I am terribly disappointed and should have checked the reviews before stopping here. There are way too many coffee places around which means a lot of competition so every place needs to be on point. I went thru the drive through on a Sunday at 6:45 am. Only 1 person ahead of me but I waiting really long to even get to the window. Once I got there I was waiting even longer. The lady tried handing me an iced drink but I ordered a hot drink so I let her know. She then went to make my drink but made a couple other drinks before mine that she out next to the register. I finally got my drink and she handed it to me and didn’t say anything. I said thank you and got no response. I arrived at my daughters cheer competition and took a sip of my drink and it was not something I ordered. I ordered a chia tea and received something that could taste like mocha but k have no idea what it was. This place is not cheap. Not only did I receive terrible service but did not even receive what I ordered after 2 attempts. And I never even got a receipt so I couldn’t call and let them know which made me even more upset.

Very slow service, never have the food items I want. I love Starbucks but this store is substandard.

Like everyone else, I consistently encounter terrible service here. I’m now 3 for 3 with my drink orders getting messed up. You’re better off going to the Starbucks at 7th St and Osborn. It’s worth the extra drive– you’re going to be waiting in line 10+ minutes here regardless of how busy it is. Bonus– on my second trip here, the employees were having a fight and screaming at each other. Keep it classy!

Based on coffee alone this place is not your typical Starbucks I ordered the new graham latte and my husband ordered the cinnamon dolce latte and both did not taste the way they usually do not even close!

HORRIBLESERVICE! Walked up to(walk up) service window… 4 employees working… 2 of them werent doing anything but chatting… stared at me and continued talking! DIDNOTEVERCOMETOTHEWINDOW! Instead they told a girl that was making drinks to take my order while they continued their conversation! WILLNEVERCOMEBACKHERE!

I get that barista might not be a rewarding job for everyone, but that’s no reason to continuously suck at it? No sugar? They put sugar. No cream? Splash of cream. Literally — in the correct sense of the word — every time I’ve gotten coffee from there, my impossibly simple order of a black coffee and a 2-shot espresso is wrong. This isn’t so at other Starbucks.

Used to be so much better. Seems like now they can’t keep a staff. Also, the staff they do have is so low energy it’s actually depressing to visit. Did I mention they are consistently one of the slowest stores? I have been late for work countless times because of their antics. Thank goodness a new one is opening near the start of my commute so I can say goodbye to this location!

They don’t even deserve one star. Horrible staff! A homeless man PAID for a passion tea then was kicked out when he tried to enjoy his drink on the shaded patio. Smh

Amazing would be an understatement! I’ve gone to this Starbucks five times thus far and never have I had a bad experience. I’m not just a solo drink buyer, but I actually bought five different drinks every time. They are for coworkers and each are very detailed in what they like. Some of the best things I like about this Starbucks are: I’ve never waited long in the drive-thru, the traffic consistently keeps moving. I’ve never have had rude service, all of the different Baristas that have worked the window always have a smile on their face and greeted me as pulled up. And finally, I have never had to repeat my order, and IT’S ALWAYSRIGHT! Yes, they are a drive-thru location only. Therefore, if you are looking for an indoor building to sit and relax, this would not be the location. However, if you are like me and want to get your coffee fix fast, correct, tasty, and then jet. This is that place to go! Thank you Starbucks staff!

Slowest and worst customer service from any Starbucks I’ve been to. I got a frappucino that was watery and not like the usual ones I get at other locations. Took 10 minutes to get a mini frappucino. Will not be back.

The staff is horrible! Maybe not every single one, but 9⁄10 of them are horrible with customer service. They have very low energy, sounds bored/annoyed to help, and I see them walking around eating and laughing all the time. It’s been a few times they got my order wrong. And something about their Cheese Danish or oven, the texture is gross and it’s never hot. I go to Starbucks 5 – 6 times a weeks, couple times a day. And the Starbucks on Mill Ave is by far the best. Starbucks corporate needs to hunt down the managers of this location and do something about it.

I would actually give this place no stars. Due to it’s location my husband and I have stopped here a handful times and the service is always slow and terrible. Consistently understaffed, our drinks are always wrong and we always have to wait at least 10 minutes no matter what time it is or how busy they are. Avoid at all costs.

Do not like this location. It’s the only location that makes you Wait when you order brewed coffee. All other locations as soon as you order they pour your cup you pay and then you’re on your way no waiting

By far the slowest Starbucks. … 15 min for a cup of coffee after ordering.. really?

This Starbucks consistently takes 10 – 15 minutes to get through drive thru in the morning. Unfortunately it is the only Starbucks on my direct route to work so I am forget to go 10 minutes out of my day or suffer through this nonsense. The baristas are NOT friendly and look more tired and annoyed than I am by the time I get up to the window. Oh yeah supposed to be at work in 8 minutes… Been in the drive thru for 8 minutes already and it was not a long line. There are 3 care in front of me.

I frequent this location it’s conveniently located on my route to school, customer service is usually good, but today it was atrocious by the female that was working in the drive through window becoming argumentative, about my order that she took wrong.

This Starbucks has a walk-up window and it’s awesome and fast. The barista asked me if I wanted my banana nut bread warm and it tastes so much better that way. The lines in the drive thru are pretty long in the morning but the wait time is fairly short. Overall great attitude and good service.

This Starbucks is weird. Drive through and walk-up only. Only outdoor seating. Weird can be good! But, it wasn’t great. It’s essentially in the parking lot of a hotel, and I visited while I was staying in that hotel. They had the same ratio as my local Starbucks… my drink was right 3 out 4 times. However, the one time it WAS wrong — it wasn’t just a LITTLE wrong — it was completely the wrong drink. Definitely not somewhere you’d go to do work in less-than-perfect weather, and it might as well be located ON the highway… i.e. there is a ton of road noise. However… friendly staff. Standard Starbucks experience.

I am used to NYC StarBucks, however a Starbucks is still a Starbucks. They didn’t know a lot of lingo and how to make specialty drinks which are trivial in the NYC area. This one had a drive-thru window which was also something I am not used to. All and all very good coffee and I am a fan.
