Wendy’s

Just want to say that you guys are awesome! It’s not often that people give good reviews to fast food chains. But this has been one of my go to spots For my lunch break for over five years. They are always super fast! About 99% of the time you’ll be out of the drive-​through in less than five minutes. Just wanted to say thank you Wendy’s you’re great!

I’ve liked Wendy’s ever since I was a child and my Nana would take my Sister and I there every week for lunch. It’s quality has changed little, a good thing, and the menu has stayed relatively the same. The new items are a great addition!
I was driving home with Justin C. when we were hungry and needed something quick so we can get back on the road. We saw a sign that there was a Wendy’s at the next exit. Not really familiar with the area we took the exit and kept our eyes peeled for the Wendy’s. Here is a tip: if you are Southbound and you exit, it’s on the left hand side and you better get over to the left lane quick! We had to drive past and then hook back around. The employees were really nice and taking our order was a breeze in the drive through. Everything was served hot and fresh! No problems at all and we were back on the freeway in no time.
We will have to stop here again!

I rarely have an opportunity to eat at Wendy’s, but have always been a fan of their junior bacon cheeseburger. We don’t have a Wendy’s where I live, so, the rare chance I do get, I go and have a little junk food.
This Wendy’s always has friendly staff, and the food is better than most fast food joints.
The cheeseburger in my photo should be a permanent item on the menu, it was delicious.

I came in expecting a normal Wendy’s experience (good food, bad service) but was pleasantly surprised by Emily. She was engaging, funny, social, and polite. The food was good the lobby was sparkling (although, as always, in need of an update), and they have those cool touch screen soda fountains. I was surprised pleasantly by this visit and will return for sure.

There’s a sign advertising Wendys is hiring but I think there should be a sign advertising repairs

I just love this place. We have been coming here since at least forever. The food has not changed even the slightest. The restaurant looks exactly the same inside and out. Hopefully you did not go through the drive-​thru here around 2002 – 2006 because for whatever reason the dude/​chick who took the orders could not understand English whatsoever. It was almost comical to see how mad the customers would get and this dude/​chick just keep on taking orders anyway. For years! A friend of mine who is white as snow and as Irish as the come, fresh out of Spanish class in high school went here and ordered in Spanish (we didn’t even know Nate knew Spanish) and the ordering process was perfect. So, if you go through the drive-​thru order in Spanish if you can. If not, they are better now then they were.

Lukewarm burger, cold fries and no soap dispenser in the Men’s room. I did get my order quickly, though. Updated soda machines, although only 1 actually worked.
How do they keep their hands clean?

If I could give zero stars I would! I went through the drive thru tonight and the kid working the window wasn’t listening and asked me twice if that was it! Obviously wasn’t listening at all. Then I get to the window and he tells me that it’s gonna be a few minutes and to park and they would bring it right out…10 minutes later I got fed up and went inside and the kid working the window had to tell the girl there was someone waiting after I was standing there for a couple of minutes listening to them chit chat! Then the manager came up with the girl who was just as dense as the boy working the window! The manager asked if I was told to park which I said I was and she was like «oh they didn’t tell me you were parked and waiting I’m sorry» they gave me more food than I needed and to top it off the fries and chicken nuggets weren’t even hot! Not going there again!!!

Can anyone save our local Wendy’s? This place has the worst food. Every time I go there my food is cold, the fries are so cold they are gross. They don’t ever seem busy either, which would make sense. They are not cheap either and I can get a better meal at a local restaurant for around the same price. I avoid this place at all costs, unless my kids beg me to go. Just awful really. I wish the Wendy’s corporate office would visit this store and fix it so they know how to serve hot food.

Worst service ever. Last night went in. Gave cashier 8 dollars for a7.95 bill. She just stood there. I asked what she needed and she told me the price again and indicated she needed more cash. I told her to count what she had. Then she figured out it was enough. This girl has made mistakes with me before and many errors with others. I told her she made lots of mistakes. She giggled and said yes. I said you seem proud of that fact. She giggled again. Notoriously they have the worst service for fast food. Management does not appear to care. I guess that’s how service goes these days

Worse customer service ever! The manager here is not helpful, he argued with me about hair vs. Lint in my burger.

I don’t eat at fast food places much, but I was in a hurry this morning and needed to gobble down an early lunch before heading home from Petaluma, so I stopped by Wendy’s on Washington Street. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean, and the service is fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the food there is horrid, even for a Wendy’s.
Wendy’s was pushing their «juicy, homestyle» chicken sandwiches, so I ordered one of those, along with a soda and fries. The fries were soggy in some places, so they’ probably pulled them out of the frier too early. The sandwich was almost as bad — the breaded chicken was dry, topped by overcooked bacon and unmelted cheese. So much for the «juicy» designation… Blech!
I’ve eaten at other Wendy’s over the years, and there are better ones around. This one, I’d skip. It gets ¹⁄₅ stars from me.

This store is dangerous as you have to cross drive thru path when entering! If you have kids be careful!
We came in coming back from the ocean for frosties and a quick snack burger for me.
Food just OK!

The Wendy’s in Petaluma is always a disappointment!!! The burgers are never hot, and the cheese is never melted. They are sloppily made and the tomatoes are never ripe! I eat there maybe once a year and, sadly, I’m usually unhappy.

Their new fries are a major disappointment, but their burgers are my favorite fast food indulgence. They’re extremely fast here, usually. It’s interesting how some places are so much quicker to serve you than others, but the drive-​thru is efficient.
Interior, it’s basically what you expect, nothing fancy. Haven’t seen many people in here the few times I’ve been inside.

Not the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The burger was sloppy, and the fries were burnt, and there was a glacier in my soda. Other than that it was great.

Clean looking restaurant, but experienced a confused, non-​communicative cashier unfortunately. I try not to review fast food places too much, but for some reason I feel needed to review just the cashier experience, and not the establishment itself. I do understand that employees are paid at minimum wage and that I feel wholeheartedly for that… I mean we all started somewhere in the earning moolah chain.
All I wanted to order was a cheeseburger with lettuce and apple slices (plus a few more separate items). What I got charged was a kid’s meal.
Me to the cashier as I witnessed her put together our food: «I notice you holding the kid’s meal bag, did you charge me the kid’s meal?»
Cashier: «Yeah, I charged you the kid’s meal.»
Me: «I only wanted the cheeseburger with lettuce and apple slices. You didn’t charge me separately for those?»
Cashier: «Um, I charged you the kid’s meal.»
Me: «So you charged me the kid’s meal?»
Cashier: «Yeah.»
As she scoots my tray towards me…
Me: «Hmmm…well if you charge me the kid’s meal then doesn’t it come with a toy and a drink then?!»
Cashier: «Uh yeah, so did you want the toy and drink?»
Me: «YEAH PLEASE… especially if you charged me for the WHOLE KID’S MEAL even though i only ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and apple slices!»
Me (in my head): «I am so pissed at you right now inconsiderate cashier.»
Cashier: «Yeah, I guess so.»
Me: «AAAAARGH!»
Enough said.

Sometimes you just crave some fast food french fries.
At those times I’m glad this clean, quick, and convenient Wendy’s exists. If you’re looking for a real burger look elsewhere.

Two time I said double. He still gives me a single!

we came here yesterday in route to doing some shopping. This is one of the cleanest wendy’s around, and they have incredible chili which is my staple order. Didn’t like the new spicy chicken nuggets, but I am a sucker for the classic ones…
I’d totally come back, staff friendly, food good. period.
