Build A Bear Workshop

It’s always great to see a child’s face light up. I know this place is a chain and it is most certainly a gimmick of a chain. But to see a child smile ear to ear… or even have a meltdown is worth coming in here.
The selection rotates depending on what’s popular at the time and the prices are usually reasonable. My niece came here for part of her birthday present and that’s when hilarity ensued. She picked out the one off the wall that she wanted. We picked up the deflated one from the bin and started to walk to the next station and the meltdown started. «I want that ONE. I WANT THAT ONE!»
Bless the hearts of the ladies that work here. They are so patient with the kids and should really be kindergarten teachers. This particular lady that helped us out was so sweet to my niece that the tears kind of stopped. With a kiss to the heart and stepping on the petal, her animal came to life.
After the animal was full, hugs commenced and «showers» were done about fifty times. Outfit picked out, paid, and then the next thing to do was name the cat looking thing «Kitty.»
Before we left, the staff was nice enough to dress Kitty and Kitty was tucked under the arm and away we went.

They’re awesome!!!
My daughter loves to go here and every single time the employees have made her feel special.
The quality of their products is pretty good and in my opinion, not as expensive as you’d think.
Again, the employees are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and so sweet with the children.
The store has always been clean and has a layout that’s easy to follow and allows you to find what you’re looking for.
They even do birthday parties for kids there! Go check them out with a kid, you’ll both have a great time!
