Love this place! Dreyers Ice Cream with reasonable prices:) The couple that run the place are very nice & patient. Nothing like grabbing a ice cream cone & walking on the beach:)

Best ice cream in the area! Best prices and quality not to mention service with a smile! A must-go for any vacationers.

Service was prompt and friendly, but as others have mentioned, the Dreyer’s brand isn’t great — in my opinion, much too sweet and synthetic tasting — and the sign out front saying«ICECREAM and SMOOTHIE’S» contains a blatant apostrophe fail. Owners may be sweet but bad signage is worth knocking my rating down from 3 to 2 stars. Good branding is as important as good product, and they fall short in both categories.

I don’t get the stellar reviews. 1) No AC inside 2) Dryers Ice Cream — I got the green tea flavor that just tasted like overly sweetened vanilla 3) there was an inedible glue dot on the sugar cone to keep the wrapping in place. Not good. 4) super crowded parking lot Overall, I don’t think I’d be back.

Can’t believe I found a place with green tea ice cream! Yum! Good old fashioned walk –up ice cream shop. Nothing fancy but it does the trick. Generous portions & the young girl working the counter was super sweet.

Not a bad place to grab some good quality ice cream or shakes. Limited seating but friendly service.

The dulce de leche ice cream is delicious. There is something for everyone here. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. There isn’t a lot of seating, but the pier is only a short walk.

The ice cream was creamy and so good! I had a scoop of peanut butter. They even said you can do two flavors on the same single scoop cone, so I had it topped w blue bubble gum! My fav as a little girl;) The girl working behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She even told us how to walk to the pier and beach — just three minutes away.

Cute little ice cream shop serving Dreyer’s brand ice cream. Run by an older couple who were very helpful giving us directions to the nearest grocery store. Solid little shop and not too crazy price wise. Would be nice to see them make their own ice cream.

Quick stop, cookies and cream. Gentleman there was very friendly and the ice cream was perfect after lunch. Had a nice cosy feel to it. Reminded me of ice cream shops when I was little

Friendly service, great selection of flavors and fresh waffle cones. What more can you ask for? The atmosphere is not fancy, probably unchanged since the 50s, but no big deal.

$ 3 single scoops include a sugar or wafer cone. Only a couple seats outside the shop so this ice cream is better enjoyed on the pier. The older gentlemen working there is very friendly and gives generous servings. A little disappointed that this place has Dreyer’s ice cream– not my favorite.

Overpriced ice cream. For real guys, this is Dryers. And 0 stars for the rude, old man that owns the place.

The service was great! The gentleman who made my rootbeer float was extremely friendly! It was just Dreyer’s, but like my husband says, «Ice cream always tastes better from an ice cream shop.» We were both happy with our purchase and would return.

Many flavors to chose from and friendly people behind the counter, nothing special and nothing wrong. They were a bit slow but we are on vacation so what’s the hurry. We each got a small cone with one scope of Drayers cookies and cream. It was yummy and exactly what we needed in a hot day. The shop is small and no place to sit, so we took our ice cream and finished it walking the street. They don’t take credit card under $ 5 payment… didn’t know there are still places like that.

The little Filipino lady behind the counter was so nice! good ice cream. a little over priced but a place like this you’re gonna pay for overhead. their house brownies are soooo good! only 3⁄5 because all they have is Dreyers and a generic brand. little hole in the wall style place with a cool old school cash register.

Um… I don’t get it. I feel like the reviews are a little skewed because the only ice cream they provide is Dreyer’s and another random brand that I did not recognize. Yes you get your ice cream in the end so this«parlor» serves its purpose. I was kind of disappointed that it wasn’t a sort of local flavor type of ice cream venue. Hmm… the staff was polite and friendly though!

I’m not sure what the appeal is. This place serves Dreyers/Breyers ice cream — ya know, the stuff that’s in your grocery store’s frozen food isle for way cheaper? It’s not homemade and they don’t offer any unique flavors or anything. It will cure the craving for ice cream if you’re having one, but don’t expect some super great stuff. $ 4 for one scoop in a cone. Better off going to the grocery store. Now takes credit cards if your purchase is over $ 5.
