I love Starbucks. However, this location will forever be tainted in my mind. The magnetic strip on my credit card was giving the cashier some trouble. Then, Christian’s attitude started. I assured him the card was valid, as I had just filled my gas tank. When I advised trying the paper trick, again I received a heap of attitude. This time, he went so far as to throw the card at me on the counter. The card trick worked, to Christian’s amazement. However, no apology for his attitude. I love Starbucks, but that man’s customer service skill level is zero.

Visiting from out of town expecting inviting service. The staff was not friendly at all. I do not recommend lounging around here considering the lack of positive environment.

Super FAST and friendly service. Love the l with lots of seating for such a small space. Very clean. Nicest Starbucks I’ve been in. Just wish they had a drive thru.

This was a good Starbucks. The girls behind the counter were great. This worked well as a team and we’re getting people through the line pretty quick. Especially for a Starbucks. I’m pretty shy and don’t initiate conversation but the girl making the drink, Hannah, made sure to say hello and be very kind as she made my drink. I thought that was sweet. The drink was fantastic and the brownie was amazing. I’ll be coming back for sure.

FAVORITE STARBUX BY FAR! Well managed, clean and quick. What more can you ask for? I have been to several starbux in town. I even followed a worker from the starbux downtown to this new address. Parking lot is a little small, trouble at times in the morning but hey I’ll wait for good service!
Favorite barista’s with great service: Jessie, Devin, Suzanne and Lisa. Always nice, knows my drink order and quick! Thanks.

Wide open floor window let in the warm sunshine from Washington Street to show that Petaluma’s brand new Starbucks is open for the quirky business it’s likely to enjoy setting up baristas just blocks from the city’s main transit mall, a gateway for weary commuters. Smiles abound inside. This isn’t a Clover store like downtown Petaluma or a compacted strip mall venture. It’s roomy, making use of a darken wood decoration, surprisingly little green inside. People seem friendly. This will be a top check-​in spot for this Unilocaler.
