Exceptionally good! Great variety. Great Location. Great taste. Even a selection of dairy free! Great staff!

Stopped by here after dinner on a Monday night — 15 or 20 minutes before closing. They had already stacked all the chairs and were beginning to clean up for closing. That produced a strong disinfectant smell. We quickly chose our flavors, paid for the yogurts and fled to the benches outside. Limited flavors we liked. Cleanup should have waited until closing time!

Best selection of toppings I’ve seen on the central coast. Only drawback for locals is having to compete with all the tourists in the area, but still worth it!

I stopped at Pismo on a lark during a drive up to Oakland because I’d never stopped at this exit, and wanted to check out the pier and beach. Imagine my surprise when I came upon this delightful fro-yo spot right next to the beach. Yes, I know, these places are scattered all over the U.S. and the yogurt is more or less the same, as are the toppings. I am not denying that, but I think what sets Pismo Yogurt apart is the service and the available flavors. I LOVED the pineapple, which was vegan(FYI). Covered in a smattering of the fruit toppings, it was totally delightful. I am stopping here on every future trip, inshaAllah!

One of my favorite stops in Pismo. They have the best topping variety and the color changing spoons win every time!

This place is amazing. So many choices for topping and lots of different ways to enjoy your yogurt. You can make a milkshake/smoothie or a dole float. They even have a little secret menu with cheese cake bites and cookie dough pieces and whip cream.

Pretty good selection, not bad prices, great location. Grabbed a cup walked the pier and was close enough it didn’t start to melt before I got there

I go here every chance I get. Yogurt is awesome and the toppings are many and plenty. You get charged by the weight of your masterpiece so you get what you pay for or you pay for what you get. Make sure you say hi to Lee the super nice girl there. She is a sweetheart.

My favorite yogurt shop in all the land. The staff is friendly and energetic, they have fun up beat music going and even when it’s crazy busy, the team keeps their cool their flavors are always delicious and they change them out often. SOMANYTOPPPIINNGGSS!!! definitely a great place to stop if you’re in the town!

It’s yogurt out of a machine and the usual toppings from fruit to cereal. The shop location is conveniently located on the street that leads to the pier. Good for a hot day in Pismo Beach

Great find. The pineapple and plain tart swirl is an amazing combo here complemented by crunchy coconut flavored toppings such as flakes and granola. Good service as well!

I typically don’t go to yogurt shops but I happened to stop by because splash café’s line was stupid long. I gotta say pismo yogurt was super tasty! It’s a DIY– I got the pineapple, pismo yogurt swirl, Andes mint candies, kiwi, and it was hmmm hmm good!

Exceptional dole whip! Love how it’s close to the beach. Walk in and grab a cup if you’d like to make a dole whip float. You can add toppings to your float too but I went for just the pure dole whip, no float. Sooo goood!

Thankfully it wasn’t too hot the night we got in, or we’d have to wait in an even longer line! Lots of variety, the watermelon yogurt was refreshingly yummy! TONS of toppings and I was happy to see all different types of Sugar Free toppings too! Super cheap compared to my bay area stores and they have super fun color changing spoons if you’re the lucky one to get the last! The girls in there were super friendly and didn’t rush us, even though we were the last of the night!

the Tart Pomegranate was yummy as was the pineapple and coconut. The topping choices can not be beat! The place didn’t seem very clean, hence the 4 star, but I will go back… very good!

Vanilla and chocolate tasted more like soft-serve ice cream than frozen yogurt, otherwise it was tasty. There is no plain tart. It’s 46 cents an ounce, which is pretty expensive. They don’t have water and I was hella thirsty after my cup of yogurt! The cappuccino was good, the Dole Whip pineapple was very flavorful too, you’d love it if you’re into that. Décor in the store was cute. A-OK to stop by!

A good spot to grab a self-serve frozen yogurt. Trendy«LA» style décor and friendly employees. My only reservation about this place: it doesn’t have the regular Tart yogurt flavor. However the pom is good and slightly tart.

This review is only for the Dole Whip since I have only been here once just for it. Their Dole Whip tastes incredibly similar to the ones they sell at the Disney parks, only for a whole lot cheaper! If you’d like a Dole Whip float, ask the cashier for the clear float cups(which is different from their regular yogurt cups). You then go and fill the cup with Dole Whip soft serve, but before you pay, also ask for a can of Dole pineapple juice from the cooler. Then you pour in the can of pineapple juice into the float and there you have it! I paid less than $ 4 for all that, which to me is pretty incredible considering that the ones they sell at the Disney parks is a lot pricier than that. Make sure to shake the can of juice before you pour it out, since the thick concentrate tends to sink to the bottom. I also personally recommend filling up just a little more than half the cup with the Dole Whip soft serve if you want a good juice/soft serve ratio. If you’re a huge fan of pineapple Dole Whip floats like I am, this place is definitely worth trying out!

Like all yogurt places, you serve yourself, pay by the weight of your yogurt plus toppings, and you enjoy. Pismo Yogurt is on Main Street Pismo Beach just south of my favorite, Splash Café. After some heavy chowdah, we enjoyed some yogurt from Pismo Yogurt. Yummy, a lot more dry toppings to choose from, some tables and even a clean restaurant for patrons. Good stuff!
