Good steak cooked right. Wife loves the blue ridge wedge salad. Real bacon on the potatoes. Better quality than roadhouse. But higher priced as well. Overall good experience.

Great food. Staff(Oryan) is really attentive and was on point all night. Matt, the manager on duty, came over and welcomed us and checked to be sure everything was good. GREATPLACE! HIGHLYRECOMMEND!

We sat and waited for 50 minutes for our entrees at lunch before leaving… ridiculous excuses by our server that they have large tables in the back. Completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed I usually eat Texas Roadhouse when I see a steak place but I thought I’d give this a try man was I wrong prices were about 20 to 30% more and the portions were 50% smaller not to mention a Luke warm steak that was mush sorry I’ll stick to the roadhouse or Friday’s jack Daniels steak when in town.

The food was ok, wouldn’t be bad for a date night. But just to stop in for a bite to eat, nah. There was nothing really special about this location. There was a badass little girl running around the table, annoying! Maybe that y I’m feeling like this is a 3 star.

I’ve been three times here and it only gets better. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, and the price is fair, compared to other steakhouse chain restaurants. The atmosphere is nice and elegant. But last time what really stood out was the service, excellent!

…I have to tell you that our food at Longhorn is always excellent … But they have EXCELLENT. Service as well… You can tell that Longhorn holds customer service as one of its core values… we went there on yesterday to celebrate the purchase of our new home and received excellent customer service from our waiter Brandon, he was one of the absolute best that we’ve encountered. he was awesome, he deserved extra because he did such a great job and made our celebration fun and lively… our food and drinks were delicious. way to go Management team, You guys rock and are on Fleek!!! see ya soon!!!

My family seems to always pick this restaurant anytime someone has a birthday. It may not be one of the higher end steakhouses around, but it can stand up to the best of them. The service is always top notch and the food never disappoints. We started off with the Longhorn Sampler. It came with wild west shrimp, stuffed mushroom and fire cracker chicken wraps. On top of that, we also ordered spinach dip. All the appetizers we ordered tasted great. Between the 8 of us, everyone ordered something different for our entrees. For myself, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. It is an 18 oz., bone in, ribeye. I ordered mine medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. It was seasoned just right as well. I chose fries as a side and substituted steakhouse mac and cheese for my salad. Talk about a perfect meal! If you want a quality steak and not pay high end steak house prices, check this place out.

Flo’s Filet was cooked as requested and very flavorful. However, the«loaded» baked potato was anything but loaded. A teaspoon of butter and sour cream with 6 bacon bits.

I went back for another try of this restaurant and overall I felt mediocre all the way. If it wasn’t for that free appetizer card, I wouldn’t have came here at all. First off, this restaurant is mainly centered around steaks and tomatoes. Two things I barely eat; tomatoes since it’s way too acidic for my buds. Steak since I hate meat stuck between my teeth. Secondly, the food just doesn’t seem freshly made nor home cooked. I remember ordering the mashed potatoes and they tasted instant… like how difficult is it to make homemade mashed potatoes?! The third pound steak burger I ordered today was very tiny; the size of a McDonalds burger to be exact. Disappointment! Thirdly, the service is a hit and miss. Our waiter, Ian was OK. I tried to make small talk with him, but he didn’t seem interested. I felt as if he was rushing us and that he didn’t even want to interact with us. For lunch time, I noticed only 3 servers and a guy in management. Neither one of the staff members were enthusiastic about the jobs. They all looked as if they had been working all morning looked very annoyed, and bored. The appetizer platter was small; the shrimps were plain tasting, the southwest rolls were delicious, and I didn’t bother with the mushrooms. The beer cheese sauce was gross. I ordered a water with my meal and it tasted like it was from the faucet. tap water. Even when I squeezed the lemon; I couldn’t even taste the lemon. I didn’t complain because I was thirsty from that heatstroke outside. For lunchtime, this restaurant is deserted though the prices for lunch are much more cheaper if you are looking the combos. The peach lemonade was $ 3. Parking is huge and it’s in the same parking lot with HEB. I won’t be back!

This was my first trip to a LongHorn Steak House. I had a Smoky Garlic Outlaw Ribeye Steak, which was juicy and tender. The server who was also the bartender was very nice, but had his hands full and service was a tad bit slow. When I first arrived there was no one at the hostess station. My booth was dirty and I had to ask the server to wipe it down. The restrooms were very nice and clean. The first stall I tried did not lock so I had to change to a different one. I would come back but this restaurant is not at the top of my list.

Had a really good time here, came with group of fellow Unilocalers. I wish I could give 5 stars, but since this was an organized event I have to hold one star back for when I visit separately from an event. Though I hope I get Jennifer and Montrique(sorry if I misspelled) as my waitresses, they were a delightful, fun and had awesome personalities, sorry to the rest of the place for hogging all their hospitality up. Everything was wonderful, there was nothing that I can say I disliked except the tomato marinade on my steak. All was good about it except the tomatoes themselves which seemed like they were soaked in some sort of vinegar based marinade prior to being topped on the steak, to me it was a bit robust in flavor… literally dropped kicked me in my mouth. The rest of the 18 oz ribeye steak was amazing though, I like mine medium rare, but I ordered medium just to test the waters and I have to say they did a really great job on it. Juicy and pink all through so next time I will get the bloody version. What I also loved is that I had enough leftovers for dinner the following night. Other items I enjoyed was the steakhouse mac & cheese, thanks Jennifer my stomach loved it that night, but hated it the next day in the gym. The pretzel bread was also baked perfectly… the beer battered sauce was a great compliment to the bread. I also enjoyed the shrimp appetizer, but the best part of that was the peppers that were mixed in giving it the right amount of kick. I also was a bit disappointed with the chicken tortilla soup… they kept mentioning how spicy it was so me being a person that really enjoys spicy foods I felt it actually lacked in that department, also I wasn’t thinking chicken tortilla while eating it… more like a non spicy chili flavor. Wasn’t bad just wasn’t what I was expecting. All in all great time good eats and I will definitely be back, hopefully you can earn that other star.

I was fortunate enough to come here during a Unilocal Elite event. During this kind of event, it is 4 courses of completely free food. I was very impressed with how generous the portions were and how friendly the staff was. I particularly enjoyed talking to the manager of the location. Everything that they served us was great! My favorite would be the jumbo pretzel sticks and the macaroni. I can tell that the staff worked really hard setting up the event and catering to us during the event.

This evening my BFF and I decided to try some place different from our usual spots. So we chose to tryout Longhorn Steakhouse in Pearland. Due to the late hour we knew that service would be a little quicker and less hected. When we arrived we were immediately seated and a beautiful waitress came to our table to take our drink orders because our server was also waiting a big dinner party(I assume). After a 7 minute wait we received our drinks and 15 minutes later we had yet to waited on. I alerted the manager and he instantly apologized and took care of the situation. The immediate action of the manager and general manager made my BFF and I feel very satisfied. We decided to stay and we were happy that we did. The staff was more attentive to our needs and let me just say that the meal was AWESOME! We agreed that it was a wise choice to stick it out. We will be frequenting this restaurant more often.

Got some takeout from Longhorn for an early dinner. As I walked in, I walked to the bar and the bartender wasn’t there because he was waiting tables as well. I had to wait about 5 minutes which was annoying but at least he apologized for the wait. I got the pretzel sticks and the chicken tenders with fries. I wanted all cheese as dipping sauces for my pretzel sticks and BBQ sauce instead of honey mustard for my tenders and they got everything right. They also give you some wheat bread with butter for free. Bread’s decent and the pretzel sticks were good with the cheese dipping sauce. Chicken tenders and fries were solid but nothing to write home about. They didn’t provide me with any ketchup or utensils for my food, that’s something I expect that they at least ask you for to-go orders.

This was my first time visiting a Longhorn Steakhouse. I’d been craving prime rib all week and when I found the parking lot at Texas Roadhouse to be completely full(their prime rib was quite good when I had it previously), I opted for Plan B which was Longhorn, since I knew it was on their menu as well. The décor was of the restaurant was quite nice, somewhere in between casual and elegant. Our waiter was very pleasant, although his visits to the table were a bit too infrequent. He also apparently misunderstood what I thought was a very simple request, although it wasn’t what I would consider a big deal. I ordered the 16 oz. prime rib, medium rare, for $ 23.99, a few bucks more than at Texas Roadhouse, but still quite reasonable. Unfortunately, it didn’t measure up. The center portion was a bit too tough and dry and looked to be cooked beyond medium rare. It was edible and I still ate it all, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. I may go back at some point and try something else before I write them off completely.

Was there early evening Wed Nov 12th and sat at the bar. Ordered a martini… dry. Served w/no olives. Huh? Had to chase him down and ask for olives to be added. Then I want to set the olives outside my drink. No bar napkin(s) served with my drink! Chased him down again. I’m given«bar napkins» that are basically what you find in a hand towel dispenser in the men’s room. wth? I long ago finished my first martini… bartender nowhere to be found or offer another. Finally he shows up offers another. The bar maybe had four patrons… kind of a depressing atmosphere… and the bartender was hardly the friendliest of sorts so for sure he wasn’t going to make up for it. And tonight Thu Nov 13th? Over at BJ’s across the street. Super-friendly bartender asked my name and introduced himself as Emilio. Set me up with a great martinie and even served with blue cheese stuffed olives! The place was hopping! Longhorn management seemed nice. The bartender? Lame. Very lame.

After my original Unilocal review Longhorn reached out to me and assured me that my concerns and experience have been addressed with the management and staff. They told me that if I go back my overall experience would be much improved. I went back yesterday with my wife. I can say that they were correct. Our server was very quick and attentive with our request, our orders were correct and delivered hot and timely. Most importantly for me though, the steaks were cooked as requested. We had a 5 star review on this visit, but I will update my overall review to 3 stars and continue to raise it as long as they show this consistently on future visits!
