Best Western Pendleton Inn

No elevator! Wish I had known that! And the side doors aren’t secured at night. Clean but needed an elevator! Front desk lady pleasant but that’s it.

When I saw my company was putting me up in a Best Western, I wasn’t too impressed, but I’m accustomed to cheap hotels. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Great staff and they allowed my dog (for an additional fee) without questions.
The free breakfast is… get this… actually good! Waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, omlettes, biscuits and gravy, muffins… etc! Truly impressed. Plus, cookies in the evening, and hot beverages throughout the day.
Clean rooms that are bigger and nicer than I expected, even has a little bar area with an extra sink. Beautiful views since there’s not much around it.
The only small problems…
At 5:50 am the detector in the room started going off (a terrible way to wake up) after trying to fix it we notified the maintenance guy who immediately took care of the problem. He let us know that they’d recently installed a newer systems and there had been some problems, then he offered to discount each night of my stay! Wow!
Just wish this was in a more central location. The only nearby restaurant is Sharis =/

Great place to stay. Quiet, clean, and a great breakfast. This is our stay whenever we’re in Pendleton.

This is one of the best weekend getaway stays we can ever remember. Great rooms, great breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet, pet friendly, clean, friendly hosts, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this amazing hotel for your next stay in Pendleton.

Stopped by the Inn on our way from Jackson Hole. Great friendly service, clean room, and a continental breakfast. I would come back and stay anytime!
