Pizza Hut

Every time I order from here they’re either way behind or they mess it up. The first time (months ago) the manager flat out told me «I never eat this crap»… Next time I came in was for a new specialty promotion and new people were there, kind of looking flustered and rushed. My order was about 25mins late and it had the wrong sauce, mixed up toppings, and the wrong crust. They I was told they couldn’t issue refunds, dumped my pizzas, had me re-​order and wait another 20 mins, and said they only thing they could do was give me credit. I came back to simply use the leftover credit and be done was this place and, of course, I’m greeted by a flustered staff with no cook on duty, 5 customers behind, and my decision to get some «quick pizza» ruined… Again. The staff is friendly but friendly really isn’t worth waiting for this place to continue behind late, getting simple orders like pepperoni pan with asiago crust wrong (its on a screen in front of them and it tells them how to make it). I’m giving 1 star simply because when its finally ready and correct it tastes good.
UPDATE: just got the pizza… they ran out of Pan and «forgot» to tell me… so yay I get credit again… except oops my name is Brian and the receipt for customer credit shows someone named Steve… idc, Steve can get pizza on me I’m never ordering from this place again

I love this pizza hut. They don’t have a dine in area and just have a few chairs to sit and wait for your food but they are very fast. One day I ordered a pizza and cheese breadsticks and then went to the Starbucks a few stores down and got a drink and used the restroom and by the time that I got back my order was ready. It’s a great place to go if you want to be able to order your pizza and have it made really fast. The guys who work there are really friendly and as I said they make your order as fast as they can. I saw some people in there complaining about something and the person in charge gave them a free order of wings. I think that is nice that they try to make things better if you do have a complaint. I myself have never had a problem with them though.

I don’t usually review chains but as this is the place I buy pizza for dinner when I’m feeling lazy, I thought I’d share. I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times over the years and I’ve always had a positive experience whether it was pickup or delivery. The one time there was a problem (forgot an item for a delivery), it was quickly resolved for me.
The delivery drivers are nice, prompt and the pizza is dependably good.

They did a good job with everything, They delivered on time and the pizza was out of this world.Thanks.
