I have came here a couple times since working close to the location. The food is good, the cooks are friendly! Always ready to ask you if there is something they can do to better your burger. The cashier was a bit rude but the food is great

I AMDISGUSTEDANDDISAPPOINTED! Convenient location, generally predictable food. Too bad, I won’t be patronizing this location again. I have come to this Fuddruckers several times and while the service is not always great, I’ve always had decent food experiences. Until now. After attempting to incorrectly serve the same bacon cheeseburger to 2 customers, manager, Darryl Hughes, puts the now contaminated bacon back into the bacon bin. YOUSERVEDTHATBACON!!! TWICE!!! He then went on to use the cheeseburger to fulfill another order. I know overhead in the restaurant business is high, but it is just not sanitary to continue to serve the same food that customers have been in contact with. Needless to say, I requested a refund and left. Maybe I’d have been better off at the Whataburger drive thru where I can’t see the mishandling of my food.

When I order a turkey burger I expect for them to select a full burger. …not the left over scraps… but that’s what I got. I pointed that out but the person behind the counter didn’t care… I posted the burger.

The building is so nice with an open concept kitchen and dining room, new furniture, and good food. Why only two stars? The customer service was terrible. Nobody looked happy, the cashier kept interrupting me, and was even really rude to one of the other employees in the middle of taking my order. It almost felt as if I was inconveniencing her by wanting to order food. The kitchen staff did seem to have their stuff together and was much more polite than the front of the house staff.

Great burgers and great hot dogs — yes, hot dogs! I love their buns for the burgers and the hot dogs are served on Texas toast. The fries and onions rings are great as well. The staff is friendly.

I’ve been to this restaurant at least 10 times to know how this location works. The restaurant needs better staff, one of the most common mistakes they make is how you want your meat to be cook. I always ask for well done, but half of the time it is medium rare. This past weekend I ordered a half pound bacon cheddar, and when my order was ready the employee read out loud a 1⁄3. I told her that i had ordered ½ a pound and she said it was a ½ pound burger, she then apologized for confusing me. The burger I received had still the cheese wrapper, so when I took a bite I ate a small piece of paper. I talked to the manager about it, and helped me accordingly. It is a shame that a good burger place is giving off the wrong impression. I don’t recommend you eat at this Fuddruckers, if you want a replacement then there is a whataburger down 288.

I remember this place being better. Staff is overAll good but burger quality isn’t as good as I remember I don’t know if it’s the location or me but it just didn’t hit the spot. Dine in fast food without the drive thru speed

This is the WORST fudruckers I’ve ever been to. They are understaffed, I was in line waiting for someone to take my order for over 5min everyone was running around. The manager was doing all the work, looking like he was about to have a nervous breakdown he was yelling at the employees to hurry up an get orders out. Yet there was 2 people waiting in line for service. The food was disgusting. Super greasy. The fries were cold so what did he do? Throw them back in the fryer to add more oil an get them hot for you. I honestly didn’t even eat my sandwich just how disgusting everything looked. NEVERWILL I EVERGOBACK!!! Stay away from this place!

Nasty Place! Mediocre service due to bad management and where to start with the terrible quality of food preparation. There is definitely no pride in providing quality service at this location. Slouchy zombie-like workers that half the time seem lost, ready to clock out, or daydreaming of closing hour.. . and management is worse! Workers are addressed in a loud obnoxious voice that leaves one feeling sorry for each one and explains their slouchiness. Have visited this location several times but after this last visit.. .given a burger with the buns were soaked, and I mean SOAKED in oil, though management insisted that«buns are lightly brushed in FRESHBUTTER!» Ah, nope! That was OIL and heavily SOAKED, giving it a nastiest taste that one bite was enough to create a terrible migraine.. . will definitely not return; a McDouble somehow seems tastier!

Was disappointed with this location. The service itself was great. The staff was friendly and we received our food reasonably fast. The taste however, was not up to par. The onion rings were good. The burger itself though, lacked the juicy flavor that had made Fuddruckers a favorite of mine. It was a little dry to say the least. The bacon was good, but the barbecue sauce failed to make-up for the unusually dry patty. I hope this was a fluke.

When we visit Fuddruckers, our usual is hamburgers, hamburgers, and wedge fries. Today I tried something different-grilled chicken salad. I was pleasantly surprised. It consisted of lettuce(of course), tomatoes, shredded cheese, boiled egg, crumbled bacon, and topped with grilled chicken. If it had a few slices of avocado, it could have passed as a Cobb salad. The portion was very generous. It was almost enough for two people. I was not able to finish the entire salad. Try one of their salads for a nice change from hamburgers, hamburgers, and fries.

When my better half and I walked in, the atmosphere was rather. I don’t know how to explain it, other than the aftermath of of a Zombie movie where we won, and we managed to get the zombies to work at Fuddruckers. The girl at the counter didn’t move, and stared straight ahead, and the bus boy was slouchy and slowly pacing back and forth with his broom and dust pan. I wasn’t until I heard the obnoxious banter of the tweenies when they came in to order that I snapped back to reality. I have to admit, that was a nice lil vaca from the real world. The blonde girl at the counter didn’t look anyone in the eye, only spoke when she had to, no smile, no «Thank You», or «Hey welcome to Fuddruckers. my job sucks, but I’m happy to be getting a pay check!» the only time I saw personality was when she was flirting with another employee. I ordered the bourbon burger with no onion, It was very nice of the gentleman on the grill to be mindful of that and put my sauce on the side. It was good, but had a strong onion flavor. My better half ordered the BBQ burger, and he said it was just ok… Other than the Zombie staff, and the annoying customers that felt that they need to hoot at everything(must have been high on air, who knows) It wasn’t bad. it wasn’t the greatest, but it wasn’t that bad. I would say you can prob get a better and cheaper burger from Carl’s JR, but my experience was lukewarm

Spent over $ 35 on burgers and couldn’t even eat them. Fries were cold and mushy and burgers were not cooked well and had no taste. We will not be going back.

Quick service, clean facilities. Food was ok but what I’d expect with a fast food type place. If you’re really wanting a good burger in Pearland, Jax Burger is a much better place to go.

The food was good, friendly staff, and the tomatoes on the bar looked great. I hate when tomatoes are whitish. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It needed to be mopped but the dirtiness looked like it just happened. Overall it was good.

I have always been of the school of thought that Fuddruckers had he world’s best burgers. So naturally, I was upset to see them exit Pearland in 2010, but glad that they reopened in 2012. From the very moment that Luby’s acquired Fudds, I have observed a decrease in quality. One improvement is that each location now serves Coke products whereas before you where stuck with Pepsi products(The New Generation). Forget about the fresh bakery for deserts as this one shares a kitchen with Luby’s. This new location in Pearland is very small for the area it is in, but is more convenient then the previous location in Silverlake, however; It is basically the mop kitchen of Luby’s. The service is usually good, and although burgers are not as good as I remembered(I suspect that they went to a lower grade of beef), I still like the«build your own burger» philosophy without table service. I still say Fudds is the best burger in Pearland which is not saying much.

If I rate this Fuddrucker’s on their food, it is great. If I rate it on everything else I would have to say it is poor. I did not like the atmosphere or the size of the restaurant. I prefer the old style feel of other Fuddrucker’s. But the biggest disappointment is the staff. Majority of the people who work here are young, loud, unprofessional and unfocused. There were one or two employees who went out their way to make the experience pleasant but majority of them are horrible. There is a open kitchen so we have to endure the workers playing, laughing, joking around all the while forgetting and messing up orders. Not one order in my party arrived correctly. We had to sent back our orders plus one of the orders wasn’t ready until the rest of us were halfway finished eating. One plus is there is an outside seating area but it was full so we had to suffer through the chaos. Can’t say for sure I would return here. I actually think I would drive the extra miles to go to a better location which really sucks since this place is new and close to my house.

What happened to the Fuddruckers that I used to know? I grew up with the original Fuddruckers back in San Antonio and enjoyed the run that we had in Pearland with the old location that was very nice. I had been eagerly anticipating the opening of this new location and finally got to pay a visit on Labor Day. The food was good for the most part — the buns seems a little off and they seem to have changed up the onion rings from what I’ve been used to. However, this location has some serious structural problems that make me unlikely to return. The dining area is too small, especially for the region that this location services. The spacing around the tables was too tight as well and it was difficult to navigate around other people when going for drinks or the condiment area. While Fuddruckers has never been fine dining, this location, even though brand new, had a very cheap and hollow feeling to the atmosphere, which leads to my final issue: The worst part of our visit was the noise! My fellow diners weren’t terribly noisy. However, the whole length of the kitchen area is wide open to the dining area. We were assaulted the whole time by all kinds of shouting from the kitchen as the staff tried to prepare orders. And it wasn’t that people were getting chewed out or anything, they were just doing their normal work and having to shout at each other so they could hear. The low rent hard surfaces throughout the restaurant amplified this effect. Overall, after the meal, I was exhausted like I had been on an airplane ride. Bringing Fuddruckers back to Pearland is a great idea, but this one suffers from terrible execution, particularly compared to what we enjoyed with the old location.
