We had a 3 day volunteer job with Crawfish Fest in Pearland this last weekend and booked a room, as it is exhausting and you are in your feet for Over 10 hours a day. Manny and Janice and Megan and Samantha all the employees were FANTASTIC and the Hotel was CLEAN and comfortable and Hospitable. They were Wonderful and helpful several times when we got in a jam trying to find our way around Pearland. It was A Perfect experience for our team and they were at FULL capacity as well. We saw Manny(the Manager) every day(which tells me he is a «Hands on» GM(not always the case). I am sorry about the Volly ball team experience but I think that must have been a terrible and Sad and unusual mistake. Our Service & Stay was«TOPDRAWER» all the way! Thanks Manny & Crew for all you did to make our stay SPECIAL!

Is your reservation important? Do you think that if you make a reservation, that should guarantee your room? Then you might want to think again before you book Comfort Suites. Once upon a time there was a girl’s volleyball team invited to a tourney in Pearland. The coach was very excited and immediately booked a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites because he believed them to be clean and reliable. He booked the rooms in February, for the upcoming 4 day August tournament, in order to be sure that he got the rooms he needed in a good location that was close to the high school. Fast forward to 2 days before the girls were set to arrive in Pearland. A phone call comes in from Comfort Suites informing the coach that his entire block of rooms had been given to «another company» who had called in, needing rooms, just a few days ago. Calls to the Corporate office were first received with reassurance that the reservation would be kept intact, but a second call to the coach told him that they would in fact be moved. Apparently someone was willing to pay top dollar to throw those girls out of their 6 month old reservation. To the manager: Have you ever heard of Business Ethics? Do you realize what a problem you caused for this school, what a strain you put on the coach, the chaperones, and every single parent of every teenage girl attending? Booking rooms for an entire volleyball team, plus chaperones, and parents cannot be done overnight. Approvals are needed, permission slips must be signed, red tape through the school for proper procedure must be followed. How dare you operate in such a manner? People should be able to trust in their hotel reservation and you blew up everything for an entire volleyball team. That is the lowest of the low. Granted, you moved them to another one of your hotels, near the airport, in a less than desirable area of town, further away from the tournament. You put them on different floors so that the chaperones cannot be on the same floor as the girls, creating safety issues and worries for the coaches and parents. Parents who booked rooms so they could attend the tourney had to keep reservations in a different hotel than their daughter, or else cancel and hope that the other hotel had a room. And we all know that reservations are typically are non-refundable. I guess that makes it a win/win situation for Comfort Suites. As a frequent traveler, I can assure you that you’ve certainly lost my business for life, and I’m letting everyone possible know about this. So fellow Unilocalers, please take a word of advice. Think twice before you book with Comfort Suites. Any hotel that would discard a 6 month old reservation for a girl’s sports team, wouldn’t hesitate to switch you up at the last minute and«if you are lucky» they will toss you into another hotel in a different part of town if someone more important needs your room. I would’ve never believed that something like this could happen, until it happened to my daughter. Shame on you Comfort Suites! You used to be my go-to hotel, but I’ll stick with Holiday Inn, Drury, Embassy, and Hampton from now on. There are better choices in Pearland.
