CiCi’s Pizza

This CiCis has gone way downhill. There is constant turnover with employees and Managers, and they just don’t look happy to be there. Many times food is just left out on the buffet no matter how long it’s been sitting there-​they don’t keep a good variety in stock on the buffet line. The salad bar has improved, but is usually in need of fresher lettuce and mushrooms that don’t look like they’re past their prime. The place is filthy-​floors are dirty, chair rails on the walls have gunk on them, ceiling tiles are stained and mildewed, windows are full of hand prints, bathrooms are just disgusting. Today we visited and ordered a special order pizza. We sat down and waited, and then my daughter noticed that our pizza was coming to the edge of the pizza oven rack and no one was there to catch it. We sat watching, hoping someone would go get it, but no. The manager was waiting on someone at the front register and the only other employee was making pizzas-​not thinking that if she put a pizza in, there wasn’t anyone on the other side to catch it! Sure enough, there went our pizza crashing to the floor and there was a pan of cinnamon rolls following closely behind. We managed to get the lady’s attention and told her what was happening and she just threw her hands up in the air like she didn’t care. Then we went up to the front and told the manager what had happened to our pizza, and he just said that they’d make another. No apologies no nothing. This has got to be the worst cicis ever. Can’t believe they can get away with running a restaurant so dirty and with such miserable excuses for employees!

This Cici’s is most certainly the worst I have ever been to. The young girl behind the counter, was rude as soon as we all walked in. She never said, «How may I help you», «just one moment», I got a dirty look and didn’t even ask for me to began just stared at the computer monitor. I placed the order for 2 buffets and she asked what drinks i said the normal ones and she gave me another dirty look. She swiped my card and we went to sit down. She sat at a table with another younger girl and the other guy that was behind the counter came sat down at the same table and they began to draw. More customers came in and the girl got up HOPPED OVER THE COUNTER as they were walking up. The floors were sticky and the booths weren’t clean. Don’t come here.

This Cicis use to be really good now you can tell whoever is running this place does not care to make the customers happy. Yesterday we went during lunch hardly anyone there and when they gave us a cup for our drink we notice they were dirty after looking for clean cups they decided to just rewash all of them because they were all pretty much dirty. The pizza buffet is usually always running out of pizza the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the Cinnamon buns for some reason they are starting to taste way better now. The spinach pizza was my favorite and now it just tastes bland.

I love it in here. With 2 children, we’ve been to a few cici’s and believe me this is the best one. Always the typical «hi welcome to cici’s» greeting whenever you come in. Always a variety of pizzas, food tastes fresh. Many of the other locations can’t seem to keep up with the peperonni pizza even though I’m sure they know it’s the fastest to go when placed out but that’s never the case here. And best best of all, it’s never too crowded or too loud in here.

The service here is usually pretty bad, which is tough to say for a buffet restaurant, but at what undoubtedly will be my LAST visit ever to this establishment it was absolutely horrific. They repeatedly ran out of food on the the buffet because they were so focused on their to-​go and custom orders and almost all they ever did get made was the occasional standard pepperoni and sausage pizzas. How bad does it have to be to leave a pizza buffet restaurant hungry enough to go home and call Domino’s???

What the heck is going on with this place. Where is the health inspector. They have pizza’s on a shelf under the buffet table just a foot off of the floor with a garbage can and stuff stored around them. They are not covered, heated or anything. Once the pizza runs out on the buffet they pick one up and put it on the table. OMG… UGGH. Then there are the employees, the shift manager was texting the whole time I was waiting to place my order to go. At one point she jumped over the counter from the lobby to help a customer that came in. After waiting for about 10 min for our order I had seen enough so I got my money back and got the hell out of there. WOW… you get what you pay for.

Don’t expect to get what you want here. Random pizzas and nothing you like. How hard can it be? More than these folks manage. The place is clean, and the kids enjoy it.

.I have always called in my order for take out and every time I am greeted with a happy and enthusiastic voice on the line. It only takes them ten minutes and I am never ever disappointed by the quality of the pizza.
In additional to great customer service you cannot beat THREE medium pizzas for just 9.99. What an awesome deal. I have not dined in at this Ci Ci’s, but I am sure that it takes just as good if not better. Good job management, for other Ci Ci’s have not impressed me like this one.

Dan no expect great pizza at Cici. Dan expect Good pizza at Cici. Dan no expect cute people at Cici. Dan get one chesty babe. Dan expect hot pizza at Cici. Dan get room temp pizza at Cici. Meh.

The only CiCi’s that has pizza ready when the doors open! And so far I haven’t heard any cheesy cheers from the staff announcing what pizza they are putting on the buffet, that alone earns this CiCi’s all five stars.
