Cost Cutters

Really bad service. The lady didn’t seem to talk. She just sat there & cut my hair. & they expect a tip? Here’s a tip, make it more friendly and nice die people so they come back. Waste of $

I went to go get a hair cut and Robyn was there to do it for me. She didn’t say much the whole time which made it quite awkward. I’m not an open person to start a conversation with someone but it’s nice if the stylist talks to you and makes you feel comfortable. She didn’t say much to me which made me feel uncomfortable. The few things she did say to me, she said with some sort of attitude. Like she’s working mainly for tips. Their welcoming hospitality is how they make their money. Anyways, she asked me how short I want it and I answered. When she was done she asked if it was good. I said yes! It’s the average haircut which I wasn’t expecting anything special. The service is horrible.
Then when I went to pay, I was paying using my debit card! There was no way to put a tip on it (not that she deserved one anyways) but once I paid she stood there expecting a cash tip. Well okay I was digging in my purse and pockets to find cash in smaller bills.
Probably won’t go back to cost cutters. You get what you pay for I guess: crappy service!

Don’t bother. Got there at 3:40PM — they close at 4PM. Three ladies onsite. Two were cutting hair, one in the back. I asked if I could get a cut. The older female, approximately 55 with glasses stated they were closing and I could come back tomorrow. She laughed as she stated, «We’ve put in our hours.»
Really! I voted with my feet and went to somewhere else.
