Stopped here once on our way to Tahoe very clean and service very polite.

Had a meeting in Folsom. so I did not have much time… drive thru… ordered a diet coke with light ice… sensitive teeth… when I got it I could feel it was full of ice, I said to the girl that handed it to me”This is light ice?” she said yes… I asked her to take it back and give me one with no ice… she said since I touched it she could not take it back… BOY talk about customer service… since I was in a hurry. I did not park and complain

Do not go. Go to taco bell. Dirty restroom, gave us dirty tray, and messed up our order and didn’t care.

What a terrible experience. I order a combo, and they forgot to give me my drink and ketchup for my fries. It was 11:30 pm and I was in a rush to get back on freeway. Thanks for nothing.

Stopped to use the restroom on our way home from Tahoe. So nasty! Toilet wouldn’t flush & no hand soap. Stop somewhere else…

worst flippin place ever. as I was sitting at the drive thru, I was watching the girl waiting to bag our food. she obviously wasn’t paying attention as to who was watching her and started picking her nose, then proceeded to pop the zits on her face. omg seriously? yes really. I then pulled around to have my husband go inside to get our money back and so he went in and asked for the manager. he told him what happened and he gave us our refund then turned around to his employees and starting laughing asking them whos hungry. not to mention my first clue should have been all the trash on the floor that was visible from the drive thu. this place is full of tweeker employees so this all makes sense. I get it, fast food IS disgusting no matter what… but come on.

I don’t like to say ppl are dumb, but I don’t know how else to explain the staff. Nobody else in restaurant, or drive thru. Several ppl on staff standing around talking, order was wrong but we said its ok, took off driving and food was stale.

This was a desperate pit stop for a bathroom, a cup of Joe, some microwaved egg/sausage/cheese sandwiched between two fluffy syrup-infused mini pancakes and the greatest hash brown from a fast food restaurant. It was just what I needed to get me from south Lake Tahoe back to the Bay Area. The food was pretty standard, however the coffee was the worst tasting coffee ever! It was too acidic and tasted a little sour. Cream and sugar did not hide the taste at all. I definitely would walk across the street to Starbucks for coffee next time instead of making it a meal. Other than that, I would stop here again the next time I head back.

Worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Worse than day old microwaved coffee. Worse than stale vending machine coffee. The coffee was old and burnt and the cream was sour. The color wasn’t unlike baby poop and tasted about the same. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is your typical pit stop to take a number one or two on your way to Lake Tahoe or back to the Bay Area. If you get what I mean. *wink* Just make sure to check there’s toilet paper in your stall because I’m not sure how often the staff does bathroom inspections. On the other hand, customer service here is pretty decent. I was surprised they gave me a gigantic cup instead of a small cup for a soft drink. There’s a play area for the little ones, but I’m not so sure if they clean it often.

The worst service and the workers are stupid. Very dirty, flys were everywhere! One of the lady’s restrooms sink and hand dryer was broken. The young lady who took our order was dyslexic. We ordered a medium drink an a large fries but they gave us a large drink and a medium fries. Ok? And trying to be a good person I seen a purse that was unattended from the time I entered to leaving and when trying to let the employee know she just said, «Oh, I don’t know?» And she walked away. She did nothing. So please make sure you don’t forget anything in this Mc Donald’s because the employees obviously do not care.

I stopped in with two of my friends the other night about 30 minutes before they were closing the dining room. I wasn’t even greeted the cashier just kind of gave me a «what do you want» kind of look. I asked for a Mcflurry and Mcdouble but the ice cream machine was broken so I got a Mcdouble and a small fry. When I came up to get my order my friend asked for some ketchup and so did I and she practically threw only 3 packs of ketchup on her tray and said«This is for both of you» and walked away. Also the guy who was cleaning the garbage cans outside was smoking a cigarette. Unsanitary don’t you think? The bitchy cashier was also outside sitting on her car smoking a cig right by the door so the whole place practically reeked of cigarettes. So dirty! Never going back

Yep this place has WiFi. Glad it does. It is seriously going into my favorite places. Glad its here. and having 20 chicken nuggets at a time? — well probably not the healthiest thing to do. But glad it is there for the pickings. I bring my nephews and niece here. So if they are happy, Yep I am happy! Glad the wifi is here.(i dont know if they have a limit on time and bandwidth, but got my wifi fix). Now if they can only do healthy fast food better.

This place is just dirty. Bathrooms, tables, parking lot and the people. Also if you spend more then 24 dollars you have to pay in cash.

what happened to this McDonald’s. We would always stop here before goin up to Tahoe. The service is so terrible now. We went up in Feb. for presidents weekend and I swear I wanted to slap some of the workers up in there. Especially the lazy manager that was doin nothing but standing there and watching her staff fumble orders and getting flustered. Anyways I placed my order and it came out to like 23 dollars and I handed over my credit card to pay cashier and she said that they cannot accept charges on credit card over 20 dollars. WTH! Okay whatever So I handed her my card and a 10 dollar bill. She gave me this strange look like«what am I supposed to do with this?» The girl couldn’t figure out how to charge 20 dollars on card and use the cash to pay the rest. She couldn’t even figure out my change. Take about product of their environment. So that was problem number 1. Second problem I finally got my order and we were missing a burger. Mind you our table is right next to the register. So I go back and tell the manager we are missing an item from our order. And then she has the nerve to tell me «Are you sure you ordered it?» Well if she had bothered to look at my receipt she would see that«YES!» I did order it and its on the receipt as proof. Then she gave me this annoyed look and said«Here is your burger I know you have been waiting even thou it wasn’t order!» Do I look like I would lie or make it up or hide that burger just to get a second one. Seriously I can afford McDonald’s burger! And you wonder why McDonald’s is not doing so well compared to their competitors.

okay, it’s just fast food so what do you expect. Well, friendly service would be nice. I arrived at 5 minutes before 11 am and wanted lunch. NO way. They would not take an order, in fact they said it would be 15 minutes before they even started cooking lunch!!! How rude! When I ordered a drink only,(I was stuck in the drive threw) and went to the pay window, they ignored me for about 3 minutes while the gal took more orders jamming up the line. Finally I knocked on the window and she looked startled and when asked why she was ignoring me, she had no good answer. Said she was just busy. Just incompetent I guess. Her taking more orders without letting me go threw, caused a big jam up. Don’t wast your time or your money.

We were all driving up to Genoa NV yesterday, got an «early» 9AM start, and had a full tank of gas. I was hoping to drive straight through and make it over the Kingsbury Grade in record time. However at Placerville, the Kid announced he was«starving», Gayle wanted some coffee and a break, and the hounds needed be walked so they could«do their business». We parked in a lot that provided a short walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, or Taco Bell. Micky D’s provided the restrooms and my Son’s first choice for Lunch. However, the place was packed(both inside and out) and there was only one person at the Counter trying her best to provide service. As making time on the road was more important than spending it in line, the Kid moved on to Taco Bell, while Gayle and I took our chances at Starbucks.

Typical Mickey D’s situated in the the middle of no where Placerville. McDonald’s is the same everywhere when it comes to food because that’s the way they planned it. Its all the other things that make the difference. This location is the usually stop point in the mornings when we are heading up to Sierra for some boarding! They have a drive thru and plenty of parking so major plus! This location is super clean(bathrooms included!) and has a playground and outside seating! A big plus is that they include the caloric content in easy sight on the menu’s and have 2 Sausage & Egg McMuffin’s for $ 3!(Score one for the fat boys!) Oh and word to the wise… when leaving to get back onto Hwy 50, make sure to come to a complete stop at the stop signs(No California rolls her either man!) because they always have cops creeping in the cuts!
