Subpar diner. Not sure why people would go here when there are so many great diners in the area. Also, this place just generally creeps me out.

I am so disgusted! Have been here before and it was just«okay» however, on this specific Sunday. Which also happens to be Mother’s Day, I have had one of the worst experiences of my life! I had a party of 2– myself & my grandmother, who got squeezed into this tiny table in the back amongst tons of screaming children. Not to mention, the table was disgustingly sticky. We waited almost 10 minutes just for our rude server(this miserable woman with a blonde ponytail) to come over and take our drink order. Never even greeted us or mentioned her name! At least another 5 – 7 minutes later, we got our sodas which the waitress pretty much dropped at our table and abruptly left to handle another party. We WERE ready to order our food but were never given the chance to before she ran off. Several minutes later, our food orders were in… and it actually didn’t take very long to come out. Miss Personality herself again, drops the food off at our table, practically throwing it on there without even making eye contact because she’s talking to the table next to us. She says NOTHING! Not«enjoy». «Is there anything else you need right now?». Nada! Then she scurries off again to take care of something else. At this point. I’m pretty mortified. Here’s my 78 year old grandmother trying to enjoy her Mother’s Day breakfast with her granddaughter and this horrible excuse for a person is ruining it for her! When I tried to explain to the server how things have been handled, she looked at me with a blank stare and WALKEDAWAY! Seriously?! Needless to say, we left before we ate. Even though we had pretty much been there an hour at that point! We did get a nice apology from the lady at the front/register who of course wished my grandmother a happy Mother’s Day and seemed to show some type of sincerity. A half an hour later, we were seated and starting our lunch at a nice Italian restaurant down the street. I will NEVER return to this diner! This had to have been one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had!

Been here quite a few times over the years and it was OK but the last two times(including this morning) it was not a very pleasant experience. This time I got the garden wrap with cheese. The onions were raw, the cheese wasn’t melted, it was cold, the bottom was all wet and soggy, and it wasn’t seasoned at all. We asked for hot sauce to come out with our breakfast and I’ve never had hot sauce taste like what we received it was almost like they watered it down and seasoned it with a ton of garlic! My husband didn’t taste it prior to putting it on his breakfast so once he put it on his plate, it went uneatten. After delivering our food the waitress, Terri, never came back until my husband literally got up and tracked her down. There was one other couple dining there and the rest of the place was empty. My coffee and water were never refilled because she never came to the table to ask how everything was. When we Brought the bill to the counter and politely said how we were disappointed all that was done was a 10% discount. I wasn’t expecting free but maybe something more. Will not be returning again which is ashame because the owner who was there a few years ago was so pleasant and kept is coming back during that time.

Nope. I’ve been to Pine Hill Diner twice and I wont be back. Gyro was sopping wet and they made it with chicken. Pie was dry. Food was more expensive than other local diner options. Service was forgetful, we had to ask for refills a number of times.

My husband and I have gone multiple times since they opened but its worth driving further to go to the Stratford Diner.

It was OK but nothing special. Had the Turkey club which was good, pretty standard fare. The service was good too. I had apple pie but was not impressed with that. Overall good experience.

My turkey meatloaf had a plastic wrapper still in it. It was round, looked like an onion but upon closer inspection, when I tried to rip it in half with my hand it was sure enough plastic. My mom’s response was instantaneous ‘what the hell’ I responded ‘yep that’s plastic.’ They gave me a new one and the turkey meatloaf was actually very good. I’m a huge meatloaf fan. The bread was stale, they should’ve thrown it out days ago instead it was on our table. Services was good despite the plastic in my food and stale bread. Unfortunately we did not get any free meatloaf due to plastic in my food, just a generic coupon for a couple bucks off our next meal. I think the fact that this place was empty when we went in spoke for itself. It would have been more crowded if it had better food and kept the plastic in the trash and not on my dish.

A weird mix of 50’s style and modern touches(like a giant shiny fully-stocked bar), with good food that’s a little more expensive than it should be. Almost always quiet when I went there.
