Marlin Seafood Mariscos

Great fast service & my shrimp cocktail was Delicious! I seen the portion sizes and decided to order a «Jumbo» (their largest size) which is about the size of a medium drink. The shrimps are small which I liked but it didn’t come with avocado. Also when ordering be specific, the jumbo cocktail alone was $ 11 but there is a deal for the Jumbo & a drink for $ 10.50…

don’t let the looks fool you, this place is great! service was great and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place, i will definitely be back

Ordered 2 shrimp cocktails, 1 campechana and 1 shrimp ceviche tostada to go.
The shrimp cocktail broth was bland and had a metal aftertaste similar to tap water. Tried adding some of my own home seasonings for flavor but I couldn’t get past the metal aftertaste. I tried one of the shrimps in the cocktail and it was just as bland but was turned off even more because the shrimp was not deveined. I’m not a fan of gritty shrimp.
I was very optimistic but unfortunately didn’t eat it and tossed it out. The campechana was equally bland. Really lacking in flavor. It’s all about the broth and these just didn’t make the cut.
The shrimp ceviche tostada however, was good just a tad salty.
I don’t think I’ll return. You also never know when it’s opened. I drive by daily and it’s closed most of the time. I joked about it with the young lady who helped me and she just giggled about it and agreed.
Service was great but not enough for me to return.

Shrimp Cocktails are Delicious, and the price’s are outstanding. Come and visit you won’t regret it

Went for the first time and I loved it! I had el Coctel de camaron and a tostada de ceviche de camaron and it was delicious! And service was great! :) will be coming back

Have been living near this little spot for over 3 years now, and I had never actually stopped to check it out.
From a distance it looks a bit sad. Nothing fancy. No indoor seating. Never any people around. Perhaps that’s why I never bothered to check it out. That is, until today.
I was craving shrimp cocktail like nobody’s business and Unilocaled local seafood joints. I found one that had only three reviews, but each one was 5 stars. I checked out the photos and realized it was the place I never cared to visit. I was intrigued by the reviews and also really hungry so I decided to finally give it a shot.
And guess what — I loved it.
Let me just start by saying the people that work it are so nice! I had read others say this on here and they weren’t kidding. So sweet and genuine; they love what they do.
Originally my guy and I were just going to get the food to go, but once we were standing there at the window, we both agreed to eat it there. They had a few tables set up outside in their little patio area, as well as counter seating — we sat at a table. We didn’t have to wait long for our food (we were their only customers at the time) and when the lady brought it out, she had a big smile on her face. She was a sweety.
The food itself was delicious. I ended up getting the «campechana» which had more sea food than just your traditional shrimp. I know it had octopus and clams but can’t remember if it had other sea life. I ordered their «jumbo» size and I ate the whole thing along with their tostadas. Their Jamaica was very yummy too!
Overall I am thankful I finally gave this little place a shot. My stubborn ass prevented me before because of its physical appearance from a distance, but boy was I wrong. Can’t wait to go back again when I’m in the mood for some shrimp cocktail!

Fresh and great taste! Great service! This a small local spot. It is perfect for take out or to stop for a quick bite. There is only outdoor seating. The owners are very nice and personable.

Great service fresh food cocktail was great only 10 bucks for a jumble. Tostadas are only a dollar support your local mariscos spot!!!

Just there again today. Great service and now they have oysters on the half shell. Had the shrimp and fish tostada.
