Had a really good experience great customer service from Gabriela she explained everything to me and fast service she knows what she is talking about has a great smile makes people smile. Got there late to my reservation like 5 minutes to closing time and she helped me with no problem. Will recomend to anyone who needs a storage.

I’ve been to this location (property # 8 204) two times with questions about insurance and to inquire about storage rental. Horrible customer service. They are more interested in auctioning off units that haven’t been paid and renting them again so they can make more money than assisting someone who pays all the time on time and rents from them. I like Public Storage. They aren’t all like this but this location has some terrible customer service.

Horrible, the units are old and there’s homeless guys that roam the grounds harassing people. Also, I scheduled a move out online via their website. I logged in and to my horror saw that their system did not process it. I then scheduled another move out date — same problem. The problem is their website, as I have contacted their customer service and they have said the exact same thing.
