We ordered a mobile mini storage unit for work because we were lacking the storage solutions that we needed. The ordering and delivery process was seamless; the delivery was on time and the customer service assistance with choosing the right unit was spot on. They delivered exactly the unit that we ordered, with the amount of keys we needed and bank vault style locks for added security of the unit and the stuff inside. When you order you will have to pay the pick up fee up front for when you are done with the unit. The monthly fee for the unit rental is very inexpensive and I think it’s cheaper than renting a storage unit at a place off-​site.
We love our mini so much that I called to inquire about pricing to purchase the unit that we already had on-​site. They connected me to our local office and the lady on the phone was quick with the information and the pricing was really good considering if you want to buy a shipping container, have it transported, taken off the semi and weld on the locks it would cost way more.
I was continuously impressed by their high level of customer service and response to all of my questions over the past year.
