We ordered 12′ pepperoni and bacon pizza. It was a little greasy but great flavor. The Rubuen and French dip has good flavor. The service is great

DH and I were looking for a place to take the kids on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and even though Pensacola has many Pizza places to chose from we gravitated to this pizzeria based on the Unilocal reviews and to see if it lived up to its New York style proclamation. We ordered one a large pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza, an order of fettuccine alfredo and an order of spaghetti and meatballs. The fettuccine had to be immediately retracted because they were out of alfredo sauce… hmmmm The pizza arrived and it was enough to feed 2 adults and 2 not so hungry kids. The spaghetti and meatballs received rave reviews and was a large enough portion that a to go box was needed. The pizza was good and the crust was good, I will probably be back to try what other delicious pizza combinations I can come up with.

Super fresh food, done simply perfectly. The Unilocal reviews did not disappoint. Great seating outdoors. The chicken salad was great, and three scoops is a HUGE portion… just a warning. :)

I had a great experience here! I came by myself around 230 in the afternoon and the service was great from the minute I walked in the door. It was packed and I was still served quickly and my food came out within 10 minutes of me ordering. I had the meat lovers stromboli which, while not the biggest stromboli around, was delicious. Their carrot cake is pure fire, I highly recommend it.

Excellent sandwiches and prompt service! Very nice staff and clean establishment. The club sandwich was huge! I saved half for dinner. The chicken salad sandwiches are just perfect here –there are two different kinds they make and both are equally amazing! BLT is great too. Will be back soon!

My absolute favorite place to eat in Pensacola. It’s in an old craftsman style house which I love and every single thing they have is delicious. Don’t forget the chocolate chip cookies. Beer cheese soup is the best!

Stopped the other night when passing through town. Hole in the wall but the food was good. I got phillycheese steak with BBQ sauce. Wife got a chicken cheese steak. Both were good. Beware: if you want peppers and onions you have to actively request them.

I enjoyed the food. Inside is loud and parking lot is small. A good place to get a sandwich or a salad. The food was pretty yummy. Good local spot to try.

Came here Saturday afternoon for tiramisu. Service was poor I guess because they were busy. Very small seating. The lady and guy up front assumed I would take my tiramisu to… They didn’t bother to ask if ow anted to dine which I did. The grabbed the tiramisu without putting any whipped cream on my tiramisu and rushed me out the door. Tiramisu was also very bland. Not the worst I’ve had but definitely not decent.

The curry chicken salad is absolutely amazing. Most curry dishes that I have tried are quite spicy. However, this curry dish is prepared just right. Great flavor. I usually heat it up in the microwave for 20 seconds. Delicious! The customer service is excellent. Everyone is always friendly and professional.

Came here craving itialian food. Just moved from Chicago and have been on the lookout for my new go-to restaurants. I had ok expectations once I saw the menu prices, i wasn’t expecting anything gourmet. I’m perfectly happy with a decent bowl of pasta and sauce. I got the chicken and eggplant parmesan. The salt was overbearing, almost inedible, its all I could taste. I’ll probably try the food here again, and hope this was just an off night. I hate leaving bad reviews, and am willing to revive this review if round 2 is better. We shall see.(Maybe the pizza is their specialty)

$ 7 pitcher of Bud light and a HUGE Greek pizza… what’s not to love? You won’t go home hungry. Their cookies are pretty good too.

Came here for the first time with my friend Joe. All of his neighbors recommended this place for over a year now, so we decided to check it out.

After a day at the beach decided on some NY pizza. As we walked in were greeted with friendly smiles. Very cozy and family friendly. Ordered half a Hawaiin pizza and pepperoni. Very delicious. Also had lasagna and potato soup. Excellent food. Couldn’t resist the cheese cake and was not disappointed.

A friendly and affordable hole-in-the-wall with an enormous menu. I really wish we had a place like this in Austin! Either way, we know the next time we’re in the area, we would definitely drive out of our way just to eat here. I had the Italian Calzone and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. Both were great. Do not miss the cheesecake– even if you don’t have any room for it, take it to go! You won’t regret it.

This seriously is as good as it gets. There were a few reviews about the service being bad, but I didn’t see any of that tonight. Most of those negative reviews were 1 — 2 years old though, so I’m guessing they took the feedback and improved their quality of service. As for quality of food though, they always had high marks, and it definitely scored big in my book tonight. This is a non-pretentious place to enjoy good food in a casual environment. This beats a lot of the 5-star restaurants I’ve been to in the past based price, service, and food. If you only get one thing here, it’s gotta be the crab corn chowder. They definitely don’t skim with the ingredients here cause each spoonful was loaded with stuff. It was thick, hearty, and flavorful. It could easily eat as a meal. I had the twin tower sandwich with a mix of pastrami and corned beef on my waiter’s recommendation. The meat was lean, thin, and soft. On toasted rye bread and mustard too, it’s going to be hard eating another sandwich ever again. The NY style cheesecake was the perfect end to the night. Pretty large pieces for $ 3.75. You could probably do soup and dessert there as a full meal if you wanted. Our server was great too. He definitely helped us out by offering tips on what to order, and he was willing to give us the pitcher price for beer after ordering several individuals glasses. Useful Tip: get the medium bowl of soup instead of a small. It’s only about 80 cents more but you definitely get a better deal when you compare it by volume. P. S. I wish they had a soup sampler entrée. A bowl of each of their soups for some price, maybe like $ 2 a cup or something. I’ll definitely hit it again before I leave Pensacola for good.
