I’ve only been here once but the ice cream was great and the people were very friendly! They encouraged me to keep trying flavors and helped me find the best two scoop combo! I will come back whenever I am in town.

Although I haven’t tried the ice cream cake I picked up through the drive through for my sons birthday, the woman taking my order was very rude and seemed overly burdened to place my order and add on a set of candles. Even if the cake is great, I am not sure if I will return based on a terrible customer service experience.

Overtime I’m in Ohio, I have to get some Graeter’s Ice Cream. The place is so clean with PLENTY of room to sit down and enjoy! Staff was very friendly. Ice Cream was creamy. What more could you ask for? The cutest thing is that when you ask for a kiddie scoop in a cup, they add these decorative sugar pieces to make it look like a cute little face! It’s adorable! They also have gelato — I got the double chocolate! yum!

Had not tried Graeter’s previously but stopped in last night with some friends. It was so good! There was a small line but the staff was very quick and we had our scoops in 2 minutes. Great selection of flavors, sundaes, and milkshakes, with different cone options and toppings. Staff was very friendly! Will definitely be going to Graeter’s much more!

So, I haven’t been to Graeter’s in a while, and I used to work there about 7 years ago. We used to make the waffle cones fresh each day using a waffle iron and plastic cones to shape them. Then we would place them into paper cups for the customers. I can see that it has gone down hill since«the good old days.» Today I ordered a chocolate-dipped waffle cone with their new«gelato» and I was severely disappointed. I even asked the girl how fresh the waffle cones were and she answered«Oh uh, um yea they were made yesterday.» Okay fine whatever. I start eating my waffle cone and the chocolate dipped part is fine, seems to have been double dipped at least. Cool. So I get to the part where there’s a fancy wrapper around it, so I peel that away. Immediately I notice a problem. It is GLUED to the cone, leaving a glue residue very similar to the glue residue left on commercially bought pre-made sugar cones that come in cardboard boxes. Okay… so skeptically I continued only to find that the cone part(sans chocolate at this point) tastes EXACTLY like a sugar cone. And it’s perfectly symmetrical with the bottom point of the cone just being«too» perfect. I am more than convinced at this point that these waffle cones are premade, prepackaged, and not homemade at all. I am severely disappointed. There is nothing like the fresh taste of a waffle cone made that morning on the iron and shaped by hand — imperfections and non-symmetry. I am really disappointed at everything Graeter’s has become since I worked there so long ago. Commercial, fake, and their ice cream has gotten too sweet without natural flavors. If you really want some quality homemade ice cream these days, go to Jeni’s.

Graeter’s Ice Cream is delicious! For everyone who loves Jeni’s…I get it… it is delicious but EXPENSIVE. Graeter’s has the taste and feel of childhood when its simple flavors touch your lips. In my previous review of the Skyline in Pickerington, this Graeter’s is located in the same strip building as the Skyline. So, once you finish at Skyline — go have some Graeter’s! My favorite flavors are the Black Raspberry Chip, Cookie Dough Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, and the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean. They also have very good chocolate malts as an alternative to the scooped ice cream. The staff is often a hit or miss when going through the drive-thru. They are either very friendly, or act like they hate their job. If you are in the area, stop on by the Graeter’s for some ice cream! I would give it a five, but the staff notched it down to — 4⁄5 stars

You get what you pay for! Although their ice cream is a little expensive it is more than worth it! Take time to learn how they make their chocolate chip ice cream! Always a great scoop!

I mentioned in a previous review my love for ice cream… and it is still true. I LOVEICECREAM! I adore Graeter’s Toffee Chip ice cream the most. It is my down fall. I could eat this for every single meal. If I’m being honest though one scoop is a steep price, but it’s worth a splurge every now and then… or weekly in my case!

I’m not a fan of Graeter’s ice cream. I’ve only ever consumed it do to extremely rare impromptu family outings. I think the ice cream here has tons more sugar — I can barely taste the mint flavor. I’m convinced that Sweet N Low is the main ingredient in all their cold concoctions. I do like the simple set up for their stores. Plenty of tables and chairs, and no «fluff» to take up floor space. This store, being in a suburb city, seems to be predominately employed by high schoolers. They were polite and fast — perhaps the only two things I can give good remarks.

Sweet Lord the ice-cream here is awesome! Every different type I try is amazing but my favorite is their Peach, which is a very limited seasonal that comes out for two months. Their Strawberry chip is great as is their Black Raspberry chip as is their Vanilla Bean, as is their Mint Chocolate Chip. I’m not going down their list of flavors. They are all awesome and this is definitely the place to be during a hot summer evening, or anytime for that matter.

Great ice cream, plenty of indoor seating, and some benches outside too. I enjoyed the butter pecan in a chocolate dipped waffle cone.

It would be a five if management could get their act together & not leave their poor employees understaffed and exhausted. The lines tend to be long — which I don’t necessarily mind — but today I noticed that one employee had literally gotten dizzy from exhaustion and had to sit down — leaving one poor girl to keep the drive through and a growing line inside moving. The ice cream is delicious. I go for a junior scoop when I’m being good… a medium double dip chocolate soda(1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop chocolate) when I’m being naughty. This location is bright & clean.

A scoop of Mocha Chip on a waffle cone made my rainy, sticky day 100 times better! Chocolate, melted, then drizzled into the icecream while it’s churning, so that it slowly hardens, into random shapes and sizes. What a GENIUS idea! The icecream itself is creamy, perfectly flavored with a nice balance of coffee and chocolate. The waffle cones are folded at the bottom to prevent drippings. Yum. I’m sooooo drizzling melted chocolate into my icecream maker!

Maybe you heard Oprah and Sarah Jessica Parker liked it. Maybe a close, personal friend whispered in your ear that Graeter’s Ice Cream is the best ice cream in America. Or maybe, just maybe, you’ve fallen on good fortune and tried it yourself. Lucky you. When I was growing up, a wee tot in the trenches of southern Ohio, Graeter’s Ice Cream was pretty easy to come by. They were mostly in Cincinnati, but they popped up a couple out of town and so you could get it more readily. Well, now Ohio is almost bursting with it. It has now come to Pickerington. Where’s that?, you might ask. Why, it’s near Columbus. But more importantly, it’s home to a Graeter’s Ice Cream store. Ahh. So when I was back in town over Memorial Day weekend for a dear friend’s wedding, after quick hellos at my brother’s house, we got down to the important business: Graeter’s. This is what we came for. Anyway, it was a delight, as always. We came here twice during our five-day trip and stuffed ourselves silly will luscious, creamy ice cream. My fave has always been Double Chocolate Chip. And I’m a purist … I don’t like to stray far from the double scoop of that. But I ventured into new territory this time and made one of the scoops Peanut Butter Chip. Heaven. And on the return visit, I got some sort of chocolate lovers-type sundae that was divine. It doesn’t get any better than this.
