Domino’s Pizza

Based on my prior experience, I decided to order another pizza with wings using their mobile app. To begin with the mobile app was kind of quirky and didn’t get my order right. When I arrived, the pizza didn’t look anything like what I had ordered. I was prepared to walk out and head somewhere else when the Dominos employee named Kelly stepped in and promised to remake the pizza to my exact specs and even offered to throw in a 2 liter of Coca Cola at no extra charge. This turned 2 star review into a 4 star. Dominos is lucky to have Kelly working for them — he knows what customer service is all about. The pizza was very good, too.

Apparently I live in a crime hot spot; Dominos refuses to deliver to my neighborhood after sunset, and they claim it’s because they’ve been robbed here. Okay. Cool. Whatever. I opt to pick up my pizza instead of cancelling it. I get there and the pizza is on the rack, nice. It takes a minute for the staff to come out though; two dude bros on their cell phones. They comment on my clothes, a scale bodysuit. There was a reason I tried getting my food delivered, haha. Okay but then they comment on my friend’s lack of scales, and then decide to make a joke on how he’s the guy who defeats the dragon with his sword SNORT SNORT OOPS it was a little more deliberate and specific but I think you get that THAT JOKE WAS INAPPROPRIATE. When leaving my friend (who is a six foot gymnast, does parkour, very lean and fit) points out these two dude bros are too scared to deliver pizza. These guys work out, actually called us bro, clearly have a bit of a swol party boy aesthetic, and are scared they’ll be stopped and robbed for a grand total of like thirty five dollars. If you want mediocre pizza with dumb sex jokes by cowardly wannabe gym rats, yeah, Dominos is good. They’ll even charge you for your extra cheese and not really throw it on. And even though they make you drive down to pick up pizza if you live in an apartment five minutes from their down town location, they’ll ignore your request for a stupid box doodle while casually verbally acknowledging that you asked for one. Oh, and the pizza was cold by the time I got home (five minute drive, remember?) because they don’t use a heated rack. Next time I’ll take my usual walk to the Pizza Express a block down. I’m five feet tall, a size two and I’m not afraid to step out the door. And my pizza will be hot and harassment free.

I should of known something was up when I went to pick up my order and my pizza looked a little on the burnt side. I didn’t think anything of it. If it was completely burnt I would have had a problem.
The customer service left a lot to be desired. I felt bad for an older woman who had obviously called her order in and was there to pick it up and it still wasn’t done. She looked like she was ready to go.
The real kicker for the 1 star is food poisoning. I knew something was up when the last thing I ate was some Domino’s pizza. My toilet is really singing some praises for Domino’s. Thanks guys, I am never coming back. Which is saying a lot because I really enjoyed the best of of the best in terms of crap pizza’s. Fatte’s for life!

I have had their pizza delivered and picked it up, many times over the last 15 years or so. For me, Domino’s is the «go to» pizza, and I can always depend on its quality and service. It’s great value for the money. Pizza Hut pizza has always been gruesome, and although their are several more decent (but higher-​priced) local pizzerias, none of them exceed Domino’s for taste and value.

Took a bite and got two hairs in my mouth. Wear a fucking hair net! Didn’t want to eat your hair pie. Will not order again.

Just had a great pizza delivered fast and hot! We were traveling and stopped to stay overnight at an RV resort and decided to take a break and order from Domino’s…boy am I glad we did! Thanks Domino’s, very tasty indeed! :)

I don’t know why this Domino’s is receiving such low ratings. I’ve been a delivery and take out customer of this shop for almost 20 years. I’ve never had a problem with their delivery time, their customer service or their product. It’s Domino’s for heaven sake, not some high price sit down place or trendy take out. Good pizza, nice employees. Picked up a pizza tonight. Michael and Matt were very friendly and professional.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered at 11:49 PM called at 12:40 PM since the pizza STILL was not delivered to receive a refund. Manager said. «Sorry but we are busy with rain. I will call the driver to tell her not to deliver.» Oh so you will just throw my food I ordered away? Out of courtesy I should’ve still been delivered my food since it almost took an HOUR to get to me. If you know it’s raining and you might have a high volume of orders, my assumption is you would have more delivery drivers working.
Don’t even waste your time. Pizza Express is SO much better.

I realize I am crazy but Dominos has the best wings. This one never disappoints, great location. Owner is really nice guy.

Great food, awesome prices, and very friendly employees. Greeted the moment you walk in the door and everyone seems happy to be at work, even though it is work after all. Overall excellent customer service.

Quick delivery time. Excellent pizzas. Consistent.

Chicken and bacon carbonara is fairly tasty, but at $ 7.99 it serves one hungry man lunch, not two as advertised. The taste was better than expected, but nothing exceptional. I experienced a ten minute wait time for walk in order with no advance notice. Domino’s does not have sit-​down seating, so you must take your pie and eat it elsewhere.

Typical Dominoes … Haven’t been in a while, but, they are SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY, unlike their competition with the arrogant, jerk owner, down the road aways. And, there was a real cute brunette that works there (at least she used to).

The problem with Domino’s pizza isn’t just the flavor, which is sub-​par to say the least, it is also that it is a bad value. Yes the pies are inexpensive, but when I do end up eating one, they are so unsatisfying that I have to eat as many as 6 to 8 slices just to feel full. In comparison to say, Klondike’s pizza, which is indeed a pricier pie, but I only eat about 2 to 3 slices to reach satisfaction making it an over all better value. Not mention that Klondike’s pizza tastes MUCH better. That’s a huge understatement as well. Just about any pizza is better than Domino’s.

Pizza is blah. Poor recipe I think. The delivery is usually 30 minutes or less. The chicken tenders are OK. Good place to order late when everyone else is closed.
