Great location and rooms. The receptionist wasn’t too nice though.

I stay 100+ nights/year in Marriott hotels and have always been happy with my stay. This is a typical courtyard as far as amenities and décor. Beds and linens are a step down, however. Staff was attentive and courteous. Why the 1-star rating? The room AC units are so noisy you will not get any sleep. We changed rooms thinking it was just the unit in our room, but this is pervasive throughout the hotel. Unacceptable for a marriott property.

We were moving to the area and stayed here while we were house hunting. Had the trip been any longer we would have switched hotels but for a few nights wasn’t worth the hassle. So the pros are location but the cons are, inconvenient to get to the rooms or to the pool area or check in. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the persons tv next door loud and clear. Also the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Would recommend trying elsewhere if longer than a night.

Love the location ! Was able to step right outside of the hotel for an evening stroll thru the shopping center. Several interesting places to eat or just have a few drinks. Many options to keep from staring at the hotel room walls !! Hotel is very nice and the rooms are very modern.

This place is just okay… the highlight is that it is connected to the Pearland Town Center mall so you can just walk out your room and you’re within walking distance to a ton of stores and restaurants. Unless you book a breakfast rate, the breakfast buffet isn’t free. But the food way good.

When they ask you to sign a «no party» agreement at check in, you should rightfully be questioning your decision to stay here. The room for the most part was nice and spacious and well maintained, with a couple of items looking as though the building contractor did kind of a shitty job with dry wall and paint. They put a $ 2.50 bottle of water out for you, how nice of them. We looked at the water bottle and realized someone else had broken the seal. The showers are average sized. The bed is more comfortable than others I had stayed in recently. The towels are kind of weak, not big and fluffy. There is a fridge in your room, but the only microwave is on the lobby floor. You’ve got to have your key on you to get around, which is kind of weird. It’s conveniently located. Not the nicest Marriott I’ve stayed in, but there aren’t a great number of options in the area. They want $ 10 per person for a pretty crumby breakfast.

Worst Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. No lotion — had to go to manager and ask for it. They keep it in a cabinet! Both my co worker and I had ants in our rooms(different floors). They claimed our company rate included free breakfast but still charged. And the laundry room cost money! Never again…

Contemporary room décor. Location is great, located right above a shopping center so there is always time for window shopping. Lots of restaurants within walking distance(Bjs, Fish City, Shogun, Cinnabun, etc). Also my family and I had to check out late due to our schedule and they didn’t even think twice about letting us have a 3pm late check-out. Lobby and the hotel in general was very well kept and clean. Pool and hot tub available, but we didn’t go in because it was a little too chilly. Free WiFi!

I stayed here on a last mintue trip to Houston on New Years Eve. It was a great choice. We only paid $ 69, and the hotel room was spacious and absolutely beautiful. For starters it is located in the middle of a shopping center with tons of great stores and food places within walking distance. The security is some of the best. In order to get to the floors where the rooms are you must have a room key. So you don’t have to worry about any random Joe’s from the street roaming around the hotel. It was quiet in-expensive and I will definitely be staying here next time I visit H-town.

I stayed here this weekend and was very impressed with the whole experience. The rooms are big and clean and look newly remodeled. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The security in the hotel is top notch. You have to use your room key on the elevator to get to the floors with rooms on them. You also need a room key to get to the ice machine which I thought is a little too over the top, but it wasn’t a problem. This hotel is located right in the Pearland Town Center. There are tons of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. After I checked out I was driving home and realized that I had left my earrings on the counter in the bathroom. Within a matter of minutes they had called me back informing me that they had found the earrings. So the staff is honest too. The only tiny issue I had was being charged for a movie that I didn’t watch. I called the front desk and they took it off my bill. I will definitely stay here again.
