I love this place. I occasionally go here at 3am or 4am when I get off wk. and the employees there are always nice and friendly. Which is nice to walk into and see when its that early in the morning. :-) And the toppings and bread always tastes and looks fresh. The best this about this place is the free parking at the hospital and that its 24hrs.
Another great thing is that they offer all the condiments and toppings. From the new creamy seracha sauce to the feta cheese, and cilantro. I have been to a few subways where they cheat out on feta cheese and sometime even BBQ sauce… lame. But not this one. :-)
And it’s clean.

This Subway is pretty awesome. It’s one of the nicer ones that I’ve been to and they’re open ²⁴⁄₇! It’s also at a good location as it connects right to the hospital for convenience. For that, they get 4 stars. It can get crowded during the busy lunch hour though. The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious! :D
They have a lot in the back so parking is easy.
Tip: The $ 6 six inch sandwich, soup and medium drink combo is pretty good.

I think this is Subway has every intention of wanting to be good, but they just don’t put enough toppings on. When you ask for more, they look at you like they’re confused. The only reason why I rate this 3 stars is because the guy, whom I believe is the manager, looks like Jesse from Full House. hair and all. I might bump up my rating to four stars if he says, «Have mercy!»

I’m rating this Subway as it compares to fast food joints and other Subways and according to how well they do what they are trying to do (obviously this does not mean eating at Subway is like eating at a four star French restaurant).
The reason I’m giving this Subway a four star review (for what looks to be their first review) is because it is the cleanest, largest, nicest looking Subway I have ever visited. I have to say, I’m a big Subway fan because I love to go in and tell them exactly how I want them to make my sandwich and get a healthy, quick, cheap lunch. I love Subway even more now that they carry spinach and cilantro.
I always get a 6″ Veggie on Wheat with one slice of cheese, non-​fat honey mustard, lettuce, tons of green peppers, tomato, spinach, cucumber, cilantro, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and sometimes avocado… in that order :)
I’ve had the experience (at other Subways) of eating Veggie sandwiches during catered lunches and they aren’t very good, because I’m not hovering over them directing them on how to make it and they never put enough veggies on the sandwich. But every time I order in person, I’m always pleased. My only complaint is that they have often have those unripe, white centered, not very flavorful tomatoes. I usually ask them to grab for the ripest ones (which would more correctly be called «least white»). I had to do that this time too. Also the sandwich is not as good if the bread is tough or stale. The bread today was soft and fresh.
Subway is one of my few regular fast food stops. Typically I always get it to go, but this Subway is so nice and new, with many seats (that aren’t all located by the line like other Subways) that you can actually stay and relax and read a paper or magazine. I hope they continue to keep it this nice!
Service was friendly and parking is validated for 45min. Just turn in the driveway right before the restaurant (if heading South on Fair Oaks) and head straight back into the parking garage. When you are done eating, bring your Subway receipt to the cashier at the lot. They are also OPEN 24 HRS!
