T-Mobile

It’s our favorite T-​mobile store in Philly. For some reason, always a good experience. Ben and Divan (Mello) are very cool individuals, certainly with good knowledge of the subject and great communication skills. Recommend, A+

This is a review about the T-​Mobile STORE not the T-​mobile service (which I personally do not think is that bad given the price you pay for it).
The customer service at this store was just amazing. I went there on a Saturday afternoon to upgrade my phone and do a bunch of other stuff. I was taken care of by Diana, and she was just FANTASTIC! Diana was smiley, warm and VERY professional. I guess her So much work because I needed to close one line, change my number, get a new phone, transfer numbers from one phone to another and change my method of payment. She helped me one step at a time and never seemed bother by my questions. Because my contract was expiring the Sunday, I couldn’t close the second line and I couldn’t change my number and I couldn’t change my number on the spot but she told me she would do it all for me on Monday and that I just had to give her a call. I left very happy with my new phone and feeling happy that everything got sorted out. At the end of the day, I received a call from Diana, she had realized we forgot to do one of the thing I asked (but forgot to go over) and she told me she would do it for me as well. On Monday, I called and she already had every set up for me. It felt good to have such a great customer service!

This is the worse wireless service ever! Every month 2 days BEFORE the bill is due they suspend service! Huh? Since becoming a customer in October, I have had 12 phone calls to attempt to resolve the problem and it keeps happening. I am so disgusted I canceling the service and dont care if the $ 200 cancellation fee affects my credit. THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
