Dino’s Chicken and Burgers

One of my favorite fast food places in the area. The location isn’t anything special, but the food has great flavor. I ordered the chicken and fries combo which includes corn tortillas and cole slaw. I’m not a huge cole slaw fan, but I add it to my tortilla along with some chicken and ranch for a little diy soft taco. Now for the fries, when you order the fries with the chicken the chicken is served on top and then some sort of brine is poured over for this amazing combination of spice and flavors all for about $ 7. They also have one of the coke machines where you can customize your drinks. Minus one star because last night there was a table of young men that were super rude and noisy, I wish management would have asked them to be considerate of other guests… But that never happened. We stuck it out, but several other customers left because of them.

This place is always good but sometimes they do mess up my order and kind of give me a look when I ask for more then 1 ranch. But overall good place!

The boss took the team out for lunch and the food here is Dame good I’ll let all my friends and family know to come here when they are in town.

I was visiting the area and decided to stop here based on all the positive reviews. The food did not disappoint. I enjoyed the chicken and fries plate and the DUI fries so much that I ordered more to take back to the family. The chicken was moist and well seasoned. The fries came drenched in a vinegar and spice based sauce that was very good. The DUI fries can easily be a side to share. We also ordered a pastrami sandwich and a burger that was also very good.

This used to be one of my favorite fast food places conveniently located closed to my home.
Horrible experience happened to me last Wednesday June 8^th, 2016 at about 7:30pm. I ordered a chicken with fries plate, I was so hungry and already savoring the delicious sauce and juicy chicken. But guess what? As soon as opened the to go box (they don’t use a plate to serve their chicken for dine ins) I noticed something different and unpleasant about my food, looked like they scraped out the remaining sauce and I ended up with only the chopped herbs and spices on top of my chicken, I got barely any sauce.
And I perceived something else too, I got my «freshly grilled» half chicken plate in less than 5 minutes, it was dried and tasted like microwave. I got the impression that I ended up with a cancelled order from another client.
Overall, it wasn’t the chicken and fries I was used to and came for. Whitout the sauce it was dried and insipid, same thing with the usually tasty fries.
I’m sorry but I’m definitely not coming back here anymore, I just realized this when I woke up this morning so hungry, the first place that came to my mind was Dino’s but my stomach and mind immediately crossed out the idea.

First time trying this joint. Burger and chicken combo was delicious ! Rice and salad was fire. Will definitely come back, they’ve gained two more customers.

The best chicken ever. That’s all I can say. And this location is closer to the LA location.

The chicken has so much flavor and grilled so good. And they drizzle the fries with a delicious oil

What can i say about Dino’s?
It is bomb diggity!!! I used to live across the street from m the original Dino’s in LA so this always brings back fond memories. You get a half chicken, coleslaw, tortillas and fries drenched in sauce. Let me tell you if you haven’t tried it i don’t know what you’re waiting for!
I also recommend trying the patty melt because it is delicioso!

10 years ago I found about this place in downtown. Ever since then I’ve been coming and now they put a new place in pico Rivera. Love the chicken fries price has gone up a little but still worth it

If only there was one closer to home…
Chicken with Fries
Tons of chicken with tons of fries, drenched in their special sauce. Seriously? How can someone not LOVE this? I’m always craving some delicious fries, and this hits the spot. My one piece of advice for this is to use a knife and a fork, not your hands! They WILL turn and STAY orange because of the sauce! If you can’t resist, just think of it as a battle scar! LOL!

Took my wife and daughter tonight for dinner got the DUI, cheeseburger combo and steak sandwich, onion rings its all was delicious and great customer service

I come her often for their famous char-​broiled chicken and fries. It’s seasoned with a garlic Greek sauce and they put it on top of a bed of fries with the same sauce so they get soaked. Their other food is good to but the chicken is what they are known for! Stop by if you are around the area, recommend it.

So I was in the area and my boys were hungry so we chose this location for its convenience but it wasn’t my first choice. Now don’t get me wrong I have been here once or twice in the past and remember liking it so I was not opposed to coming. But to me honest I wanted ribs that night not burgers so that might have impacted this experience. Parking was easy and plentiful and the place was rather empty with just one couple dining here. I noticed that they had remodeled the location and the outside looks like a local burger joint but inside looks like a nice modern diner. I personally didn’t like the giant menu above the tables because you have to look over people eating and I happen to be sitting under it. Since we are family we all got items we can try and share.
Chili cheese fries: just okay nothing special but lots of cheese was a plus but fries are too thin to handle the chili.
Bacon cheese Burger: meat was over cooked and ruined the whole burger but size was huge. It was accompanied by those weak fries that were soggy and flimsy.
Pastrami sandwich: the pastrami had an okay flavor and more of a deli style texture than a pastrami dip that most of these types of places provide and this place tried to serve. The flavor was okay but not memorable.
Grilled chicken sandwich: This was the highlight of our table and everyone liked it because the meat was flavorful, juicy, not over charred. The veggie to sandwich ratio was just right but the fries still were not good.
So I must say I left unsatisfied but it was a sad meal for me. I am going to give them 2 stars for now and possibly go back to try their famous chicken because that is what they are probably good at.

I ordered pastrami chili fries and I got regular chili fries to go. They were good but I got charged for pastrami.

I go to Dino’s strictly for their chicken with fries.
The flavors on that chicken are delicious!
They give a great amount of food for a great price.
Their chili cheese fries are also great.
I was here last night and decided to try something new… so I went with their fish tacos… yum! The fish was really crispy, the sauce on the tacos was great, all in all… I would definitely recommend the fish tacos as well.

When I heard about the DUI fries, I knew I had to go to Dino’s ASAP!
I couldn’t asked for a better combination; pastrami AND asada on top of chili cheese fries. H E A V E N !!
I am excited to come back and try the rest of their menu.

So I was craving chicken and I saw this place passing by.
It’s a small fast food place but they had one of the best chickens I ever had. And the price wash great!
I ordered the chicken combo with fries and and horchata on the side. The chicken was amazing and juicy, and the sauce from the chicken sunk into the fries. So even the fries were good. I definitely want to come back here.

Came for the second time to try this chicken that everyone gets. Omg my mom and I were drooling. That juice on the bottom is seriously crack in liquid form hahah I wish this place was close to me but I’m happy it’s next to our hairdresser.
We also upgraded the fries to chili cheese fries and they are probably the best I’ve had in a while. The thin fries make them way better. I had chili cheese fries from jims across the street a few weeks back and they sucked bad!!!
My dad has been going to jims since we were kids but I told him to go to Dino’s next time.
Dreaming of that chicken!

I like the place across the street for the work they do in the community but I also like this place.
Oddly enough, though named «Chicken and Burgers» the items I get the least are chicken and burgers.
My favorite item, though I limit myself for health reasons is the DUI (chili cheese fries with carne asada and pastrami). I get them Dragon-​Style, no chili.
If you need a place that is cool inside during summer and big screen televisions this is a place.
Soda, they recently installed a new soda fountain, oh yea, I should have taken a picture, state of the art modern dispenser you can fill up on.
