I love papa johns but this is the worst papa johns location I’ve ever been to. They quoted me 30 minutes tonight for a pick up order of a small pizza and I’ve been waiting 40 minutes in the store after waiting 40 minutes to get here. Inattentive staff and disregard for guests waiting right in front of them. Very disappointed, will probably not be ordering again.

This Papa Johns has gone down hill. What happened to all of the employees? It’s nothing but kids in there making pizzas. I went to pick up a pizza with a friend of mine and he found a sunflower seed in it! That’s just crazy!

Whether it is extremely busy or empty, this papa johns has given me extremely poor customer service. I’ve waited over an hour on an hour when I go pick up, even when there is very minimal outgoing traffic, the wait is still half an hour. Ridiculous.

I have to give credit where credit is due, and although I’ve had several bad experiences in the past with this location, I’ve seen a huge turnaround in the last several months. Food is being delivered much quicker and oftentimes sooner than the estimated time and still great quality. Great job. Keep up the good work guys.

The WORST Papa John’s. And CONSISTENTLY terrible! Once a week we order pizza. Every week, at least one night. We started with Papa John’s when we moved here three years ago and switched to Marco’s after several bad pizzas from Papa John’s. A couple months ago Marco’s started delivering bad pizza so we switched back to Papa John’s and got some great pizza. We tried the next week and got more great pizza. Then things turned… FOURTIMESIN A ROW(!!!) Papa John’s has delivered barely edible trash that Chuck-E-Cheese wouldn’t serve. Cold. Cold delivered pizza. «Extra cheese» we ordered and«double extra cheese» arrives BALD in patches and no more than 1 mm thick at its thickest point. And this on a crust varying in thickness from 2−3mm to 50 mm. And did I mention it was COLD? Or that this happened not once, not twice, but the last FOUR times we’ve ordered? We aren’t complainers. We didn’t say a word until now. I created this Unilocal!account just to let the world know to avoid Papa John’s in Pembroke Pines like the Plague. Every time we tip the driver the same $ 5 in cash(!) and never said an unkind word despite being RIPPEDOFF for toppings we never saw and being served garbage a school lunch lady would be ashamed to serve. Never again. Not this Papa John’s. They don’t get a fifth chance to rip me off or serve me garbage. Back to Marco’s. And if they’re still bad I’ll let Unilocal!know. I’ll post photos if I can next. How hard is it to make pizza? And to make it the way the regular customer orders it? And to drive 1 mile(!!!) with it arriving warm? Papa John’s FAILS on EVERY count.

It took about two hours to get our food. It was around 10pm when we got our meal on a Monday!!! Absolutely ridiculous

I love my local Papa Johns. The pizza’s are always hot, not stale and the service is great. I love that they always have great deals online too! I’m very happy to have one so close to home!

You would think it being a franchise to know what to expect. However I am disappointed in this particular store. Their deliveries are slow and the pizza you can tell took all but 30seconds to make. Pepperoni was scattered like it was just thrown on so few slices didn’t have any. Maybe I am being too picky but it didn’t leave a good feeling about this place. Dominos pizza although in my opinion, not as tastier, had met my expectations(which are pretty low to begin with).

I previously had a papa johns pizza and didnt really like it, so i thout i’d give it another try. 1. Went to this location and the door is locked(magnetic lock from inside), u have to wait until the lady inside sees you to unlock it to let you in! we were waiting outside in the dark for a few mins… 2. She told me to check my order to make sure it was right… she left the icing off the apple thingys. but they were burnt n had bearly any icing, and there was noooo apples!!! none!!! it jus tasted like burnt crust!!! 3. The pizza was ok but the crust was dry n still had flour on it… hence the 2 stars… 4. The price was about the only good thing…

What is there not to love about Papa John’s? I loved it when they had the Large 6 topping pizza at $ 10. That is, until the promotion ended and my neighborhood Papa John’s stopped offering the menu. But that is besides the point. Soft and yet chewy crust that is just right with generous portion of cheese and sauce(not to mention their kick ass garlic dipping sauce!!!). Yes, there are better parlors out there(of course there are). But you just cannot go wrong with Papa John’s. Now dig through your Sunday papers and even if you can’t find a coupon, go, go, go! They’re absolutely DELISH!
