The only time I’ve ever been here where I didn’t have to throw my dukes up for a washer or dryer was on Thanksgiving. Even then, it was fairly busy. They have two giant $ 8.50 washers which could fit probably four or five bags of laundry(really). Those are usually full so there are four $ 6.00 machines that are a little smaller and can fit about two bags of laundry. They’re usually being used but you can always divide up your laundry into one of the other billion smaller machines. My biggest gripe with this place(next to the lack of big washers) is that many of the dryers are usually broken and the ones that do work, heat your clothes WAY too hot. When your clothes come out they actually burn your hands, but even worse they smell like they were recently on fire. I overdo the dryer sheets to try and make them smell a little better but it doesn’t work so great. On positive notes, the place is very big, clean, the staff is always friendly, and the other people doing laundry are also usually very friendly. Also, they have TVs that aren’t locked on the spanish channel like other Laundromax’s around which is nice. Also the parking lot is giant and you can park upfront so you don’t have to drag your laundry very far or fight for a place to park(like the one on Atwells). In conclusion… I need to buy a washer and dryer.
