Smashburger

I’ve been to this location a few times and it is hit or miss. Today was a miss as my sweet potato smash fries were hard and soggy (as if they were undercooked) and they also tasted bland flavor wise. Also I ordered the new spicy cowboy burger which looks amazing on the ad by the way!- angus beef with fried haystack onions, grilled jalapeños, aged cheddar, applewood smoked bacon and bbq sauce on a bun. Yum. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy they say– however I wouldn’t find out how perfect of a blend it could have been Bc they forgot to put grilled jalapeños & bbq sauce on my burger. «you had one job. One job.»
I was very disappointed once I got home to find out I was missing the spicy to my cowboy. but I am very thankful they did not forget the cheese, bacon, or bun (yes that has happened to me before at a burger restaurant — they forgot to put the bottom bun. –_​-​) bottom line is … If you go to this location check your order and skip the fries. I’ve never had good fries here. They have the best icecream shakes though!

Been here twice and both times the burger and fries were cold as if it had been sitting for 20 minutes. Won’t be going back.

I have been here a few times and have always had good experiences here. Burgers are good and I especially like their Avacado club burger. I prefer the regular fries over the smash fries because the smash fries I think are not all that great. Prices are a little high but this isn’t McDonald’s so the food is better.

This place must be under new management, i noticed an incredible difference in customer service today, and the food was excellent. My host Raven, was very frindly and helpful with a continuous smile. Great job Smash

The food was delicious and the service was fabulous. The cashier was friendly and suggested a great choice for my chicken sandwich. I got my order quick and fresh brought over by the manager. He and the other employee followed up with me to make sure my good tasted great and I was doing fine. I got the grilled chicken, spinach, cucumber, and goat cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned.

Great flavor in the burger, but for the price, these things sure are small. I like the skinny fries as they are cooked properly. I would come back but I’m not sure it’s a place I’d take someone to try on purpose.

After a long day of pre Thanksgiving shopping with my wife and kids, all we wanted to do is grab a quick bite to eat. Smashburger happened to be in the shopping center we were at. For a burger chain, Smashburger is definitely on the top of the list of the best. They use fresh, quality ingredients and the customer service has never disappointed.
I decided on the classic Smashchicken sandwich. The rest of the family got different burgers. I ordered the smash fries, which has truffle oil, rosemary, and garlic tossed with their crispy thin cut fries. Very tasty! The chicken sandwich was really good. You can order crispy or grilled chicken, so I decided on crispy. Our food came out quick and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The staff kept coming around and checked on us constantly which impressed me. This is definitely one of the better chain restaurants in town!

For a restaurant style chain burger place, Smashburger is pretty good and decently priced. I’ve had the burgers as well as the Smash Chicken and both are very flavorful. I’m also a big fan of their thin crispy fries, especially if you go for the Smash Fries which is their version of truffle fries. If you have room, try the shakes. They’re made from Haagen-​Dazs I’ve cream.

These burgers are really good. Personally I thought they overcharge you a bit for the burgers but they do show when it comes to delicious burgers.
What I really appreciate is the many options of toppings and items you can put on your burger. It’s kinda nice knowing I can have a different burger every time I go in there. The burgers are pretty big as well. If you get too much on the burger you will be wearing it.
There is also a couple of choices in fries. The sweet potato fries are great and they are pretty generous on the amount they give you.
Service has always been great. No complaints there. It can get really busy and you may have a wait if you hit a lunch or dinner rush so be aware of that.
I’ll be back. But in Utah.

We walked in and was welcomed by a gal that seriously needed more training. She and the other guy was very confused. Thank God there wasn’t a line behind us, it took a long time to order.
The food was delivered quickly and by the grace of God came out the way we ordered. I ate the Crispy Chicken sandwich with the Smash fries. The chicken came out smoking hot but the fries were a little cold. The guys both ordered burgers and was good.

The food is always on point. Service is always with a smile, and even though food is cooked to order, I get it fast, hot, and fresh every time. This is definitely one of my favs in Pearland!

I love Smashbuger. It has never disappointed me. Its by far one of the best burger places I’ve ever been to. I always make my own burger and get a side of sweet potato fries for an ultimate delicious meal. If you don’t eat beef, they also have amazing chicken sandwiches. I definitely recommend anyone to go.

When entering the restaurant, I wasn’t sure what to expect considering the three employees in front were all standing around talking. I literally was forced to welcome the cashier as he simply looked up at me as if he were the customer! I order the Texas burger with the side of veggies, which are flash steamed in olive oil. I must say, the taste of the food made up for the subpar service. While not the best burger around, this is a good option. I will definitely return!

This Smashburger is right around the corner from my house so it’s definitely convenient. For fast food burgers, this is definitely up there with Five Guys and In-​N-​Out. They have a good variety of options and their smash fries are also to die for. Shoe-​string fries with rosemary, parmesan, some other spices I think. If you’re not a big burger fan, they also have a good variety of chicken sandwiches available.
Tried their fried pickles this time and they weren’t that great because they were overly salty. Everything else though was money in the bank.

Hands down the best burger place in Pearland! Get the classic with fried pickles as a side. You won’t be disappointed. Always super hot and fresh.

Burger places around these parts are a dime a dozen. This one is no exception. But with their higher than average prices, they don’t seem to be getting much business. The one redeeming factor is how nice the staff was to me. I was greeted upon arrival, given recommendations on my order, and even got my drink on the house.

Great buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. Staff is friendly.

It’s not the first time a burger joint fell short of my expectations. The BBQ bacon burger was ok but the meat was really dry. The buffalo fries were a second kick between the legs. The seasoning was overbearing and the fries were too darn skinny. It was like eating those 99 cent hot fries you get at the gas station. The only thing good about this place was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. Smash burger really smashed my burger fantasy!

I was all excited to get my favorite shake in the whole wide world from Smashburger, but paid over $ 4 and got a cup that is only 80% full. I asked the guy why it isn’t filled to the top, he said, the measurement is correct and that was it.
I am giving it a one star for the service. I care about the food and also the service, people that work there just don’t seem to care. I am disappointed.

I love Smashburger… But I must confess I’ve never actually had a burger from here.
Every time I come I get the black bean burger with truffle mayo on the side and loads of veggies and every time it’s AMAZING.
I’m currently doing a fast for my church and their black bean burger is actually aligned with my food restrictions because it’s so wholesome.
Love their truffle fries as well!
