Pizza Hut

This place is horrible!!! I’ve ordered from here 3 times. The first two the food was meh and took longer than expected. The third time, tonight. It took 1.5 hours! To get here. The food ended up being cold and I had to microwave the pizza and pasta.
One, two, three strikes and they are out!

I really like the skinny slice pizza, it is just the right amount of pizza to satisfy a craving without making me feel bloated or like I just wasted every workout of the month. So if I like this pizza so much, why am I giving this pizza hut a one star?
Because they have been late with my delivery not once, not twice, but three consecutive times. So much so that they gave me a $ 10 credit with the second delay; I tried using it today, when the pizza arrived late — AGAIN — I said I wasn’t paying for it (like $ 5 and change, nothing, right?!). They actually had me return the pizza (which they will then proceed to throw away).
Yes, they offered me a $ 10.99 credit (a whole 0.99 cents more) for the next order, so in their eyes they were offering me a free pizza — but I don’t think I will ever order from them again. The service is terrible, the employees are not empowered to provide the customers with proper service, and at the end of they day, the pizza is not something to write home about either (hence why I had never written a review on it before.)
So there, not knocking the pizza or pizza hut as a whole — but rather this location in particular where the driver blames the kitchen, the clerk blames the driver, no one takes responsibility and the customer is never right. Seeing now the ratings of other reviewers, I guess I shouldn’t have been too surprised.

Got my order incorrect. The guy argued with me about my order being wrong. He put me on hold and then another girl picked up the call and asked me what I going to order. I told her the first guy argued with me and then she said she would put the manager on. Manager picks up and it’s the same fucking guy.

Friday night and we just wanted to do a pizza and a movie. We ordered from this location a medium half cheese and half pepperoni and sausage with a side of breadsticks. Not very difficult you would think. Delivery guy showed up approximately 45 minutes later sign the bill and gave him a tip. Total = approximately $ 24.00. So we sit down and I open the pizza and voila pepperoni and sausage everywhere. My wife will not eat any pork products so the pizza was off limits. She immediately called them to rectify the situation and they said it would be another 45 minute wait. My wife then asked if they can send another order of breadsticks because by the time the pizza gets here it will be cold. In the background my wife immediately heard a classy employee stating that we are going to have to pay for the breadsticks. My wife asked for the manager and when she got on the phone she stated don’t worry about it it will be taken care of due to there error. My wife repeated the pizza order to the manager and she said she would be on it herself. 45 minutes later pizza # 2 shows up. I put it on the table and voila same screwed up pizza. We called again and the manager said that was impossible because she sliced it herself. So we are now being called liars. She wanted to send out another one and we just said no reverse the charges. She said she can give us back $ 9.00 for the price of the pizza. Woohoo that completely helps the situation of waiting two hours for the wrong food. Keep in mind not once was there an apology issue.
The lessons for tonight:
The correct pizza is very difficult to make
Taking orders over the phone can lead to complications
Ordering from this location can lead to starvation
Customer service is not spoken here
Anyone can be a manager
So save yourself a headache
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

If Pizza Hut’s pizza was not so greasy, they would probably be out on top. The only reason I keep eating their pizza is because of the stuffed crust. I wish another pizza company had came up with the idea.

This place is fast and the pizza is great, you can’t eat there as
this is a pick up store only.

What more is there to say really. Greasy pizza, mushy crust with bland taste. Service is on the slow side with this one.

The crust is too thick, some parts of the dough was so greasy that it was really crispy (imagine THICK, CRISPY CRUST– NOT GOOD). Overly thick crust, overly greasy and just too, too salty for any pizza to be.
I don’t recommend this place. Pizza Hut better step up its game and listen to the customers some more because I feel in this market, at the way things are, they don’t really compare to other power pizza giants.
