The food was decent. The display of the food could be better. It was expensive though.

I really enjoy seafood, and Red Lobster, being on the largest seafood chains in the world, they have kept with consumer commands, but at a really great expense(you’ll catch my drift if you’ve been following the news lately regarding slave labor scandal). The SeaFood Feast is always a hit, and the Lobster themselves always seem to have the right amount of seasoning and butter … yuum!

I love lobster but there’s not many of these places around. Stop by whenever I can when I have a craving for lobster. Size of lobster tail can be hit or miss but haven’t had any that were too small. It’s worth it just for the bread too… lol. You can buy the bread at Costco/Sam’s but I can never get it quite the same as the restaurant.

We come for my mother’s birthday and had a great time. Dan is an exceptional server with an amazing personality. This place is usually hit or miss but this time was a definite HIT! Dan came up shortly after we arrived and took our drink order. He made my kids laugh and spoke with them like they were people. I appreciate that a lot. We ordered our food and it came out fairly quickly. It was a very nice flow from our salads to our entrees. Then make sure to keep our drinks refilled and the bread was always stocked and hot. We had endless shrimp and never had to worry about asking for a refill when we were finished. Dan made sure we were all set. This is definitely one of the best experiences we have had here. We will be asking for Dan again in the future to make sure that we have an excellent time. THANKYOUDAN!!!

I know it’s a chain restaurant. But this place serves excellent service and food. Not much of a wait time here. I like the fact you can create you’re own combo. If the other played doesn’t suit you well. You really can have unfried seafood with the create you’re own combo. Lots of parking available at you’re disposal. There is a movie theater across the way, if you’re having a date.

2.5 Stars My experience with Red Lobster has always been uneven and this visit was no different. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken Alfredo. The chicken was delightful, but the Alfredo sauce was *way* too salty, almost overpoweringly so. I think it would be fine with 20−25% less salt, and would recommend that they dial it back. The knockout item was the coconut shrimp. I dream about these sweet, decadent, nuggets of deliciousness. As a rule, coconut shrimp are amazing all by themselves, but the piña colada dipping sauce takes these to the next level. I give these bad boys a glorious five stars all by themselves. The service was the weak part of this particular dining experience. It wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely mediocre and it took way to long for the entries to come out after the appetizers. Overall, I would say that there is a lot of room for improvement. The amazing coconut shrimp proves what this restaurant is capable of but the heavy handed Alfredo sauce and lackluster service cost it a full star in my opinion. Honestly, if it weren’t for the coconut shrimp, I wouldn’t feel any real desire to return.

I came back to red lobster after A disasterous meal with them On vacation last May. I had misgivings but my boyfriend convinced me. Plus I really wanted some shrimp. The food was decent but the service was horrible and when I asked about the combo platter it was not disclosed to me that steak with my shrimp was extra and I asked! It did turn out that the additional pricing was with the caloric count below but I didn’t notice and the waiter when asked didn’t feel the need to point it out or tell me when I asked. We had to ask for many things and my boyfriend ordered his dish with no brocolli and we found brocolli in his dish. Service was lacking and for the second time red lobster fails to impress.

Service was excellent but food was lacking both freshness and flavor! Shrimp tasted frost bitten and side dishes were skimpy and flavorless. The pasta was sticky and dry and tasted old and dried out. Good thing the drinks were delicious and the biscuits were the highlight of the meal! Will never return, I would rather had Taco Bell. The portion of cheesecake was also a joke…

Food was good. BUT! I have never, ever, ever, experienced such horrible Service in my life! Service from our assigned waiter was very poor, #1. young man that was our waiter didn’t even have a name tag, he must be brand new to serving customers, he was slow & unattentive, on a non-busy day. #2. Zero ice tea refills offered on this hot day. Pacing back & forth-What was he doing? who knows, interesting though his co-worker Christina while serving her customers was on top of it! She did more for us than the other guy(our waiter). He should take SEVERAL course on customer service. As was politely suggested.

Its been a long time since my family and i have eaten here, last few times before it was terrible so since it had been a few years we thought we would try again. We were not disappointed! We ordred 2 ultimate feasts, most of the seafood was good though the lobster tail was overcooked, the salad was cold and the bread was warm and tatsy. The server was very quick at refiiling our drinks and and waiting on us. It was an overall good experiance.

Raw shrimp took 45 mind to cook I was told! My grilled shrimp was naked without seasoning. It looked raw on one side and looked uncooked on the other side. I couldn’t eat it. Ended up taking it home to only cook it again. done with some flavor!

I had a great experience at this Red Lobster. The waitress(whose name I wish I could remember) was very nice with a great personality. This being my first time here, she was very patient with us. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, and it was delish, it was topped with a spicy cream sauce and shrimp YUUUMMMMMM. I also ordered a strawberry piña colada, which wasn’t a strong alcoholic drink, but was still yummy non the less. My friend had the Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Alfredo. I took a bight and wow, this was soo yummy. I like the lobster tank in the lobby. We kind of got stuck watching two lobsters go at it for a while.

My waiter Steven B., was AWESOME !!! So polite, had great manners as well as a personality. We need more waiters like him in restaurants !!! But I’m giving this place a four star because I walked to the restroom and what do I hear in the kitchen? Nothing but laughter, items dropping, and LOUD profanity !!!

Red Lobster is one of my fiancés favorite places to eat. We went on a Saturday just before noon. When we walked in we noticed we were the first patrons of the day, which probably contributed to the quick and attentive service we received. Our waitress had a bubbly personality which was an added bonus. I ordered the Wood-Grilled Tacos served with a side of rice pilaf. Although the tacos tasted pretty good, I was expecting them to look similar to the photo on the menu. Instead they were laying down flat and looked more like mini tostada’s. The rice pilaf had a good flavor to it. My fiancé had the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon meal. It was served with mini potatoes and green beans which he thought were too bland and needed a little flavoring. That being said, he enjoyed his meal and I suppose that’s why it’s one of his favorite places. All in all, it was a good experience. On a side note: I wish they would open a Red Lobster in Concord again. Not sure why they closed in the first place. It was always crowded and there was usually a waiting list to get a table.

Menu has changed, not as many options as they previously had and the prices have gone up. Service is good here and food is consistent for a chain restaurant, nothing special. Decent place to eat when you’re in the area just be careful not to leave anything of value in your vehicle or you may come back back to a broken window and missing items. Seems to be a a lot of crime and homeless loitering in the shopping center.

Yes it’s a chain, I know! I’m sure there is nothing out of the ordinary that I can say about a Red Lobster. I can say I have always received good service at this location and the food is always consistent. The drinks are a little on the weak side, but I guess it’s to be expected. Always an extra star for those addictive cheddar biscuits. Damn you carbs!

This is the second Red Lobster I’ve ever been to. This makes it the dreariest Red Lobster I’ve been to thus far. It’s so dark in there! I guess the décor matches the dark, below deck experience but wow! While staff was nice, the wait time for our food was longer than necessary. Probably 25 minutes between getting our biscuits and getting our entrees. We noticed a lot of other tables were kind of just waiting too. Biscuits were very salty and oily to touch. My garden salad was overly dressed(otherwise would have been good) and my entrée was so salty. I didn’t think it was possible to have something lack flavor but have too much salt. Not really interested in going to this branch again.
