Took my jewelry in for a warranty check back about the middle of June. My birthstone ring had a worn prong(1 out of the 8). They had it for 2 weeks and didn’t fix it… lost it in the store, in fact. So, after controlling my anger I explained that I was moving out of state, there was no Jared’s in Montana, and that I needed this fixed correctly, ASAP. By the time I left it still wasn’t fixed. I had to leave it for a month(!!) for my mom to pick it up and bring it up to me. My son went with her to pick it up and it was so disfigured! One of each of the set of prongs in each side was just a big bubbled glob. I’ve worn it for less than a week and the stone is askew and loose! Sat with customer service for over an hour and only solution is to have it shipped to a family or friend and have them take it in to one of the stores… any affiliate… and then have it picked up and have them ship it back to me. That or drive 128 miles one way to drop it off at a Kay’s in Missoula,(But, they’ll fix it for free… Hey great! That’s what I have the warranty for, duh!). So, 512 miles later and 2 spent days, they would give me a $ 50. gift card. That’s laughable since anything would cost several $ 100. Like I’m going to give them one more red cent! All of these stores are own by a British group, Signet Jewelers.

Bill was very nice and helpful, Joe the jeweler was terrific. I would highly recommend them.
