In the last year the management has gotten so much better! Before my order was always wrong, it was guaranteed. Now they are on top of things and I feel assured I don’t need to check my order like before. I’m not sure what the change was, but the change is great!

These jokers just dropped off the complete wrong order. I called up there and it took about ten min before someone even answered the phone. I explained the mix up and also explained that my sick kids have touched it. They did not care. The manager told me that they were picking them up to take them to their correct destination. Hopefully no one catches the flu!

It’s an ok place. We buy form them 2 – 3 times a month. I hate that they now charge for parmesan cheese.

I order at this location at least once a month, I am a busy mom! But after a hard days worth, and when youre trained to offer great customer service, it’s hard to find great customer service when it’s you who’s the customer. So with that said… This location get ALL 5 stars. Thayer are so nice and very professional. I love the whole team! Keep it up! Pearland Pizza Hut ROCKS! And that’s coming from a 29 yr young mother!
