Love the place! It’s Antioch’s oldest restaurant it sits on pilings on the California’s delta. Food is excellent the fish and chips are my favorite. It’s a excellent place to bring the family. No other place around like it.

We really liked this place & definitely will be back. Prices are a little extreme, my boyfriend got $ 17 fish and chips– but they did seem to be fresh fish and hand battered? But the views are beautiful of the delta & we really liked that they’ve had the same family owners since they opened in the 40s. Seemed very quiet and empty, but could be an awesome destination and jumpin joint if they renovated & put on some music. All in all– Very cool little historic spot, definitely a nice place for an occasional dinner looking over the water at sunset.

I have been going here for over 40 years. I continue to come as a loyal customer, even when the service or food may not be up to par at times. But after tonight not sure if will go back. We arrived at 835pm tonight for dinner we were told to take a table then 3 women come out from the kitchen saying«the cook just left and went home» Now I know Riverview doesn’t have the patronage like they used too. But, it seems like the staff just wants to go home and yes there were several customers in the Riverview too. So management let us know when you want to have a business with BASICOPERATING hours on a Saturday night

Way over priced for food quality, sorry. Amazing view. Service was friendly and people were nice. Hope they step up and remodel or rebrand !

Went in for a drink and possibly lunch. They had a $ 3 martini special, so I ordered that up right away! I asked to see their menu and it appeared a bit pricey for lunch. Even a salad was kind of high. Honestly the menu was not the easiest to read. There were not any details after the item name and nothing appealed to me. I thought maybe this place would have good clams, but the price was outrageous for somewhat of a dive. I opted to finish my drink and go elsewhere. No staff said anything to me as I left. Might be back for a drink and a river view, but not to eat.

Excellent food, seriously amazing! Not sure why it isn’t busier? We had the fried clams, salad and my margarita was excellent! Try it it’s great!

This is our all time favorite spot. Great drink and decent food for an amazing price. The bartenders are always super friendly and nice. Amazing view and we love to sit at the bar and look at the water. It’s usually quiet and peaceful. I love it here.

My boyfriend and I decided to have a late lunch/early dinner here yesterday. We both have memories eating here as kids, and have visited once prior to yesterday. He had some dark draft beer and I had a lemon drop. Ordered dinner salads, they came pre tossed ans by the end were kind of soggy. He ordered fish and chips which he enjoyed and was a large portion. The halibut was good, came with French fries and coleslaw. I wish they had more options as far as sides. Yes, french fries go with fish and chips more fried foods but with a piece of fish not so much. I over heard a lady asking for a baked potatoe with her fish, they don’t have that only boiled potatoe. Overall ever thing was pretty good minus and salads and side options. The service was good and view was beautiful. We both took home containers full of food due to the portions.

Been here 3 times… just to be fair. The food hasn’t gotten any better. The place was empty but the service was good and our server was very polite. Ordered: Potatoes au gratin… very bland, tasteless Cheesy garlic bread… who puts bleu cheese on garlic bread? Yuk. Too pungent. House salad w/bleu cheese dressing… limp lettuce, kind of old, they mix the dressing in before serving it and it was tasty but too much of it — my salad drowned in it. Iced tea… very good, no bitterness. Dessert: Spumoni ice cream, vanilla ice cream… Just okay, nothing special. Not too expensive but then again, I’d have complained if it was so I left well enough alone and learned my lesson just not to return again. Not sure how this place stays in business — I’ve heard the prime rib is really good but I don’t like prime rib, so… not going back.

Always my favorite place for bloody Mary’s. Karen makes them the best but we just had the WORST experience ever there. A new bartender couldn’t figure out the bill for 7 people, who came in separately and called us ignorant. The owner was a bitch about it also. Might not go back it was so bad. Who calls customers ignorant when the bartender can’t figure out the bill?
