Good Vibrationz

I went in here yesterday to try a different place. The items were ok– nothing special. They did have some pretty cheap vibrators tho. The thing that really got me tho was that I picked up one toy (the clerk was behind me when I chose it) I paid cash and signed the receipt but then I noticed something about it I didnt like. So I asked him for an even exchange. Mind you, the transaction wasnt even over (he had not even given me my change). He was adamant against it– touting health and safety issues, talking about people using body wax and returning it, etc… I had not left his eyesight or the counter! So after MUCH protesting he reluctantly said I could have an EVEN exchange for something else. One that looks like crap and will prolly die! The whole thing felt like a hustle. Nice guy but just go to South Street if you want a good shopping experience!

Smart location in that it is situated directly across the street from the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant, and that it is the only store of it’s kind within at least 5 miles in all directions (I believe). And how about the fact that it’s phone number ends in 6900… nice. But that’s about it on the cool scale.
Great score if you’re spilling out of the brew pub with a freshly snagged guy/​girl on your arm, or simply a drunken regular, but only if you too are highly inebriated (I have been here both sober and not). Cheap quality sex toys and such that are overpriced and very likely to die after one go, or even mid use. Go there and spend at your own peril, but, come morning, anything fancier than a C-​ring or condom will probably leave you feeling disappointed and wishing you’d emptied your wallet at the pizza shop next door.
In this case, my opinion was that I’ve seen better, because I have. Good Vibrations is like the Condom Kingdom’s hand-​me-​down wearing little brother.
