This was a good Carl“s Jr but the great manager they had moved on after over 20 years with the company, since then it has been a very poor place to eat. The great employees that once were there have all quit and moved on, a great loss to any company. I have had to send back food that was prepared wrong and then I suspected revenge from the cooks when my chicken sandwich was loaded with a hot sauce that I could not eat. Carl“s Jr should send in a team to bring this back to being a good burger place it once was

Great Burgers! I especially like the premium Thick Burger with the fresh baked bun. They use a lettuce leaf on their sandwick, not shredded! You will enjoy the roomy dining room and friendly service also.

If I could give it zero stars I would. People should take pride in there work, but the people here do not(managers fault)!!! Take your time and make the food right. Was the worst Carl’s jr I have ever been too.

I’ve given up on this place. Other Carl’s Jr’s are pretty good, but this one needs new management. Sloppy burgers thrown together, food not hot, weak service. Better options at In and Out, or Old Town Grill on Main St.

The place should be under new management. Never seen so many flies. one of the workers there said if you think this this is bad, you should see in the kitchen. My husband and I lost are appetite and walked out.

Got takeout on 08⁄04. They didn’t give us our full order(my husband forgot to check the bag). I asked for a burger with no cheese. They scraped the cheese off so there were still remnants of cheese. What if I was severely allergic to cheese? They put the paper wrapper on backwards and my bun had gray markings(I guess that was the cause). I was really upset and called the store manager to complain. When I told him what had happened, he didn’t say a word. No I’m sorry, no asking me for my name, nothing. I said goodbye and that was it. I almost feel their TV commercials are misleading. I had nothing even remotely close to a TV ad. We will not be going back there again. I just wished I had checked the Unilocal reviews before we picked up food.

I went in for lunch with my two daughters about a week ago. We ate inside and the place had a lot of flies in the dining area. There were so many flies we couldn’t eat our food. Every time we tried to take a bite of a burger we had to stop to wave away the flies trying to land on our fries or vice-versa. They had the UV light bug lights on the walls but obviously not helping. We wrapped up our food and ate in the car without the flies. My concern now is what are the flies doing in the kitchen? If they are that bad in the dining area they must also be in the kitchen where the food smells are even stronger.

Check your receipt versus the menu to see how much they overcharged you. Take the Famous Star with Cheese, shown as $ 2.59 on the menu and then $ 2.89 on the receipt. Ask the front desk person and they will say either that the $ 2.89 includes tax(although tax is clearly added on top of that at the bottom of the receipt), or that there was a charge for the cheese, even though the price on the menu says that a Famous Star WITHCHEESE is $ 2.59. Yah, small change, but it’s the principle.

The service at this Carl’s was horrible. I come in and get ignored. They may have been busy in the back making food but the cashiers were either walking around talking or no where to be found. I finally put in my order of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and crisscut fries and it takes them around 10 minutes to hand my food to me. So much for«FASTFOOD». A guy even came after me and ordered some hamburger combo meal and received his food before me. Too make matters worse this whole time waiting I had to use the restroom. So I try and it is locked. Try again in 5 minutes and still locked. 10 mins later same thing. So i just gave up. I don’t know if someone ate something bad and was dropping bombs in the toilet or what. But I thought the restrooms at Carl’s had a urinal also??? Am I mistaken because thats all I needed to use. If there isn’t I highly recommend you upgrade your bathrooms to have a urinal and a stall. Anywhoooo, I would divert anyone to In n Out instead of stopping by this CArls jr. The lines may be longer but the wait will probably be the same.

Last two times I ate at this place I had different items on each trip and got severely sick both times. Coincidence? I just know I won’t be going there again.
