Cashier was a male not sure if that helps, but I came here to order a quick breakfast. wasn’t even busy pulled up to pay he didn’t say anything he just reached his hand out to grab my card no smile or anything. Then gave me me card and bag and still didn’t say anything and just walked away. I thought it was so rude! I know it’s just McDonald’s and people might think what do you expect, but I used to work there as a teen and was very polite to my customers.

Terrible service I went into the establishment to order my lunch today 3÷17÷16 stood there for two minutes while no one even bothered to acknowledge that I was there not even i will be there the in a minute. The manager’s on shift from what I could see at least two were too busy talking. I heard one employee tell a manager in Spanish that if they were going to help me still nothing. Absolutely unacceptable take care of your customers. I ended up eating elsewhere for my lunch

Why the difference in time between weekdays and weekends when this restaurant starts serving burgers. I went to this store to order burgers at 1045AM today(Saturday). I was told they don’t start serving burgers until after 11AM weekends but midweek it is 1030AM. What the heck? I thought McDonald’s was trying to make a comeback! What’s next Coca Cola only on odd numbered days of the month? Ice only on Tuesdays?

I’ve only been here a couple times but it’s always been pretty quick for me and people have been friendly. Only issue I have with this McDonald’s is that it had about the most limited menu I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. Usually don’t carry any of the specials on menu. So it’s like ordering from McDonald’s in 1985.

Horrible experience in this location. 8 mins waiting for somebody take my order, even though I was the only one in the line and there tree employees around that totally ignore me… you call that fast food? Everybody seems to be sad at that location. awful, awful costumer service.

I went through the drive-thru a few days ago for lunch, the person taking the order was very friendly & courteous at the speaker box as well as at window 1 where she took my debit card for the order. I proceeded to pull up to window 2 get my my order and was not greeted but had 2 iced teas thrusted at me through the window. I proceeded to ask for a tray for the 2 drinks and the women’s response was«como?» I then proceeded to ask for a drink tray again while using my hands to make a a makeshift square trying to represent a tray and her response this time was«que’?» Really? I’m sorry but you do not put a person in the drive-thru window, at the counters or dealing with the general public if they cannot understand English as we are not in Mexico! If you want your non-English speaking customers to be able to converse then you need someone who is bilingual so they can converse with both types of people in the public. MAJORFAIL McDONALD’S!!!

Have been to this location many times. They rarely get an order correct. I should know better than to drive away without checking. Today I got crispy chicken instead of grilled, and there was no tomato on either my sandwich or my husband’s.

Poorly run location. The order taker struggled so badly putting my order together it was embarrassing. Cold hard fries, old iceberg lettuce, burgers that look and taste like they’ve been hanging around for awhile. My advice is find somewhere else to eat.

Day crew is faster then night crew… however what else is there to say that has not been mentioned? I hardly EVER go to McDonalds and tonight was another exploding example of why not to go. Besides the food being awful bad for you. Sometimes you want something quick and easy. I ordered two wraps, three chicken sandwiches, two cheese burgers and some nuggets. We waited at the window. Then was told to pull over and wait. We waited while three other cars ordered and moved through. When we finally did get our food we were missing a sandwich, which the associate gave a half heart argument towards then saw she was wrong took the bag and receipt back in to be checked. Yes there was a sandwich missing which led to another wait. When she came back she handed the bag over and as she walked away said,“oh and we are sorry for the trouble.” The lady who spoke into the speaker when we had taken our order had such a thick accent that I was grateful the screen worked so that I could see the mistakes and repeat my order three times to get right. Frustration. So communication was a challenge. The wait was not the definition of the usual meaning for«fast food». Then the interaction regarding the mistake on their part was handled with irritation toward me the customer. Oh and with all that waiting saying that the food was«fresh» would be a lie. The wrong lettuce was not the right one that is suppose to be on it. The tomato was terrible. The chicken tenders were warm not hot and overly dry. I guess I should be thanking them since this was a hearty reminder why I do not need to go to McDonalds for dinner, next we will skip eating rather then waste our money there.

This is the most fattastic place ever I love it and the people are so friendly and it is so amazing and I love it so much and I really can’t imagine a better place to eat. I mean it is absolutely. The most finest the most helpful most amazing most fantabulous the most bear test place in the entire work the only downside is that you may become obese if you eat there to much!

So true about the 3 play! I always need to check to make sure the right sauce/condiments are on your meals. Go next door to Burger King or drive to In n Out

Have people in the drive thru who don’t speak English well, and therefore got my order wrong in spite of my correcting them when I saw it wrong on the screen.

This place absolutely deserves it’s low rating. This is a one star even when rated against other fast food places. The screen didn’t work, so we couldn’t double check the order and they botched EVERYTHING. Fifteen minutes to get through a drive thru and still ending up with the wrong order? Ridiculous!
