McDonald’s

They got our initial order wrong and I gave it back to them to be corrected. Rather then make a new burger, they scrapped everything off and gave it back. They didn’t even do a good job at that. Had to go in and speak to a manager to get the problem corrected.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Why have two ordering lines that combine into one at the window? Major backup!

I was in a parking lot of the store next door performing service for that business and I had to walk through the McDonalds parking lot. First a service person from McDonalds sticks her head out the drive through window and tells me that I can not walk through their parking lot, I explained to her that I will be done in a second I just need to look at my sensor on the other side, she was not happy with that. I was done in about a minute and took my equipment to my truck. Few minutes later while I am in the other store parking lot the manager from McDonald pulls up and asked me if I need any help. I respectfully let him know that I am performing a service at this location and thank him for inquiring.
The point of this is, my service truck will not fit in the drive through and many times when working late I would walk to the drive up window with the same result no service. This time I get attention in the wrong way.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds on the planet! The manager is so unprofessional and has an «I don’t care attitude». Then she scowls at you since you have to actually go in to get your food from the drive thru cause you’ve been waiting 18 minutes already. If I had not waited so long already, I would have made her redo my cold burger and fries. Never again. I also warned people on the way out not to go in if they were in a hurry! I’ll definitely go to the one on Main Street since they are always nice and quick!

I ordered a big Mac meal and a side six piece nugget for my child. No special anything. Straight up number one and a six piece nugget. It took five people and 15 minutes to figure out my order and to actually get my food and charge me correctly. Mind you this is at noon on a Friday. No apologies for the confusion no pleasantries for the mistakes. I was made to feel at fault and was grossly overcharged. Never coming to this location again. Unilocal does not allow zero stars.

Food:
I was eating a fillet o fish but watching my baby eat that cheese burger made my mouth feel dry. Food was as expected of McDonald’s.
Service: It was during rush hour
They got the happy meal order wrong, apples slices not yogurt.
Today’s staff was friendly and helpful.
Food came out in a timely manner
Restroom: for ladies
Surprisingly clean. However, there were no usuable hooks for bags and whose great idea was it that the toilet paper dispenser be placed so low?
Disappointed that they only had one type of Happy meal toy available for hello kitty.
Tldr: It’s McDonald’s

Worst Mcdonald’s ever! The kids at the front are high and can’t even read the prices on their POS system. I got the wrong change back, waited 6 minutes for a plain quarter pounder. while I was waiting I noticed their drive thru wasn’t moving at all. no one was staying in position just goofing off. I worked for this company before and know what it’s like. 3 cars in their drive, a family of 4, and myself in the front isn’t exactly what I would call busy! They are required to have drive thru orders ready in 90 secs and front counter orders ready in 2 minutes. very unsatisfied!

Service is slow and your order will always be wrong. I do lime how the play area has a door to keep the kids contained. They even have a little room I saw some group sitting in, it looked like a book club. That is neat.

The teenagers where too busy clowning and got my order wrong, then ignored me at the drive thru. The manager corrected and apologized, but I will never
come back to this location.

hahaha oooohhh mcdonalds. we shouldn’t eat it and we can’t live without it. service is subpar here. just a bunch of teenage kids that do not really care if you get a straw, ketchup, napkins, or your order right.
